ABSTRACT
In recent years, the fields of donation after citizen's death and organ transplantation in China have developed rapidly with remarkable achievements and revolutionary changes in the source of transplant organs.How to transform the development of organ donation and transplantation from high-speed to high-quality growth mode?It is extremely urgent to establish the expenditure and management system of organ donation and transplantation.In this article, the establishment and management of clinical use price of organs from donation after citizen's death were investigated from the perspectives of policy basis, accounting items, accounting methods, price formation and price management, aiming to provide reference for resolving the problem of cost accounting and price determination of clinical use of donated organs.

With the advancement of medical and health system,the reform of medical price became one of cores in new medical reform.According to the principle of "the total quantity control,the structure adjustment",in recent years,every region adjusted the medical price.However,the regional medical price disharmony was influenced by the mechanism of information-sharing,the differentiation right of pricing and management and setting basis and cycle.It followed the regional medical price disharmony concern over the principle,content and method of mechanism of regional medical price coordination for optimizing medical price management,so as to provide references for further optimizing medical service price management.

Objective To study the characteristics and trends of drug price fluctuation in our country in order to provide reference for the governments in evaluating their policy for the macro-control and management of drug price. Methods The drug price fluctuation was empirically analyzed using the ARCH model according to the monthly drug price data from 2011 to 2017. Results The drug price presented a fluctuant increasing trend with an even fluctuation amplitude and frequency, especially after its reform in 2015. The fluctuation of drug price did not show any clustered feature and significant impact on information but a rather strong memory. Conclusion The fluctuation of drug price is relatively stable in our country. The drug price control policy plays a rather effectively role in stabilizing thefluctuation of drug price. It is thus suggested that the governments should bring their role into full play in controlling drug price, regulating drug marketing, and supervising drug price.

OBJECTIVE:To explore price management mechanism of medical service in Macau of China,and to provide refer-ence for the formulation of price management mechanism of medical service in the mainland area of China. METHODS:From two key links of pricing and compensation,price management mechanism of medical service in Macau was introduced. RESULTS &CONCLUSIONS:In respect of pricing,Macau Health Bureau as pricing subject set up guide price for public health institutions by marginal cost pricing,which focused on technology value and labor value of medical staff,and graded pricing for health institu-tions at various levels. In respect of compensation,compensation subjects included government,social security funds,charitable or-ganization,etc. The government provided fixed-rate compensation for citizen by allocating funds for public health institutions,so as to improve compensation level for primary health institutions. The social security funds extended sick benefit to insured patients, and compensated patients at fixed rate. Charitable organization subsidized private health institutions to reduce medical service price. Finally,actual price has been formulated through pricing and compensation links,and the experience is worthy of learning by the mainland of China.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the price management of medicines in Chinese mainland by inquiring into rel-ative management in Hong Kong. METHODS:Based on the steps of price management and the value chain of medicines in Hong Kong,the management mechanism of medicine pricing,circulation and compensation were researched. RESULTS & CONCLU-SIONS:The prices of the medicines in Hong Kong are mainly determined by the tender between Hospital Authority and the pharma-ceutical suppliers. In circulation,medicine payer as main body in bidding and purchase conducthigh qualitybidding andmasspurchase,and price remained the same in public hospital. On the basis of the purchase price,the price that actually paid by pa-tients is the result of government compensation. Chinese mainland can draw lessons from such drug bidding mode in Hong Kong which will lead health care department to act as the main body in bidding,weaken the relationship between the hospitals and the drug dealers or manufacturers,and expand the government's financial investment in public medical institutions to improve reim-bursement.

Price management plays an important role in implementing government price policies,reducing health care costs and improving economic efficiency in the hospital.The article discusses the ways to improve hospital' s price management,and to improve economic efficiency from the following four aspects.First,to step up publicity,foster the awareness of price management,and improve the staff awareness of price management.Second,in the event of introducing new services and technologies,to timely establish reasonable and legal charging standards,and introduce business opportunities for the hospital.Third,to strengthen price management information system,improving the accuracy of charging.Fourth,to strengthen cost accounting for the purposes of lower expenses and higher efficiency,and reducing patients' financial burden.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for perfecting the "Regulation of Drug Price Difference" issued by National Development and Reform Commission.METHODS:To review the drug price management course in China,analyze the effects and limitations since the initiation of "Regulation of Drug Price Difference" in 12 hospitals in Beijing and put forward suggestions for its improvement.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:"Regulation of Drug Price Difference" has contributed to the formation of unified and standard evaluation criterion and computation method or even the holistic evaluation system in drug pricing management,the lowering of the costs of human factors and administrative management in drug price management and the improvement of the governmental pricing efficiency.However,efforts should be taken to improve the unreasonable drug price difference coefficient and computation method and so on.
