ABSTRACT

Introducción. La formación integral de los residentes excede el conocimiento teórico y la técnica operatoria. Frente a la complejidad de la cirugía moderna, su incertidumbre y dinamismo, es necesario redefinir la comprensión de la educación quirúrgica y promover capacidades adaptativas en los futuros cirujanos para manejar efectivamente el entorno. Estos aspectos se refieren a la experticia adaptativa. Métodos. La presente revisión narrativa propone una definición de la educación quirúrgica con énfasis en la experticia adaptativa, y un enfoque para su adopción en la práctica. Resultados. Con base en la literatura disponible, la educación quirúrgica representa un proceso dinámico que se sitúa en la intersección de la complejidad de la cultura quirúrgica, del aprendizaje en el sitio de trabajo y de la calidad en el cuidado de la salud, dirigido a la formación de capacidades cognitivas, manuales y adaptativas en el futuro cirujano, que le permitan proveer cuidado de alto valor en un sistema de trabajo colectivo, mientras se fortalece su identidad profesional. La experticia adaptativa del residente es una capacidad fundamental para maximizar su desempeño frente a estas características de la educación quirúrgica. En la literatura disponible se encuentran seis estrategias para fortalecer esta capacidad. Conclusión. La experticia adaptativa es una capacidad esperada y necesaria en el médico residente de cirugía, para hacer frente a la complejidad de la educación quirúrgica. Existen estrategias prácticas que pueden ayudar a fortalecerla, las cuales deben ser evaluadas en nuevos estudios.


Introduction. The comprehensive training of residents exceeds theoretical knowledge and operative technique. Faced with the complexity of modern surgery, its uncertainty and dynamism, it is necessary to redefine the understanding of surgical education and promote adaptive capabilities in future surgeons for the effective management of the environment. These aspects refer to adaptive expertise. Methods. The present narrative review proposes a definition of surgical education with an emphasis on adaptive expertise, and an approach for its adoption in practice. Results. Based on the available literature, surgical education represents a dynamic process that is situated at the intersection of the complexity of surgical culture, learning in the workplace, and quality in health care, aimed at training of cognitive, manual, and adaptive capacities in the future surgeon, which allow them to provide high-value care in a collective work system, while strengthening their professional identity. Resident's adaptive expertise is a fundamental capacity to maximize his or her performance in the face of these characteristics of surgical education. In the available literature there are six strategies to strengthen this capacity. Conclusion. Adaptive expertise is an expected and necessary capacity in the surgical resident to deal with the complexity of surgical education. There are practical strategies that can help strengthen it, which must be evaluated in new studies.

Introducción: La actividad de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación constituye en la actualidad un pilar básico en el desarrollo de un país. Las revistas científicas son parte esencial de la investigación científica por ser el principal vehículo para la divulgación de los resultados. Objetivo: Realizar una valoración teórica sobre la concepción de la gestión editorial como una actividad científica. Método: Se utilizaron métodos de análisis documental mediante la selección de información obtenida de bases de datos científicas como SciELO, Scopus y Google Académico, con la utilización de criterios: gestión editorial; revistas científicas y actividad de ciencia y tecnología. Resultados: Se abordaron aspectos relacionados con la evolución de la comunicación científica a través de las revistas, sus enfoques tradicionalista, tecnológico y social; así como su papel en la comunicación científica de los resultados de la investigación científica y la gestión editorial para la publicación de las revistas científicas. Conclusiones: Los autores conciben la gestión editorial de las revistas científicas como un proceso científico-técnico con marcado carácter pedagógico que, a través de la evaluación rigurosa del resultado de investigación, depura y socializa el producto de la creación científica.


Introduction: Science, Technology and Innovation activity currently constitutes a basic pillar in the development of a country. Scientific journals are an essential part of scientific research as they are the main vehicle for the dissemination of results. Objective: To carry out a theoretical assessment of the conception of editorial management as a scientific activity. Method: Documentary analysis methods were used by selecting information obtained from scientific databases such as SciELO, Scopus and Google Scholar, using criteria: editorial management; scientific journals and science and technology activity. Results: Aspects related to the evolution of scientific communication through magazines, their traditionalist, technological and social approaches were addressed; as well as its role in the scientific communication of the results of scientific research and the editorial management for the publication of scientific journals. Conclusions: The authors conceive the editorial management of scientific journals as a scientific-technical process with a marked pedagogical character that, through the rigorous evaluation of the research result, purifies and socializes the product of scientific creation.

As revistas científicas são uma parte essencial da investigação científica, pois são o principal veículo de divulgação dos resultados. Objetivo: Realizar uma avaliação teórica da concepção de gestão editorial como atividade científica. Método: Foram utilizados métodos de análise documental selecionando informações obtidas em bases de dados científicos como SciELO, Scopus e Google Acadêmico, utilizando critérios: gestão editorial; revistas científicas e atividades de ciência e tecnologia. Resultados: Foram abordados aspectos relacionados à evolução da comunicação científica por meio de revistas, suas abordagens tradicionalistas, tecnológicas e sociais; bem como o seu papel na comunicação científica dos resultados da investigação científica e na gestão editorial da publicação de revistas científicas. Conclusões: Os autores concebem a gestão editorial das revistas científicas como um processo técnico-científico de marcado caráter pedagógico que, por meio da avaliação rigorosa do resultado da pesquisa, purifica e socializa o produto da criação científica.

