ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine whether including yoga and mindfulness exercises in injury rehabilitation regimens for British runners can be beneficial. Since injuries are prevalent among runners and can influence physical and mental health, it is critical to investigate alternatives to standard recovery. The research measures the effectiveness of yoga and its mindfulness in injury rehabilitation among british runners. A mixed-methods approach was used, which included both a quantitive study of participant experiences and a quantitative investigation of injury therapeutic rates. British runners receiving normal rehabilitation were placed in a control group and an experimental group that received yoga and mindfulness interventions. Overall, the research study measured the smart PLS Algorithm model and created informative results, including descriptive statistics and correlation coefficients that present the smart PLS Algorithm model between them. Over the course of six months, information on pain thresholds, range of motion, psychological health, and injury medicinal rates was gathered. Quantitative data analysis also investigated how the participants perceived the intervention. According to preliminary research, integrating yoga and mindfulness techniques may help British runners heal from injuries more quickly, feel less pain, be more flexible, and generally feel better. More investigation is necessary to verify these results and clarify underlying mechanisms using bigger sample sizes and longer follow-up times. The overall result found that there is a direct and significant link between the effectiveness of yoga and mindfulness in injury rehabilitation among British runners. However, this study emphasises how alternative therapies like yoga and mindfulness may help runners get the best possible results from their injury rehabilitation. (AU)

ABSTRACT

The aim of the research study is to assess the cardiovascular health benefits related to football in Brazilian adolescents. By assisting teenagers in maintaining a healthy body weight and lowering their risk of cardiovascular problems linked to obesity, these physical activities help control weight. Football regularly is also associated with better blood pressure control and advantageous metabolic profiles. For measuring the research, used smart PLS software and described results, including descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient analysis, and the smart PLS Algorithm model. In addition to their physiological advantages, team sports promote cardiovascular health due to their psychological benefits, including lowered stress levels and enhanced mental health. However, current studies carried out in the area should be examined to provide exact insights into the cardiovascular advantages in adolescents from Brazil. The overall result found that direct and significant analysis of the cardiovascular health benefits of football in Brazilian adolescents. As a result, even though the body of research highlights the potential benefits of football for youth cardiovascular health, more study that focuses on particular regions will be necessary to fully comprehend the connection between youth football participation and cardiovascular health in Brazil (AU)

ABSTRACT

The aim of research is determined that impact of urbanization on the physical activity related to the Brazilian youth. Brazil's population's surroundings and way of life have seen tremendous changes as a result of urbanisation, with young people's habits of physical activity being most affected. An overview of the main effects of urbanisation on young Brazilians' physical activity is given in this research. The built environment has changed due to rapid urbanisation, which has an impact on the availability of areas that are good for physical exercise. For measuring the research used SPSS software and generate informative result included correlation coefficient, model summary, regression analysis, also that chi square analysis between them. A more sedentary lifestyle is a result of shifting social and cultural standards, as well as an increased reliance on motorised transportation. Socioeconomic differences exacerbate health-related issues by affecting resources for physical exercise. Comprehensive approaches that include community involvement, public health programmes, and urban planning are required to solvethese issues. Urbanisation can have a negative impact on Brazilian youth physical activity levels, but it can be lessened by prioritising the establishment of safe and accessible areas, encouraging active transportation, and putting inclusive policies into place. A comprehensive strategy is essential for the youth of Brazil's changing urban context to have a healthy and active future (AU)

ABSTRACT

The research study aims to determine traditional sports and their influence on community health in rural Chile. Customary sports, steeped in cultural history, substantially contribute to these communities' general well-being. The study examines how these activities affect social cohesiveness, physical health, and cultural preservation. The research study was based on primary data analysis to determine the use of smart PLS software and generate informative results, including descriptive statistical analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and the smart PLS Algorithm model between them. The study looks at conventional sports participation from a holistic perspective to see how it affects lifestyle decisions, mental health, and employment prospects. The overall research found that traditional sports positively and significantly influence community health in rural Chile. The results highlight how crucial these initiatives are for maintaining cultural identity, building a feeling of community, and advancing overall health among rural Chilean communities (AU)

ABSTRACT

The aim of this research study is to determine the information technology tools related to mental resilience training in sports. This research study determines the primary data for measuring the relation between dependent and independent. For this purpose, develop research questions related to information technology tools and mental resilience. Research determines through smart PLS software and generates informative results related to variables. The descriptive statistical analysis, the correlation coefficients, and the significant analysis also present the co-linearity statistical analysis between them. A systematic and deliberate procedure termed mental resilience training aims to increase a person's ability to deal with stress, obstacles, and adversity successfully. It entails developing the mental capacities and attitudes required to recover from failures, stay focused under duress, and persevere in the face of adversity. The overall research study found the significant and direct effect of information technology tools and mental resilience training in sports.(AU)

ABSTRACT

The essential aim of this research study is to determine the role of psychological resilience in athletic injury recovery also that performance. This research study is based on the primary data analysis for measuring the research study using questions wise data and measuring the analysis through smart PLS software and generating informative results. The descriptive statistic analysis, the indicator correlation, the significant analysis, and the co-linearity statistic analysis between them. The result also presents that smart PLS Algorithm model between dependent and independent variables. Psychological resilience is the main independent and, injury recovery shows a mediator role, and performance is the main dependent variable. The findings of this research contribute to a deeper understanding of the multifaceted nature of cerebral adaptability in the environment of athletic injury recovery and performance. It's hoped that this knowledge informs the development of effective interventions and strategies to enhance cerebral adaptability in athletes, eventually leading to bettered recovery issues and long-term success in sports. The overall research study found positive and significant links between psychological resilience and injury recovery and performance.(AU)

ABSTRACT

The essential purpose of this research study is to measure the psychological factors that influence the transition from junior to professional sport. This research study is based on the theoretical and some numerical portions. Data was collected from different participants, including professional sportsmen and junior sportspersons, to measure the research study. For measuring, the research study used Smart PLS software and generated informative results, including descriptive, indicator correlation, also regression. This research study presents the smart PLS Algorithm model and histogram analysis between one variable to another variable. The psychological factors included perception, motivation, personal beliefs, and attitude. These are all considered independent variables. The transition from junior to professional sport is the main dependent variable. The overall result found that perception, motivation, personal belief, and attitude positively and significantly influence the transition from junior to professional. The psychological factors show a direct and significant relationship with them.(AU)

ABSTRACT

The study aims to determine if stress and anxiety reduction techniques may enhance sports performance. We will do a complete assessment of earlier research on mindfulness training and sporting performance to answer this issue. This research study is based on primary data to determine whether the research study used smart PLS Software and generated informative results. The research examines how mindfulness affects stress, anxiety, and attention and how these elements affect athletic performance. We will also examine how stress and anxiety affect athletes' performance and how mindfulness training may help athletes better control these emotions. Our ultimate objective is to offer insightful analysis and suggestions to coaches and athletes who want to improve their performance via mindfulness training. Overall result found that mindfulness training has the potential to significantly impact players' physical, mental, and athletic performance. To assure widespread acceptance and success, more study is required to examine the obstacles to introducing mindfulness training in sports teams and how these obstacles might be removed. Athletes and coaches can enhance performance by integrating mindfulness training and gaining insightful information about an athlete's well-being.(AU)
