ABSTRACT
Introdução: O enxerto osteomiocutâneo de fíbula é uma opção para reconstrução da mandíbula. Objetivo: demonstrar a reconstrução imediata, com duplo segmento ósseo em mandíbula. Relato de caso: Paciente de 14 anos, cor parda, feminino, dentado, apresentava diagnóstico de ameloblastoma. Programamos a ressecção do tumor de linha mediana com permanência de ramo de mandíbula e reconstrução imediata com enxerto osteomusculocutâneo de fíbula com segmentos duplos na região mesial. O enxerto foi fixado por meio de mini-placas de titânio e parafusos. A mandíbula foi completamente reconstruída. Essa técnica oferece uma melhor base para os dentes remanescentes.
Introduction: the fibular osteocutaneous graft is one options for the mandibular reconstruction. Objective: to report a case of immediate mandibular reconstruction through double bone-flap. Case report: A female, 14-year-old, dark-skinned, toothed patient suffered from ameloblastoma. We performed the medial line tumor resection preserving the mandibular margin and rebuilding it by means of an osteocutaneous graft with two flaps placed on the medial area. The graft was fixed through titanium mini-plates and screws. The mandible was fully rebuilt. Such technique provides the remaining teeth with a more solid basis.