ABSTRACT

La presente investigación aborda la importancia de la lúdica en el estudiante universitario de Cultura Física desde el proceso formativo, que exige lograr altos niveles de conocimientos y habilidades. Desde esta perspectiva, se analiza el proceso de la lúdica como un componente esencial en la formación inicial del profesional de la Cultura Física. Mediante la lúdica se logra una formación más adecuada al contexto universitario actual según los cambios en los planes de estudios, por lo que resulta necesario el diagnóstico sobre dicho componente. El artículo tuvo el propósito de crear acciones pedagógicas para la formación lúdica del profesional de la Cultura Física, desde la asignatura Educación Rítmica y Lúdica de la disciplina Teoría y práctica de la Educación Física. Se aplicaron métodos teóricos como: analítico sintético, sistémico-estructural-funcional, y empíricos, tales como: la observación, revisión documental, entrevista, encuesta, preexperimento (prest y postest) y el criterio de expertos. Se consultaron a siete profesores como expertos, por lo que se utilizó una muestra de 27 estudiantes de tercer año de la carrera por haber recibido la asignatura. Como resultado del estudio y diagnóstico realizados se detectaron insuficiencias en el empleo y uso de la lúdica dentro del proceso formativo para el logro de una formación lúdica y la necesidad de transformar el modo de actuación de los profesionales de la Cultura Física, los resultados obtenidos en la práctica pedagógica demostraron la utilidad de las acciones pedagógicas lúdicas.


A presente pesquisa aborda a importância do lúdico no estudante universitário de Cultura Física a partir do processo de formação, que exige o alcance de elevados níveis de conhecimentos e habilidades. Nessa perspectiva, o processo lúdico é analisado como componente essencial na formação inicial do profissional de Cultura Física. Através do jogo consegue-se uma formação mais adequada ao contexto universitário atual de acordo com as mudanças nos planos de estudos, razão pela qual é necessário um diagnóstico desta componente. O artigo teve como objetivo criar ações pedagógicas para a formação lúdica do profissional de Cultura Física, a partir da disciplina Educação Rítmica e Lazer da disciplina Teoria e prática da Educação Física. Foram aplicados métodos teóricos como: analítico-sintético, sistêmico-estrutural-funcional, e métodos empíricos, como: observação, revisão documental, entrevista, levantamento, pré-experimento (pré e pós-teste) e julgamento de especialistas. Foram consultados sete professores como especialistas, portanto foi utilizada uma amostra de 27 alunos do terceiro ano por terem recebido a disciplina. Como resultado do estudo e diagnóstico realizado, foram detectadas insuficiências no emprego e utilização do lúdico no processo formativo para a concretização da formação lúdica e a necessidade de transformação do modo de atuação dos profissionais de Cultura Física, demonstrados os resultados obtidos na prática pedagógica a utilidade das ações pedagógicas lúdicas.


The present research addresses the importance of play in the university student of Physical Culture from the training process, which requires achieving high levels of knowledge and skills. From this perspective, the process of play is analyzed as an essential component in the initial training of the Physical Culture professional. Through play, training is more appropriate to the current university context according to the changes in the study plans, which is why a diagnosis of said component is necessary. The article had the purpose of creating pedagogical actions for the playful training of the Physical Culture professional, from the Rhythmic and Ludic Education subject of the discipline Theory and Practice of Physical Education. Theoretical methods were applied such as: analytical -synthetic, systemic-structural-functional, and empirical methods, such as: observation, documentary review, interview, survey, pre-experiment (prest and post-test) and expert judgment. Seven professors were consulted as experts, so a sample of 27 third-year students was used for having received the subject. As a result of the study and diagnosis carried out, insufficiencies were detected in the employment and use of play within the training process to achieve playful training and the need to transform the mode of action of the Physical Culture professionals, the results obtained in pedagogical practice demonstrated the usefulness of playful pedagogical actions.

RESUMEN El artículo destaca la formación del profesional como un proceso de apropiación de la cultura que precisa del accionar planificado del profesor con un sentido orientador y de la formación lingüística para hacerlo, desde su conciencia lingüística para usar con un criterio exhaustivo la lengua idioma en la enculturación inherente al proceso de formación. Se hace un recorrido, por lo que se considera dimensiones para la comprensión global del sistema con el cual se construye - deconstruye la apropiación de la cultura: el lenguaje y sus unidades estructurales, con énfasis en el sistema léxico y sus principales modelos; de ahí que le es inherente al presente texto el objetivo de exponer los resultados de una sistematización teórica sobre el tratamiento de estos contenidos en la educación superior. Los resultados que se exhiben derivan de una línea de investigación que la autora desarrolla hace treinta y cinco años, como docente e investigadora en la educación superior, en la que se inscribe además, su tesis doctoral.


