ABSTRACT

O presente artigo, objetiva entender as implicações das políticas educacionais no contexto atual da formação de professores, em específico na área da Educação Física. Partimos da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), dialogando com a Resolução 2/2019, até as repercussões nas novas legislações, gestadas pós BNCC, as quais tem norteado inúmeras políticas socioeducativas, entre elas, a proposta do Programa Residência Pedagógica (PRP). Os resultados, elaborados a partir de leituras de materiais e documentos, apontam que a BNCC propõe a formação docente a partir de competências e habilidades, configuradas em um caráter tecnocrático/tecnicista. Tem-se assim, uma formação muito mais prática, descaracterizada de análises críticas.


This article aims to understand the implications of educational policies in the current context of teacher training, specifically in the area of ​​Physical Education. We started from the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), dialoguing with Resolution 2/2019, until the repercussions in the new legislation, created after BNCC, which have guided numerous socio-educational policies, among them, the proposal of the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP). The results, elaborated from readings of materials and documents, point out that BNCC proposes teacher training based on competences and skills, configured in a technocratic / technicist character. Thus, there is a much more practical training, which is not characterized by critical analyzes.


Este artículo tiene como objetivo comprender las implicaciones de las políticas educativas en el contexto actual de la formación docente, específicamente en el área de Educación Física. Partimos de la Base Curricular Común Nacional (BNCC), dialogando con la Resolución 2/2019, hasta las repercusiones en la nueva legislación, creada después del BNCC, que ha orientado numerosas políticas socioeducativas, entre ellas, la propuesta del Programa de Residencia Pedagógica. (PRP). Los resultados, elaborados a partir de lecturas de materiales y documentos, muestran que BNCC propone una formación docente basada en competencias y habilidades, configuradas en un carácter tecnocrático / tecnicista. Así, hay una formación mucho más práctica, que no se caracteriza por análisis críticos.

ABSTRACT

Las residencias médicas conforman la base de la educación médica de posgrado y es el método idóneo que permite el paso del médico graduado al médico general o especializado. Desde la asociación consideramos que es fundamental establecer estándares educativos válidos y confiables, absolutamente necesarios para la formación de postgrado. Luego de un trabajo de varios meses, que incluyó un censo y una encuesta de residencias, se arribó a la versión definitiva del marco de referencia sobre la residencia médica en la especialidad Neurocirugía. En la Argentina censamos, entre públicos y privados, 62 programas de residencia. La encuesta buscó diseñar un mapa de las residencias, relevando datos duros y características generales a través de una encuesta diseñada ad hoc. La necesidad de contar con una base teórica que regule y organice el desarrollo pedagógico de las residencias médicas, determinó el diseño y la implementación de un procedimiento de trabajo basado en acuerdos metodológicos y de contenidos, cuyo producto final fue el marco de referencia de la residencia. Su lectura y análisis propiciará propuestas y acciones que impulsen a una autoevaluación -siempre necesaria y beneficiosa- y, consecuentemente, al mejoramiento de la calidad de la formación que otorgamos y reciben los futuros especialistas en Neurocirugía


Medical residences form the basis of postgraduate medical education and is the ideal method that allows the passage of the graduate doctor to the general or specialized doctor. From the association we consider that it is essential to establishg valid and reliable educational standards, absolutely necessary for postgraduate training. After a work of several months, which included a census and a survey of residences, the final version of the framework on medical residence in the specialty Neurosurgery was reached. In Argentine we censure, between public and private, 62 residency programs. The survey sought to design a map of the residences, relieving hard data and general characteristics through a survey designed ad hoc. The need to have a theoretical basis that regulates and organizes the pedagogical development of medical residences, determined the design and implementation of a work procedure based on methodological and content agreements, whos final product was the reference framework of the residence. Its reading and analysis will propitiate proposals and actions that promote a self-evaluation -always necessary and beneficial- and, consequently, to improve the quality of the training that we grant and receive the future specialists in Neurosurgery

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: Evaluate the laboral and intellectual contributions of a founder of Brazilian Neuroradiology to the development of specialty. METHOD: Interviews were conducted with Dr. Raupp and contemporary doctors. Then we made a literature review with the Raupp search term aiming to identify those papers which included major changes in the diagnostic and therapeutic neurosurgical. RESULTS: The colleagues consulted were unanimous in recognizing the work of avant-garde and the importance of Dr. Raupp to the development of neuroradiological methods, especially in the pre-computed tomography fase. CONCLUSION: The work of Dr. Raupp was fundamental for the consolidation of Brazilian Neuroradiological School over the past five decades. He developed diagnostic and therapeutic techniques in congruence with the practices of the specialty on the global stage and he promoted education through medical residency programs.


OBJETIVO: Avaliar a contribuição laboral e intelectual de um dos fundadores da Neurorradiologia Brasileira para o desenvolvimento da especialidade. MÉTODO: Foram realizadas entrevistas com o Dr. Raupp e com médicos contemporâneos. Em seguida, foi feita uma revisão de literatura com o termo Raupp com o objetivo de identificar os trabalhos que definiram mudanças importantes na avaliação diagnóstica e terapêutica neurocirúrgica. RESULTADOS: Os colegas consultados foram unânimes no reconhecimento do trabalho de vanguarda e da importância do Dr. Raupp no desenvolvimento das técnicas neurorradiológicas, especialmente na fase pré-tomografia computadorizada. CONCLUSÃO: O trabalho do Dr. Raupp foi fundamental para a consolidação da Escola Neurorradiológica Brasileira ao longo das últimas cinco décadas. Ele desenvolveu técnicas diagnóstica e terapêutica em congruência com as práticas da especialidade no cenário mundial e promoveu o ensino através dos programas de residência médica.

ABSTRACT

La evaluación de los procesos educacionales es un importante factor en el desempeño académico. Se realizó una investigación retrospectiva descriptiva para evaluar el impacto en la esfera intelectual del programa de la especialidad de pediatría en los egresados de los últimos siete años en que se realiza la especialidad en el municipio especial Isla de la Juventud. El universo quedó compuesto por los 13 graduados desde el comienzo de la especialidad en el año 1995. La muestra estuvo constituida por los ocho egresados en los últimos siete años. Los resultados muestran que cuatro de ellos obtuvo o realizó el cambio a una categoría docente, ninguno alcanzó categoría científica o investigativa, ni se promovieron a la especialidad de segundo grado. Cuatro de los egresados obtuvo un título de Maestría, uno realizó un Diplomado, ninguno realizó un Doctorado. No presentaron Proyecto de Investigación, uno logra publicar artículos científicos. Conclusión: el programa de la especialidad de Pediatría no ha tenido un impacto positivo en la esfera intelectual de los egresados de los últimos siete años(AU)


The evaluation of the educational process is an important factor in academic performance. We conducted a descriptive retrospective study to assess the impact in the intellectual sphere the specialty program in pediatric graduates of the last seven years that the specialty performs special municipality of Isle of Youth. The universe was composed of the 13 graduates from the beginning of the specialty in 1995. The sample consisted of the eight graduates in the past seven years. The results show that four of them won or made ​​the change to a class teacher, none achieved scientific or research category or specialty promoted to second grade. Four of the graduates earned a masters degree, a Diploma performed, none held a PhD. Not present research projects, one is able to publish scientific articles. Conclusion: the program of the specialty of Pediatrics has not had a positive impact on graduates of the last seven years(AU)
