ABSTRACT

Objective:To determine the level of manganese and assess potential health risks of lip cosmetics. Methods:Assessment on manganese of lip cosmetics was performed using high-end exposure analysis mode based on the daily dosage. Results:In a total of 264 lip cosmetics samples, manganese was detected in the 249 sample, with a detection rate of 94.3%. Daily exposure was determined to be 3.88×10-5 mg/kg. Safety margin was 3 608 and safety limit was 45 mg/kg. Conclusion:Level of manganese in lip cosmetics remains safe. Health risk is low when appropriately used according to the daily usage. However, it is noted that level of manganese exceeds the limits in approximately 10% of the samples, posing a potential health threat.

ABSTRACT

The supply of Chinese patent medicine is influenced by the price of raw materials (Chinese herbal medicines) and the stock of resources. On the one hand, raw material prices show cyclical volatility or even irreversible soaring, making the price of Chinese patent medicine is not stable or even the highest cost of hanging upside down. On the other hand, due to lack of resources or disable some of the proprietary Chinese medicine was forced to stop production. Based on the micro-service architecture and Redis cluster deployment Based on the micro-service architecture and Redis cluster deployment, the supply security monitoring and analysis system for Chinese patent medicines in national essential medicines has realized the dynamic monitoring and intelligence warning of herbs and Chinese patent medicine by connecting and integrating the database of Chinese medicine resources, the dynamic monitoring system of traditional Chinese medicine resources and the basic medicine database of Chinese patent medicine.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the drug utilization in 4 hospitals in Zhangjiakou area of Hebei Province.METHODS:200 inpatient case files and 4 800 outpatient prescriptions were selected randomly from 4 hospitals in Zhangjiakou area between June 2006 and May 2007 for a statistical analysis using PASS(prescription automatic screen system).RESULTS:The proportion for the inpatients who received antibiotics in the 4 hospitals was as high as 74.70% on average,while that for the outpatients was 23.50%.Theantibiotics prescribed for outpatients represented 32.04% of the total in terms of consumption sum.There drug utilization in cardiovascular department and the department of nephrology was far from irrational,and the rate of irrational drug use in infants,senile and middle aged patients was on the high side,and overdose was common.CONCLUSION:It's advisable for hospitals to keep the proportion of use of antibiotics under control and tighten monitoring and provide guidance for rational drug use.

ABSTRACT

Objective To Cenderstand the sanitation status of secondary drinking water supply system of public places. Methoods The sanitation of secondary drinking water supply system was investigated by on_site survey method and the sanitary quality of water samples were determined. Results The over_standard rates contents of Fe and total coliformz of water samples of secondary water supply system significantly increased compared with the related levels of tap water of municipal water supply. The unqualified rate of free residual chorine of water sample from secondary water supply system reached 54.55%. Conclusions The equipments for secondary water supply were obsolete and unretional design. The sanitary quality of secondary water supply was also affected by geological structure easily.