ABSTRACT The article highlights the training of the professional as a process of appropriation of the culture that requires the planned action of the teacher with a guiding sense and the linguistic training to do so, from his linguistic awareness to use the language in enculturation with an exhaustive criterion. inherent in the training process. A tour is made, for what is considered dimensions for the global understanding of the system with which the appropriation of culture is built - deconstructed: language and its structural units, with emphasis on the lexical system and its main models; hence, the objective of presenting the results of a theoretical systematization on the treatment of these contents in higher education is inherent to this text. The results that are exhibited derive from a line of research that the author has developed thirty-five years ago, as a teacher and researcher in higher education, in which her doctoral thesis is also inscribed.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: The aim of the present study was to analyze the association between course type and health among high school students. METHODS: A cross-sectional study with 675 Brazilian high school students. The independent variable was course type (general or vocational) and dependent variables were health characteristics. All information was obtained by a self-report questionnaire and the following health characteristics were analyzed: mental health, physical activity, sedentary behavior, food consumption, daytime sleepiness, tobacco use, alcohol consumption, aggression, and musculoskeletal symptoms. The prevalence ratio (PR) was estimated by Poisson regression. RESULTS: Vocational students presented a higher prevalence in 7 of the 20 mental health symptoms analyzed (PR = 1.21-1.64), daytime sleepiness (PR = 1.39-1.71), and musculoskeletal symptoms in neck, shoulders, low back, and knees (PR = 1.31-1.41), and a lower likelihood of being physically active (PR = 0.59-0.70). Conversely, vocational students showed lower sedentary behavior on TV and videogames during the week (PR = 0.35-0.46), consumption of snacks, cookies, and crackers (PR = 0.56-0.72), and experiences of aggression (PR = 0.13-0.17), all P < .05. CONCLUSIONS: High school can affect students' health distinctly, indicating that intervention programs and health monitoring should be specific to course type.

ABSTRACT

Resumo O objetivo deste estudo foi compreender o modo como tem ocorrido a inserção de acadêmicos na Rede de Atenção Psicossocial e as percepções sobre as contribuições para sua formação profissional. Trata-se de estudo transversal, descritivo e de natureza qualitativa, desenvolvido com questionário e técnica de grupo focal. Os participantes foram alunos de uma universidade federal, atuantes em instituições de saúde mental. Na análise temática foram delineadas três categorias: críticas aos currículos; relações entre universidade e rede; e aprendizados construídos. O estudo revelou amplitude das contribuições e afetações oriundas da inserção na rede. A inserção na rede permitiu aos graduandos o desenvolvimento de um compromisso ético-político com a defesa dos direitos humanos, com uma nova compreensão de sujeito e do cuidado psicossocial, bases da Reforma Psiquiátrica. Este estudo mostra a necessidade de expandir o diálogo entre instituições de ensino e instituições de saúde, de modo a fortalecer novas formas de cuidar e proporcionar alterações nos processos formativos, indispensáveis para a ampliação das experiências na saúde mental.


Abstract This study aimed to understand the way in which the insertion of academics in the Psychosocial Care Network has occurred and the perceptions about the contributions to their professional training. This is a cross-sectional, descriptive and qualitative study, developed with a questionnaire and focus group technique. The participants were students from a federal university, working in mental health institutions. In the thematic analysis, three categories were outlined: criticism of the curricula; relations between university and network; and learning. The study revealed the breadth of contributions and effects arising from insertion in the network. The insertion in the network allowed the undergraduates to develop an ethical-political commitment to the defense of human rights, with a new understanding of the subject and psychosocial care, bases of the Psychiatric Reform. This study shows the need to expand the dialogue between educational institutions and health institutions, to strengthen new forms of care and provide changes in training processes, essential for expanding experiences in mental health.

Resumen Los comportamientos antisociales que persisten durante la adolescencia, pueden implicar para el individuo un progresivo proceso de desadaptación social, por el cual los adolescentes van progresivamente alejándose de las normas de sus contextos sociales. La intervención educativa y psicosocial en desadaptación social adolescente requiere de una alta especialización, sin embargo, trabajadores sociales, psicólogos y educadores señalan no contar con competencias claras para hacer eficaces sus intervenciones. Mediante un diseño de casos y controles, se buscó identificar las competencias especializadas a las que debiese responder un programa de formación para la intervención en desadaptación social adolescente. Se entrevistó a ocho profesionales del ámbito psico-socio-educativo que participaron de un proceso de formación especializada (casos) y ocho profesionales sin la formación (controles). Emergieron siete macrocompetencias, validadas ante grupo de expertos: (a) Desarrollar un marco integral, informado y coherente sobre el proceso de inadaptación social de los adolescentes y su contexto de enfoque; (b) Diseñar y desarrollar un proceso de evaluación del / la adolescente de atención; (c) Intervenir con el adolescente; (d) Evidencia de comportamiento ético en la intervención; (e) Desarrollar el autoconocimiento constante del interviniente; (f) Promover y desarrollar una relación de ayuda con el adolescente, y (g) Exhibir comportamientos y habilidades que favorecen el trabajo en equipo. Quienes tienen formación destacan las competencias relacionadas a los conocimientos, una mirada prospectiva y el saber hacer, mientras que quienes no han recibido formación destacan el saber ser. Se discute respecto a la necesidad de enfatizar el saber ser en los procesos de formación.


