Whether acute or chronic, pain leads to a reorganization of the subject's psychic functioning, and thus to a different interpretation of his or her own painful experience. To transform the experience, pain must be addressed in all its biopsychosocial components, and through the use of various therapeutic devices, with the hope of overcoming it.

Este artículo parte de cuestionar la validez clíni-co-teórica de la noción psicoanalítica adolescen-cia delimitada psicopatológicamente, bien sea nosológica o estructuralmente. Para ello se reto-man algunas premisas básicas en Freud con el fin de construir una primera acepción a partir del modelo del retorno de lo reprimido, la cual se contrasta con algunos casos clínicos, individuales y sociales. En consecuencia, se propone un se-gundo contenido teórico a partir de la lógica aso-ciativa extraída del modelo freudiano del a poste-riori y con base en algunas consideraciones rele-vantes de autores posfreudianos. Finalmente, se extraen consecuencias respecto al alcance clíni-co de esta propuesta, concluyendo así la licitud del atributo de transversalidad clínica de la ado-lescencia...

The question about the validity of the adolescent psychoanalytical notion delimitated by psycho-pathology is the starting point of this article. In that way, some Freud basic premises are retaken with the target to build a first connotation from the re-turn of the repressed, which is contrasted with clinical cases and social reality. Consequently, a second theoretical connotation is proposed from the logic of a posteriori, which is found in Freud’s work, based in some relevant considerations of post-Freudians authors. Finally, consequences about its clinical scope are extracted, concluding the legitimacy of attribute through clinical structur-alism of the adolescent...

La question sur la validité de la notion psychanaly-tique adolescence cernée psychopathologique-ment est le point de départ de cet article. Certaines prémisses basiques en Freud sont ici reprises afin de construire une première acception à partir du modèle du retour du refoulé ; celle-ci est contras-tée avec les cas cliniques et la réalité sociale. Par conséquent, un deuxième contenu théorique est proposé à partir de la logique du a posteriori, trou-vée dans l’œuvre de Freud, est basé aussi sur quelques considérations importantes de certains auteurs post-freudiens. Finalement, des consé-quences sont extraites par rapport à sa portée clinique, en concluant la légalité du l’attribut trans-tructurel de l’adolescence...

Souffrance des enseignants dans le contexte des mutations contemporaines et accompagnement clinique groupal / The teacher's suffering within the context of contemporary social change and its clinical-groupal accompaniment

L'auteure présente dans cet article les caractéristiques des dispositifs groupaux d'analyse de la pratique qu'elle a conçus en s'appuyant sur les recherches des psychanalystes post-kleiniens tels que Michael Balint et Wilfred R. Bion ; ces dispositifs offrent un espace d'élaboration de la souffrance professionnelle des enseignants et formateurs auxquels ils sont destinés. À la suite de cette présentation, l'auteure propose l'analyse d'une situation rapportée par Pascal, professeur de philosophie, à propos d'un moment de l'un de ses cours où il s'est senti quelque peu malmené par son groupe d'élèves et plus particulièrement par l'un d'entre eux. Le travail groupal permet à Pascal de relier cette scène à des moments-clés de sa biographie d'élève et de commencer à métaboliser les émotions qui ont surgi au cours de la situation racontée. Les participants de ce groupe expérimentent ainsi une forme de travail psychique à visée formative et professionnalisante.(AU)

In this article, the author presents the characteristics of the approach to Group Analysis she has developed based on the reflections of such post-kleinian psychoanalysts as Michael Balint and Wilfred R. Bion ; this conception defines a groupal psychic space for examining suffering in the professional life of the teachers and instructors for whom it has been defined. Following this presentation, the author will analyze a situation related by Pascal, a philosophy teacher, concerning a moment in one of his courses in which he felt somewhat mistreated by his group of students and, in particular, by one among them. Group analysis allowed Pascal to relate this scene to key moments in his own personal biography as a student and to begin metabolizing the emotions provoked by the present situation. The participants in the group thus explore a form of psychic work with formative, professionalizing orientation.(AU)
