ABSTRACT
Se llevó a cabo la implementación parcial de la estrategia para la formación permanente de la cultura investigativa en tecnólogos de la salud, en la Facultad de Tecnología de la Salud Dr Juan Manuel Páez Inchausti, Santiago de Cuba, durante los cursos 2012-2013 y 2013-2014, para lo cual se emplearon un conjunto de métodos y técnicas que permitieron partir de los elementos esenciales que caracterizan a este proceso, hasta llegar a sus particularidades en el contexto universitario cubano actual. Esta es una opción viable y eficaz, respaldada en una cultura científico- investigativa, adquirida desde una práctica proactiva y transformadora(AU)
The partial implementation of the strategy for the permanent training of the investigative culture in health technicians was carried out in Dr Juan Manuel Páez Inchausti Health Technology Faculty from Santiago de Cuba, during the courses 2012-2013 and 2013-2014, for which methods and techniques which allowed to start from the essential elements of the process of the professional's investigative training to its particularities in the current Cuban university context were used. This constitutes a viable and effective alternative, supported in a scientist - investigative culture acquired from a proactive transforming practice(AU)