Abstract Antisocial behaviors that persist during adolescence may imply a progressive social imbalance for the individual. Educational and psychosocial intervention in these adolescents requires a high specialization, since when the violation of the law is presented as a persistent pattern of behavior it would be associated with a disadvantaged family, school and social environment where the adolescent experiences difficulties in solving basic needs and seeks alternative ways of coping with life events, adapting to particular contexts, which can often be more reinforcing, ignoring the general social context. This persistent group presents a lot of heterogeneity both in psychological aspects and in criminal behavior, observing different criminal trajectories that require different types of intervention, which further complicates the work of the intervention teams. The trajectories observed in men and of increasing complexity would be: (a) determined by contextual risk factors; (b) adolescents with stories of violation of rights and abandonments; (c) adolescents with traumatic situations in their lives, disruptive behaviors and disorganized functioning; (d) adolescents socialized in criminogenic contexts with stories of rape in them, leading them to an antisocial functioning focused on their personal well-being; (d) adolescents socialized in criminogenic contexts, seeking to validate themselves socially, strengthening their personal identity through countercultural behaviors (Alarcón, et al., 2012). Through a case control design, we seek to identify the specialized skills to which a training program for intervention in adolescent social maladjustment must respond. Eight professionals who participated in a specialized training process (cases) and eight professionals without training (controls) were interviewed. From the content analysis, seven macro competences were validated before a group of experts: (a) Develop a comprehensive, informed and coherent framework on the process of social maladjustment of adolescents and their context of focus; (b) Design and develop an evaluation process of the adolescent of attention; (c) Intervene with the adolescent; (d) Evidence of ethical behavior in the intervention; (e) Develop the constant self-knowledge of the intervener; (f) Promote and develop a helping relationship with the adolescent, and (g) Exhibiting behaviors and skills that promote teamwork. The results confirm specialized competences that emphasize a differentiated vision of the adolescent and the work team as a source of validation in decision making. Similarly, those with training highlight skills related to knowledge, a prospective perspective and know-how; while those who have not received training highlight the attitudes associated with knowing how to be. The need to evaluate the specialization of professional teams that intervene with adolescents who violate the law is discussed, facilitating the development of knowledge, abilities and skills, without neglecting the development of reflective attitudes in the training processes of each professional and within the teams, to promote continuous improvement. As limitations of this study, it is considered that the participants were officials who participated in a training process (cases) and other officials from institutions with similar demographic characteristics but without systematic training (controls); This involved accessing professionals between the ages of 30 and 45, not being able to know the perspective of those under 30 or over 45, or service personnel who share daily with adolescents, being able to link up and influence their changes. As challenges for future research, it is necessary to have indicators to verify competence and observe it with respect to its adjustment with the distinctive characteristics of adolescents. Along with this, the need to observe in greater detail the possibilities of educational and psychosocial intervention in family, school and community contexts that are estimated to involve eventual crisis scenarios for adolescents at the time of reintegration is observed. The above to effectively promote interventions that allow adolescents to exercise their role as citizens.

Resumo O artigo objetiva analisar as relações que a política de acolhimento estabelece com a juventude em idade de inserção na formação profissional. Pressupõe-se que não há um planejamento sistematizado da política de acolhimento voltado à inserção dos jovens que atendam ao critério de idade na formação profissional, havendo ações pontuais e descontínuas. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa e exploratória de campo, realizada em sete instituições de acolhimento de um município da Paraíba. A pesquisa documental foi guiada por um protocolo elaborado pelas autoras, a partir do qual se buscaram informações para caracterização dos(as) jovens e das experiências registradas como a formação acessada. No diário de campo, fizeram-se anotações de caráter reflexivo, especulativo e descritivo. Procedeu-se a uma análise descritiva e de conteúdo, baseada na literatura que trata da temática. Os resultados apontam que dos(as) 51 jovens caracterizados(as), apenas 29 foram inseridos(as) na formação profissional, com prevalência no programa Jovem Aprendiz. Dentre os obstáculos mais enfatizados para inserção na formação profissional, está a defasagem escolar dos(as) jovens, que, somada à falta de clareza dos(as) profissionais sobre o que configura a formação profissional, conduziu a inserções em qualificações diversas e desvinculadas de uma proposta de inserção no mercado de trabalho. Aponta-se a necessidade de investimento na política de acolhimento em sua articulação com a política de formação profissional, a fim de contribuírem para o desenvolvimento juvenil, com potencial de colaborar para a construção de projetos de vida e para a inserção no mercado de trabalho.(AU)


