ABSTRACT

In this study, the Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) were searched comprehensively for the literature about the research on Polygalae Radix. After manual screening, 1 207 Chinese articles and 263 English articles were included in this study. Excel was used to draw the line chart of the annual number of relevant publications. CiteSpace 6.1.R3 was used for the visual analysis of author cooperation, publishing institutions, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering, and bursts in the research on Polygalae Radix. The results showed that the number of articles published in Chinese and English increased linearly, which indicated the rising research popularity of Polygalae Radix. WANG J and LIU X were the authors publishing the most articles in Chinese and English, respectively. Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine and Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences were the research institutions with the largest number of Chinese and English publications in this field, respectively. The institutions publishing the relevant articles in English formed a system with the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences as the core. According to the keywords, the research hotspots of Polygalae Radix included variety selection and breeding, quality standard, extraction and identification of active chemical components, prescription compatibility, processing, clinical medication rules, and pharmacological mechanism. The research frontiers were the molecular mechanisms of Polygalae Radix and its active components in exerting the protective effect on brain nerve, regulating receptor pathways, alleviating anxiety and Alzheimer's disease, as well as data mining and clinical medication summary. This study has reference significance for the topic selection and frontier identification of the future research on Polygalae Radix.

ABSTRACT

Background: Health policy and services is a continuously evolving field of research that can inform prevention and control efforts for a variety of health conditions. The "Healthy China" strategy reflects the demand to formulate health policy that suits China's national needs and goals. Applying bibliometric analysis to grasp the general situation of health policy and services research globally will be conducive to informing China's designated health plans and initiatives. Method: A bibliometric analysis of 58,065 articles on "Health Policy and Services" topics was conducted. The document type was restricted to journal articles that were published in the Web of Science database between the time parameter of January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2018. Data was collected on indicators such as the annual number of publications in the field of health policy and services, the country where the publication is issued, the publication organization, the source journal, the frequency of citations, research hotspots, and academic areas. Results: The overall number of articles published in Web of Science on health policy and services research has increased over time. The United States has the largest number of articles in the field. The institution with the highest number of citations in the field is Harvard University and the journal with the most published articles in the field is Health Affairs. Research hotspots in the health policy and services field include topics such as "HIV Infections," "Primary Health Care," "Delivery of Health Care," and "Health Services Accessibility." Conclusion: Experts in the field of health policy and services globally are dedicated to researching the most effective ways to improve people's health and living standards. There is a certain gap in the depth of health policy and services research between China and developed countries and regions such as Europe or America. China must learn from foreign experience to conduct meaningful and informative research that can aid in the formulation of multi-dimensional health policies in specific areas such as environmental infectious diseases, where attention is needed in areas beyond the medical and health system.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To pr ovide refe rence for the future research on drug safety legislation and scientific law enforcement and justice. METHODS :The journal articles published from Jan. 1st,1985 to Dec. 31st,2019 in CNKI were searched by using “subject=drug crime ,food and drug crime or drug and criminal law ”as retrieval words but without “subject=drug”. By screening literature, with the emphasis on the content ,with the help of CiteSpace 5.6.R4 software, the legislative dynamics of drug safety and typical drug injury events in China were sorted out and analyzed. The development of the research on drug safety crimes in China were analyzed from four aspects :research output ,research academic groups ,research discipline perspective and research focus. From the aspects of criminal policy ,criminal legislation ,major drug injury cases ,administrative supervision concept and administrative legislation ,the factors influencing the research changes in each stage were combed and excavated ;on this basis ,the relevant researches on drug safety crime were reviewed and suggestions were put forward for its improvement path. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:A total of 852 literatures were retrieved ,and 473 valid literatures were included. The research on crimes against drug safety in China has gone through the exploration period (1985-1996),transition period (1997-2010)and vigorous period (2011-2019). The number of achievements has been increasing ,and the scale of academic groups has continued to expand , forming a discipline distribution with criminal law research as the main research ,public security science research as the auxiliary , and natural science research as the foreign aid ,focusing on the issues of legislation ,judicature and criminal law value ,for example, various academic researches was conducted with major hazardous drug cases as the breakthrough point. Among the influential factors of the researches on drug safety crime ,criminal policy and legislation ,administrative legislation and regulatory evolution were the internal logic ,and the sudden drug injury cases were the important external factors. For this purpose ,to promote theoretical innovation and practical exploration of drug safe ty crime research ,research on drug safety crime in the future should focus on the whole chain of drug safety , using method and empirical research methods.

ABSTRACT

This paper aims to evaluate the knowledge landscape of the phytoremediation of heavy metals (HMs) by constructing a series of scientific maps and exploring the research hotspots and trends of this field. This study presents a review of 6873 documents published about phytoremediation of HMs in the international context from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) (1989-2018). Two different processing software applications were used, CiteSpace and Bibliometrix. This research field is characterized by high interdisciplinarity and a rapid increase in the subject categories of engineering applications. The basic supporting categories mainly included "Environmental Sciences & Ecology", "Plant Sciences", and "Agriculture". In addition, there has been a trend in recent years to focus on categories such as "Engineering, Multidisciplinary", "Engineering, Chemical", and "Green & Sustainable Science & Technology". "Soil", "hyperaccumulator", "enrichment mechanism/process", and "enhance technology" were found to be the main research hotspots. "Wastewater", "field crops", "genetically engineered microbes/plants", and "agromining" may be the main research trends. Bibliometric and scientometric analysis are useful methods to qualitatively and quantitatively measure research hotspots and trends in phytoremediation of HM, and can be widely used to help new researchers to review the available research in a certain research field.
