ABSTRACT
Desde a década de 1970, a Psicologia questiona sua atuação clínica, em nome de uma atuação mais social, que marca o contexto de nascimento da Psicologia Hospitalar no Brasil; Objetiva-se, embasado nos aportes teóricos da Psicologia Hospitalar e da Psicologia Pediátrica e Obstétrica, discutir o real papel da Psicologia no hospital a partir de uma experiência de estágio supervisionado no Norte do Brasil. Método: utiliza-se neste trabalho o "Relato de Experiência" a partir de oficinas e intervenções grupais; Resultado: a partir das intervenções que ocorreram nos setores obstétrico realizaram-se oficinas terapêuticas com mães, cuidadores e pacientes internos, sobre o processo de adoecimento e seu manejo; no setor obstétrico abordou-se os aspectos psicológicos ligados ao aleitamento materno, a díade mãe-bebê, orientações técnicas sobre aleitamento, além de escutas grupais e individuais; na pediatria observou-se que os cuidadores foram capazes de compreender a importância do cuidar de si para cuidar do outro, reconhecendo na auto-estima um passo significativo para a melhora; na obstetrícia as gestantes e puérperas puderam desmistificar crenças errôneas acerca do aleitamento, diminuindo a angústia e a ansiedade oriundas do momento; Discussão: o hospital como local de prática hospitalar necessita priorizar uma prática multidisciplinar, ampliando o enfoque biomédico instalado classicamente; a equipe psi deve se munir teórica e tecnicamente, para contribuir para a superação de resistências, e favorecer o enfrentamento ao processo de adoecimento; buscou-se uma postura menos clinicalista-individual, mas abertura à práticas psico-educativas e terapêuticas breves; Conclusão: a atuação do psicólogo no contexto hospitalar é de extrema relevância, junto de quaisquer setores, em especial, no obstétrico e pediátrico, seja junto a pacientes, cuidadores e equipe de trabalho; tal prática deve ocorrer de forma multidisciplinar, demarcando de forma ...(AU)
Since the year 1970, the Psychology have a clinical questions about his clinical actions on behalf of a more social context that marks the birth of the Health Psychology in Brazil; Objective in this study, based on the theoretical contributions of Health Psychology and Pediatric Psychology and Obstetrics, discuss the actual role of Psychology in hospital from a supervised in tern ship experience in Northern Brazil; Method: used in this work the "Experience Report" from workshops and group interventions; Result: from interventions that have occurred in sectors obstetric therapeutic workshops were held with mothers, caregivers and in patients on the disease process and its management; In sector obstetric addressed to the psychological aspects related to breastfeeding, the mother-infant dyad, technical guidance on breast feeding, as well as group and individual listeners; In Pediatrics found that caregivers were able to understand the importance of caring for them selves to care for others, recognizing the self-esteem a significant step towards the improvement; In obstetrics pregnant and post partum women could dispel erroneous beliefs about breastfeeding, reducing distress and anxiety arising from the time; Discussion: the hospital as a place to practice prioritizing hospital needs a multidisciplinary practice, expanding the biomedical approach classically installed, the team should equip "psy" theoretically and technically, to help overcome resistance and encourage the confrontation with the disease; sought it is a posture less clinical-individual, but the opening brief therapeutic and practices psycho-educative; Conclusion: the psychologist in the hospital setting is extremely important, along with all sectors, especially in pediatric and obstetric, whether with patients, caregivers, and staff, this practice should occur in a multidisciplinary, marking up the theoretical, technical and ethical that this locus has been consolidating ...(AU)