Abstract This paper analyzes the relations established between foster care policy and youth of vocational training age. We assumed a lack of systematic planning by the foster care policy aimed at young people of vocational training age, with only specific and discontinuous actions. This qualitative and exploratory field research was carried out in seven host institutions in a municipality of Paraíba. Guided by a protocol developed by the authors, the documentary research sought to characterize these young people and their experiences, such as the training accessed. The field diary consisted of reflective, speculative, and descriptive observations. After, the data collected underwent descriptive and content analysis, based on the literature regarding this topic. Results show that, of the 51 young individuals characterized, only 29 accessed vocational training, with prevalence of the Jovem Aprendiz program. Among the major obstacles for insertion in vocational training is the learning discrepancy of these young people, which, added to the professionals' lack of clarity on what constitutes vocational training, led to insertions in diverse programs, disconnected from a proposal for entry in the labor market. These findings point out the need for investment in foster care policy articulated with a vocational training policy, as to contribute to youth development, and that may collaborate to the construction of life projects and to the insertion in the labor market.(AU)


Resumen Este artículo pretende analizar las relaciones que la política de acogida establece con los jóvenes en edad de insertarse en la formación profesional. Se supone que no existe una planificación sistemática de la política de acogida orientada a la inserción profesional de jóvenes que cumplan con el criterio de edad, sino acciones puntuales y discontinuas. Esta es una investigación cualitativa y exploratoria de campo, realizada en siete instituciones del acogida de un municipio de Paraíba (Brasil). La investigación documental estuvo guiada por un protocolo elaborado por las autoras, a partir del cual se buscó información para caracterizar a los/las jóvenes y las vivencias registradas como la formación que accedieron. En el diario de campo, se tomaron notas de carácter reflexivo, especulativo y descriptivo. Se realizó un análisis descriptivo y de contenido, con base en la literatura que trata el tema. Los resultados muestran que, de los/las 51 jóvenes caracterizados/as, solo 29 fueron incluidos/as en la formación profesional, con predominio en el programa Jovem Aprendiz. Entre los obstáculos más destacados para insertarse en la formación profesional, se encuentra el retraso escolar de los/las jóvenes, al que se suma la falta de claridad de los/las profesionales sobre lo que constituye la formación profesional, lo que propició inserciones en cursos diferentes y desconectados de una propuesta de inserción en el mercado laboral. Se señala la necesidad de invertir en la política de acogida vinculada con la política de formación profesional, con el fin de contribuir con el desarrollo juvenil y colaborar para la construcción de proyectos de vida y para la inserción en el mercado laboral.(AU)

ABSTRACT

La orientación vocacional constituye un proceso importante a la hora de elegir una profesión, ya que dota del conocimiento necesario acerca de un perfil específico, y hace posible que los estudiantes estén orientados hacia las diferentes carreras, además de conocer su importancia y utilidad. El objetivo de nuestro trabajo fue evaluar el impacto de una estrategia de intervención sobre Bibliotecología Médica en niños de la escuela primaria Hugo Chávez, del municipio Boyeros. Para esto se realizó un estudio transversal entre noviembre del año 2018 y febrero de 2019. El universo estuvo constituido por 40 estudiantes de cuarto y quinto grados y la muestra por 16 de estos alumnos, quienes aceptaron participar en el estudio. La estrategia de intervención utilizada consistió en un círculo de interés sobre Bibliotecología Médica y las actividades en que participaron fueron juegos de roles, conferencias, prácticas y videos. Esta intervención fue evaluada de positiva en el 100 por ciento de los niños encuestados, la cual aportó conocimientos sobre el tema en cuestión y contribuyó al amor por la profesión, a la formación de valores y a los principios éticos en los participantes(AU)


Career guidance plays an important role when the time comes to choose a profession, for it provides necessary knowledge about a given profile, as well as information about the different studies, their importance and usefulness. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the impact of an intervention strategy about medical library science on children from Hugo Chávez elementary school in the municipality of Boyeros. To achieve this end, a cross-sectional study was conducted from November 2018 to February 2019. The study universe was 40 fourth- and fifth-grade students, from whom a sample of 16 was selected, who accepted to participate. The intervention strategy consisted in a career interest group about medical library science, and the activities performed were role playing, lectures, practice sessions and videos. 100 percent of the children surveyed evaluated the intervention as positive, for it provided knowledge about the topic and helped to enhance love for the profession, value training and ethical principles among participants(AU)

ABSTRACT

Esta é uma investigação que visou refletir sobre a prática de estagiários em Psicologia Social Comunitária e suas consequências na formação profissional desses futuros psicólogos. Para tanto, teve a seguinte questão norteadora: qual o impacto sofrido pelos estudantes de Psicologia ao ingressarem na prática do estágio em Psicologia Social Comunitária? O estudo coletou os dados a partir de um questionário semiestruturado, aplicado em 13 sujeitos, que cumpriu os princípios éticos de pesquisa com seres humanos. Os resultados indicaram que os estagiários entendem que as práticas psicossociais da Psicologia se referem ao acolhimento dos que são vulneráveis e que a Psicologia tem como seu principal compromisso social ouvir tais pessoas. A investigação concluiu que ocorre um impacto nos estagiários sofrido pela constatação da realidade social vulnerável dos sujeitos e grupos com os quais atuaram, visto que os elementos trazidos pelos estagiários da pesquisa mostraram que esse contato lhes possibilitou lidar com as diferenças sociais, tão negativas, que o Brasil ainda produz


