ABSTRACT
A presente pesquisa visou contribuir para estudos no campo do turismo, com enfoque no turismo de futebol, realizando um levantamento sobre a alimentação servida em estádios. O estudo vem oferecer um levantamento de termos associados à alimentação, dos pratos servidos nos estádios de futebol de clubes da série A do campeonato brasileiro 2019 e se há casos de relação cultural entre os pratos oferecidos pelos clubes. Nortearam-se pelo método de pesquisa exploratória, de ferramentas como pesquisas bibliográficas, e questionário para coleta de dados. Aplicando a metodologia de emparelhamento, observou-se que já existe uma diversificação de escolas culinárias nos estádios, com isso vem a pluralidade de termos para se utilizar. Constatou-se ainda que a culinária servida pode apresentar referência típica da região. Diante desse panorama, assistir a um jogo em um estádio de futebol poderá ser uma ampla experiência a ser vivida.
This research aimed to contribute to studies in the Field of tourism, with a focus on soccer tourism, conducting a survey on the food served in stadiums. The study offers a survey of terms associated with food, the dishes served in the football stadiums of clubs in the A series of the Brazilian Champion ship 2019 and whe ther there are cases of cultural relationship between the dishes of fered by the clubs. It was guided by the exploratory research method, and tools such as bibliographic research, and a questionnaire for data collection. Applying the pairing methodology, it was observed that there is already a diversification of culinary schools in the stadiums, with that comes the plurality of terms to be used. It was also found that the cuisine served may have a reference typical of the region. Given this scenario, watching a game in a football stadiums canbe a wide experience to behad.
