ABSTRACT

The purpose of this paper was to unravel the clinical effect analysis of different doses of creatine phosphate sodium (CPS) combined with immunoglobulin in the treatment of pediatric viral myocarditis (VMC). One hundred and twenty children with VMC were recruited and randomized into three groups (40 patients each). Group I received 1.0 g of CPS dissolved in 100 mL of 5% glucose injection intravenously 1 time/day; group II received 1.25 g of CPS dissolved in 125 mL of 5% glucose injection intravenously 1 time/day; group III received 1.5 g of CPS dissolved in 150 mL of 5% glucose injection intravenously 1 time/day; then all three groups were treated with combined use of immunoglobulin (300-400 mg/day) intravenously once a day; and all three groups were treated for 14 days. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function, serum inflammatory factor levels, immune function, and the occurrence of drug toxicity and adverse effects of the children in the three groups were compared after 14 days of treatment. All three groups achieved better therapeutic effects after treatment, in which the effective rate of the Group II and Group III was notably higher versus the Group I. Lower levels of cTnI, CK-MB, LDH, AST, IL-18, IL-6, IFN-γ, and LVEDD and higher CD3+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+, FS, and LVEF values were noted in the Group II and Group III versus the Group I, and the results were more pronounced in the high-dose group. The liver and kidney functions of the children in the three groups before and after treatment did not show any significant changes and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period was low in all three groups. Children with VMC can be treated with high-dose CPS in combination with immunoglobulin, which can improve their cardiac function and immune function and reduce the inflammatory response with good overall therapeutic efficacy and fewer adverse effects.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol in preventing postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods 86 patients with cesarean section who were treated and diagnosed in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the time of hospitalization. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.43 cases.Preoperative two groups of patients with different treatment methods for science introduction, so that pregnant women mental stress to relax, ease the heart anxiety and nervous mood.On the basis of conventional treatment, the experimental group received the uterine injection of oxytocin, while the patients under the tongue to take drugs;the control group of patients with oxytocin injection for preventive treatment. Results In the two groups, 32 cases were effective in the experimental group, 1 case was ineffective, the effective rate was 97.67%, compared with 10 cases in the control group, 16 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 62.79 % was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with misoprostol has a good therapeutic effect on the postpartum hemorrhage in the prevention and treatment of uterine bleeding.Compared with the original conventional treatment, there is a high efficiency, and the patient's comfort is Higher to improve, to a certain extent, is the more excellent clinical treatment.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To observe therapeutic efficacy and safety of Xiaoer jiegan granules with Ribavirin in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection. METHODS:98 patients with upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into obser-vation group and control group with 49 cases in each group. Control group was given Ribavirin injection for routine upper respiratory tract antiviral therapy,10-15 mg/kg,added into 5% Glucose injection 250 ml,ivgtt,qd. Observation group was given Xiaoer jiegan granules,1g/time for 1-3 year-old children,2g/time for 4-6 year-old children and 3 g/time for 7-9 year-old,tid. A treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 5 days, both received 2 courses of treatment. Clinical efficacy, cough and other symptoms score,ADR were ob-served in 2 groups. RESULTS:The effective rate of observation group (97.96%) was higher than that of control group (87.76%), with statistical significance(P0.05);after treatment, the scores of fever and cough and other symp-toms in observation group were lower than in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The incidence of ADR in the ob-servation group(6.12%)was significantly lower than in control group(22.45%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLU-SIONS:Xiaoer jiegan granule with Ribavirin is effective in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract virus infection, and can im-prove fever, cough and other clinical symptoms,so as to promote better conditions and reduce the occurrence of ADR.

ABSTRACT

Objective To compare the clinical effect between CO2-1aser assisted and cold instrument assisted suspension laryngoscopic surgery for vocal fold cyst. Methods From January, 2011 to December, 2014, 72 patients with vocal fold cyst, which diagnosed by strobolaryngoscopy, were randomly divided into CO2-1aser assisted group and cold instrument group.Strobolaryngoscopy, acoustic analysis and perceptual voice analyses were performed on each patient before surgery, 1 month, and 3 months after surgery, respectively. Results All operations were successfully completed. The complete vocal fold cyst resection rate of CO2-1aser assisted group was significantly higher than cold instrument group (29/36, 80.5% vs 21/36, 58.3%, P < 0.05), especially the left vocal fold cyst (13/16, 81.3% vs 9/19, 47.4%, P < 0.05).The complete right vocal fold epidermoid cyst resection rate was significantly higher than retention cyst (17/19, 89.4% vs 11/18, 61.1%, P < 0.05).Two recurrent cases were found in cold instrument group but no recurrent cases in CO2-laser assisted group (0/36, 0% vs 2/36, 5.6%, P > 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that vocal fold cyst recurrence was related to complete resection rate and has no relation with surgical methods, histopathological types and position.Subjective and objective assessment of voice quality in preoperative, 1-month postoperative and 3-month postoperative were similer between CO2-1aser assisted group and cold instrument group (P > 0.05).Conclusion The CO2-laser assisted suspension laryngoscopic surgery for vocal fold cyst, can increase the surgical precision, reduce the left hand impact, improve the complete resection rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