This research aimed to reflect on the training in Community Social Psychology and its consequences on the professional training of the future psychologists. It was guided by the question: What impact did the students of Psychology experience when they started their training in Community Social Psychology? The study collected data through a semi-structured questionnaire applied to 13 participants, fulfilling the ethical principles for research with human beings. The results indicated that the trainees understand that the psychosocial practices of Psychology refer to the reception of vulnerable people and that Psychology has as its main commitment: to listen to this subject. The research concluded that there is an impact on the trainees as a result of the social reality of the participants and groups with which they interact, as the elements brought by the research participants showed that this contact allowed them to deal with the negative social differences that Brazil still produces


Esta es una investigación que tuvo como objetivo reflexionar sobre la práctica de los internos en Psicología Social Comunitaria y sus consecuencias en la formación profesional de estos futuros psicólogos. Con este fin, tuvo la siguiente pregunta guía: ¿cuál es el impacto que sufren los estudiantes de Psicología al ingresar a la práctica de la pasantía de Psicología Social de la Comunidad? El estudio recopiló datos de un cuestionario semiestructurado, aplicado a 13 sujetos, que cumplía con los principios éticos de la investigación con seres humanos. Los resultados indicaron que los internos entienden que las prácticas psicosociales de la psicología se refieren a la recepción de quienes son vulnerables y que la psicología tiene como principal compromiso social escuchar a esas personas. La investigación concluyó que hay un impacto en los aprendices sufridos por el descubrimiento de la realidad social vulnerable de los sujetos y grupos con los que trabajaron, ya que los elementos presentados por los aprendices de la investigación mostraron que este contacto les permitió abordar las diferencias sociales, tan negativas, que Brasil todavía produce

ABSTRACT

Este artigo objetiva analisar a Política de Formação Profissional (PFP) e sua contribuição para a erradicação do trabalho infantil, a partir da perspectiva dos jovens que dela participam. A amostra desse estudo foi composta por 187 jovens que se encontravam inseridos na PFP. Foi utilizado um questionário e duas escalas de avaliação, analisadas através do software SPSS. Os dados revelaram que aqueles que acessaram a Política são em sua maioria do sexo feminino, consideram-se pardos e têm renda familiar baixa, sendo, por vezes, os principais provedores da família. Cerca de 92% desses jovens enxergam o programa como uma ferramenta de combate ao trabalho infantil, por ofertar trabalho legalizado e a garantia dos direitos trabalhistas aos jovens que dele participam. Contudo, foi possível perceber uma herança da política assistencialista na forma de ocupar e disciplinar o jovem, o que torna a PFP uma alternativa limitada de promover mudança social eficaz


This article aims to analyze the Educational and Training Policy (PFP) and its contribution to the eradication of child labor, from the perspective of the young people participating in it. The study included 187 young people enrolled in the policy. We used a questionnaire and two assessment scales, carried out by the SPSS software. Data showed that young people who accessed the policy are mostly female, consider themselves dark-skinned, have a low family income, and are sometimes the main breadwinner. About 92% of these young people perceive the program as a tool to combat child labor and as something that contributes to the legalized work and to the guarantee of labor rights. However, welfare policy is still marked in society and influences the way of occupying and disciplining young people, thus vocational training policy becomes a limited alternative to promote effective social change


Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la Política de Formación Profesional (PFP) y su contribución a la erradicación del trabajo infantil, desde la perspectiva de los jóvenes que participan en ella. La muestra de este estudio se compuso de 187 jóvenes que se encontraban inseridos en la PFP. Fue utilizado un cuestionario y dos escalas de evaluación, con ayuda del software SPSS. Los datos mostraron que aquellos que accedieron la Política, son en su mayoría del sexo femenino, se consideran pardos y tienen renta familiar baja, siendo, a veces, los principales sostenedores de la familia. Cerca del 92% de estos jóvenes ven el programa como una herramienta de combate al trabajo infantil, por ofrecer trabajo legalizado y la garantía de los derechos laborales a los jóvenes que participan en él. Sin embargo, fue posible percibir una herencia de la política asistencialista en la forma de ocupar y disciplinar al joven, lo que hace a la PFP una alternativa limitada de promover un cambio social eficaz

Resumen (analítico): En este artículo se presentan los resultados de una investigación de carácter cualitativo, de tipo descriptivo-interpretativo, la cual correspondió a un análisis documental, cuyo objetivo fue identificar los retos emergentes a la formación del educador infantil que surgen de las políticas educativas nacionales e internacionales. A partir de un análisis de contenido de los textos de política, se exploraron las categorías axiales de políticas públicas, primera infancia y formación docente, ejercicio del que emergieron categorías y subcategorías en relación con los saberes que se esperan de un educador infantil: saberes generales, saberes pedagógicos, saberes didácticos y saberes transversales.


