ABSTRACT
Due to the prevailing trend of globalization, the competition for social employment has escalated significantly. Moreover, the job market has become exceedingly competitive for students, warranting immediate attention. In light of this, a novel prognostic model employing big data technology is proposed to facilitate a bilateral employment scenario for graduates, aiding college students in promptly gauging the prevailing social employment landscape and providing precise employment guidance. Initially, the focus lies in meticulously analyzing pivotal aspects of college students' employment by constructing a specialized employment platform. Subsequently, a classification model grounded in a graph convolution network (GCN) is built, leveraging big data technology to comprehensively comprehend graduates' strengths and weaknesses in the employment milieu. Furthermore, based on the outcomes derived from the comprehensive classification of college students' qualities, a college students' employment trend prediction method employing long and short term memory (LSTM) is proposed. This method supplements the analysis of graduates' employability and enables accurate forecasting of college students' employment trends. Empirical evidence substantiates that my proposed methodology effectively evaluates graduates' comprehensive qualities and successfully predicts their employment prospects. The achieved F-values, 82.45% and 69.89%, respectively, demonstrate the efficacy of anticipating the new paradigm in graduates' dual-line employment.

As one of China’s most economically active， open and innovative regions， the Yangtze River Delta boasts strategic significance in the country’s modernization. Immunization program has always been an important area of national and public concern， especially since the implementation of Law of the People's Republic of China on Vaccine Administration on December 1， 2019， with higher requirements for immunization program. With the support of state， governments and health administration departments of Shanghai， Jiangsu， Zhejiang and Anhui， the integration of immunization program in the Yangtze River Delta is imperative. Centers for disease control and prevention in Shanghai， Jiangsu， Zhejiang and Anhui provinces are closely linked， actively and steadily promoting rapid development of the integration of immunization program in the Yangtze River Delta， with Shanghai playing a leading role and Jiangsu， Zhejiang and Anhui playing their own strengths respectively. It is expected to establish a scientific， standardized and warm immunization program service system， and build a nationally leading and globally outstanding model area in integrated development of regional immunization program.

The industry of Chinese medicinal materials is going through another high-level development stage with some important files issued by Chinese government in the past months, such as "the protection and development plans of Chinese medicinal materials (2015-2020)" and "the strategic development plans of Chinese medicine (2016-2030)". In addition, the effect of "TU Youyou" will not only improve the industry development, but also indicates the increasing international competition intensely. Therefore, one of the core problems of the sustainable-development industry is the training of senior talents under the "New Situation" with opportunity and intense competition. As one of the forefront courses of Chinese Pharmacology, Molecular Pharmacognosy (MP) is a new interdisciplinary science, which integrates the pharmacognosy and molecular biology, and combines many discipline theories and technological systems. MP not only inherits the traditional concepts,but also makes up for the shortages of pharmacognosy, and improves the development of pharmacognosy. Thus, these are importance of MP for cultivation of senior talents, and also the difficult teaching points of MP with no unified teaching mode. We will, in this paper, discuss the possible teaching modes through several aspects for talent cultivation and meeting the needs of social and industry development, such as teaching state of MP, the education of undergraduate and graduate students, social identity, and self renewal of curriculum theories and practice.

New characteristics and changes of laboratory security were summarized,and then current status and problems of awareness of laboratory security of medical postgraduate under the new situation were analyzed in detail.Based on laboratory security education in Center of Experimental Teaching for Postgraduates in Medicine at Xi'an Jiaotong University,strategies to enhance their awareness and capacity of laboratory security were proposed.Compilation of textbooks on laboratory security,development of curriculum content,training of laboratory security practice,and establishment of evaluation system and laboratory access regulation,will be helpful to maximize safety of postgraduates and to guarantee security of laboratory.

Trust financing is a new financial instrument on the market at present.Combined with the new health reform and macroeconomic background,the paper firstly summarized the basic theory of public hospitals'trust financing,discussed the feasibility of public hospitals'trust financing,then put forward some policy suggestions for how to perfect trust financing for public hospitals from improving external environment,increasing government support,optimizing of hospital risk mitigation mechanism and income security mechanism,regulating hospital project information disclosure,training professional talents on the basis of analysis of three models of public hospitals' trust financing.
