O presente artigo aborda efeitos do discurso da ciência e sua relação com a violência de Estado no laço social no Brasil. Trabalha os traumas decorrentes do desmentido da verdade, do silenciamento e do apagamento da memória subjetiva e social do terror de Estado. Trata ainda dos efeitos da foraclusão do sujeito nesse discurso e as perspectivas do projeto Clínicas do Testemunho em sua elaboração. (AU)

The present article approaches the effects of the discourse of science and its relation with State violence in the social tie in Brazil, the traumas it causes, the denial of truth, the silencing and erasing of subjective and social memory of State terror, the effects of the foreclosure of the subject in this discourse and the perspectives of elaboration in the testimonial clinics project. O mal-estar na pesquisa: Psicanálise e Política. Reflexões a partir do Diagnóstico Heideggeriano da atualidade / The unease in research: Psychoanalysis and Politics. Refletions based on Heidegger's diagnosis of present time

As estruturas Institucionais que suportam a pesquisa veiculam, promovem uma concepção de ciência com características descritas por Heidegger, em A Questão da Técnica(Heidegger, 1990). Chegamos a um momento de inversão entre o que se entende como sendo as relações entre ciência e técnica. A ciência passa a ser definida pela técnica. Chegamos assim a um aparente paradoxo: o discurso da ciência, cujas origens dependeram do estabelecimento da gramática científica como tal, - em seus aspectos semânticos, sintáticos e pragmáticos - passa a ameaçar de extinção as próprias condições de possibilidade de pesquisa científica. Diante de tal situação, a Psicanálise se constitui em lugar de demanda subjetiva, mas igualmente de acesso à sintomatologia dda sociedade. Uma dupla marginalidade é presentificada e constitui o material de trabalho, como o de investigação analítica. O que faz que a vocação investigativa da psicanálise, seja, nesse sentido, necessariamente política.(AU)

The institutional structures that support the research diffuse a conception of science with characteristics described by Heidegger, in The Issue of Technique (Heidegger, 1990). We got to a moment of inversion about what is know as being the relations between science and technique. The science is now defined by the tecnique. We got, thus, to an apparent paradox: the discourse of science, of which origins depended on the establishment of the scientific grammar - in its semantical, syntactical and pragmatical aspects -, is now threatening of extinction the proper conditions of possibility of the scientific research. In the presence of this situation, Psychoanalysis constitutes itself as a place of subjective demand, but equally as an acess to the society's symptomatology. A double marginality is presented and constitutes the material of work, as the psychoanalytical investigation. What makes the investigative vein of psychoanalysis necessarily politics.(AU)

Aspectos da segregação

O mal-estar do homem na civilização diagnosticado por Freud em 1929 é redobrado, de acordo com a perspectiva lacaniana, pelas incidências do discurso da ciência moderna. Entre suas consequências,estão, sem dúvida, os fenômenos de segregação, que são o inverso do movimento de universalização iniciado e instituído pela ciência. O presente artigo examina os fundamentos desta tese e a exemplifica.(AU)

The discontents of civilized man as diagnosed by Freud in 1929 are intensified, according to the Lacanian view, by the incidents of the discourse of modern science. Doubtless, its consequences include the separation phenomena, which are the reverse of the universalization movement that was started and introduced by science. This article looks at the fundamentals of this thesis and provides examples thereof.(AU)

This paper aims to discuss the recent political events that shook the world and think the problem of integrism and the return to religiosity as a regression that takes place when the citizens face the failure of the discourse of modernity.