Abstract: The article presents the results of a completed investigation that was implemented using a qualitative descriptive-interpretative approach. This involved the authors conducting a document analysis, which had the purpose of identifying the challenges that emerge in the training of early childhood educators that are the result of national and international educational policies. A content analysis explored the axial categories of public policies: early childhood and teacher training. As a result of the analysis categories and subcategories emerged in the knowledge expected from early childhood teachers: general knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, didactic knowledge and crosscutting knowledge.


Resumo: O artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa concluída de natureza qualitativa, de tipo descritivo-interpretativo que corresponde a uma análise documental, sua finalidade foi identificar os desafíos emergentes à formação dos pedagogos infantis que surgem desde as políticas educacionais nacionais e internacionais. A partir de uma análise de conteúdo dos textos de política, foram exploradas as categorias axiais de políticas públicas, primeira infância e formação de docentes, exercício do qual emergiram categorias e subcategorias em relação aos saberes que são esperados do educador infantil: saberes gerais, saberes pedagógicos, saberes da didática e saberes transversais.

ABSTRACT

El campo social ha solicitado cada vez más profesionales cualificados para trabajar en torno a problemáticas que son eminentemente sociales, entre ellos, los terapeutas ocupacionales. Esta necesidad implica exigencias específicas para la formación profesional. Este trabajo tuvo de objetivo identificar la discusión de terapia ocupacional social en programas de las carreras de pregrado en terapia ocupacional de las Instituciones Federales de Educación Superior en Brasil. Se llevo a cabo entrevistas con los coordinadores de estos cursos y se analizaron sus proyectos político-pedagógicos, en el período entre 2012 y 2013. Los resultados mostraron que los contenidos ofrecidos son introducidos de forma minoritaria en los programas de estudio o no son vistos. Esto tiene que ver con falta de recursos humanos específicos del área, y con las normas impuestas por los programas de financiación de educación superior, especialmente aquellas dirigidas a programas considerados como "de la" salud. A pesar de los avances en esta área, aún no se ha generado un parámetro común, aceptado y practicado a nivel nacional. La educación generalista preconizada por las Directrices Nacionales Curriculares para la terapia ocupacional viene desarrollándose solo en el ámbito de la salud, en desmedro de áreas de actuación que no se circunscriben a ella.


The social field has increasingly requested professionals qualified to work around issues that are eminently social, among them the occupational therapist, which implies specific demands for vocational training. This study aimed to identify the discussion of social occupational therapy in the curricular contents of undergraduate courses in occupational therapy of the Federal Institutions of Higher Education in Brazil. The coordinators of these courses were interviewed and their political-pedagogical projects were analyzed, in the period between 2012 and 2013. The results show that the contents of the area are inserted in a minority way in the curricula or almost never seen. This seems to be linked not only to the lack of specific human resources and conceptual divergences, but also by norms imposed by funding programs in higher education, especially those directed to courses considered of health. Although advances in this area, no common parameter has yet been produced, accepted and practiced nationally, for its configuration in the graduation. The general education advocated by the National Curriculum Guidelines for Occupational Therapy has been developing only in the field of health, impacting areas of action that are not limited to it.

La formación profesional universitaria es compleja, pero el resultado final de este proceso debe satisfacer las expectativas sociales relacionadas con la competencia de los egresados, por lo cual las ciencias pedagógicas deben mantener una búsqueda constante en cuanto a métodos, procedimientos y estrategias que permitan satisfacer el encargo social. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior se realizó el presente estudio con vistas a contribuir a la implementación de las estrategias curriculares, desde una óptica didáctico-metodológica, y su cumplimiento de manera objetiva a través de un proceso que pueda ser medido y controlado, donde se incorporen los contenidos previstos en cada asignatura y disciplina.


The university vocational training is complex, but the final result of this process should satisfy the social expectative related to the competence of those graduated, reason why the pedagogic sciences should maintain a constant search as for methods, procedures and strategies that allow to satisfy the social responsibility. Keeping in mind the above-mentioned statement the present study was carried out aimed at contributing to the implementation of the curricular strategies, from a didactic-methodological view, and their fulfillment in an objective way through a process that can be measured and controlled, and the foreseen contents are included in each subject and discipline.

BACKGROUND: Occupational therapy students learn in different environments, where role modelling takes place. Nevertheless, little is known about student and tutors perceptions on model´s characteristics. OBJECTIVES: The aims of this study were to investigate the perceptions of occupational therapy students on the most important attributes of role models and to confront their views with those of clinical tutors. METHODS: A sample of 61 students completed a structured, standardized online questionnaire. Ten clinical tutors regarded by students as good models underwent a semi-structured individual interview. Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively (thematic content analysis). RESULTS: The most important attributes of a good role model according to student perception were: good relationship with patients, integrity and ethical behaviour, respectful relationships with colleagues, patient management skills, commitment to personal and professional growth and enthusiasm for the profession. Clinical tutors believed that they were nominated as good role models because they demonstrated empathy towards patients, good relationships with students and enthusiasm for their profession. CONCLUSIONS AND SIGNIFICANCE: Perceptions of occupational therapy students and clinical tutors about role models characteristics were similar. Identification of attributes of good role models may inform teacher training and faculty development in occupational therapy.

ABSTRACT In Chile, the training of physical education teachers has traditionally been based on hygienist models, within the bio-metric paradigm. Due to the social changes and the needs of the country, the implementation of reflective models of professional practice in the teacher training programs in Physical Education is encouraged. At the Universidad Católica del Maule (UCM), the model of professional competences in the Physical Education program is developed, in which the possible domains of development are determined by identifying the minimum knowledge articulated transversally by performing vertical adjustments through the different semester modules throughout the formative itinerary. This proposal has been placed as a success, but the work by competencies still lacks more didactic coordination and curricular adjustments, and a continuous review, a, situation that is normal in any vocational training proposal.


RESUMO No Chile, a formação de professores de educação física tem sido tradicionalmente baseada em modelos higienistas, dentro do paradigma biométrico. Devido às mudanças sociais e às necessidades do país, é incentivada a implantação de modelos reflexivos de prática profissional na capacitação de professores em Educação Física. Na Universidade Católica de Maule (UCM), é desenvolvido o modelo baseado em competências profissionais na formação de professores de Educação Física, no qual os possíveis domínios de desenvolvimento são determinados identificando o conhecimento mínimo articulado de forma transversal realizando ajustes verticais por meio dos diferentes módulos semianuais e horizontais ao longo do itinerário formativo. Esta proposta tem se colocado como de sucesso, mas o trabalho por competências ainda carece de maior entrosamento didático e ajustes curriculares, fato este normal dentro de qualquer proposta de formação profissional, ou seja, a revisão continuada.

ABSTRACT This study aimed at carrying out a systematic review on violence with regard to vocational training in the fields of Education and Physical Education (PE) from 2000 to 2017. The following descriptors were used: formação profissional e violência , violência e docente; vocational training and violence, teacher training and violence, formación professional y violencia, formación del profesorado y violencia. After the methodological procedures, 25 articles were selected for analysis. Considering the fields mentioned, the results showed the shortage of productions on the subject. The social responsibility of educational institutions is emphasized in the sense of addressing the subject, whether regarding vocational training and/or continuing education.


RESUMO O objetivo desse trabalho foi realizar uma revisão sistemática sobre o tema violência no contexto da formação profissional nas áreas da Educação e da Educação Física (EF) no período entre 2000 e 2017. Para a busca, foram utilizados os seguintes descritores: formação profissional e violência, violência e docente, professional formation and violence, professional training and violence, vocational training and violence, violência e formação de professores, violence and teacher training e violencia and formación del profesorado. Após os procedimentos metodológicos, restaram 25 artigos para análise. Os resultados revelam a escassez de produções sobre o assunto nas áreas mencionadas. Enfatiza-se a responsabilidade social das instituições de ensino em abordarem o assunto, seja na formação profissional e/ou na formação continuada.

Al insertarse la práctica médica en el complejo sistema de relaciones humanas, es importante que el médico, además de actuar con un elevado profesionalismo científico técnico, tenga en cuenta la esencia del ser humano y sea capaz de comunicarse con seguridad, para curar, rehabilitar y prevenir enfermedades. Los objetivos de la carrera de Medicina, aparecen diseñados en correspondencia con tales exigencias, pero existen insuficiencias teóricas y metodológicas para desarrollar la comunicación de manera intencionada y coherente, desde las actividades que realizan los estudiantes en su formación. Es objetivo de este trabajo, profundizar teóricamente en diversos tópicos sobre el tema de la comunicación médico - paciente poco trabajada desde la perspectiva didáctica, por lo que lo novedoso del estudio está en que se ofrecen pautas didácticas, de cómo trabajar el tema desde el inicio de la formación del médico, con el propósito de prepararlo para su futuro desempeño, aspecto poco trabajado en la literatura médica consultada(AU)


When inserting the medical practice in the complex system of human relations, it is important that the doctor, in addition to acting with a high scientific and technical professionalism, take into account the essence of the human being and be able to communicate with security, to cure, rehabilitate and prevent diseases. The objectives of the Medicine career are designed in correspondence with these requirements, but there are theoretical and methodological inadequacies to develop the communication in an intentional and coherent manner, from the activities carried out by the students in their training. The objective of this work is to deepen theoretically in diverse topics on the subject of medical - patient communication, little worked from the didactic perspective, so the novelty of the study is that didactic guidelines are offered, of how to work the topic from the beginning of the training of the doctor, with the purpose of preparing him for his future performance, aspect little worked in the medical literature consulted(AU)
