ABSTRACT
El cuidado del equipo interprofesional de salud es un factor indispensable para que el sistema sanitario funcione de manera estable y resi-liente, especialmente cuando la presión se vuelve extrema. La pandemia, además de poner a prueba los sistemas de salud y sus actores, ha dejado algunas dudas respecto a los alcances del profesionalismo, frente a las demandas y expectativas que la sociedad tiene. Para efectos de la presente revisión, el concepto de profesionalismo en tiempos de crisis incluye controversias y dilemas que surgen en la relación con la sociedad, ética profesional y responsabilidad sobre el autocuidado. El compromiso y la resiliencia para garantizar el cuidado del paciente son evidentes en el actuar de los profesionales de la salud; sin embargo, en ocasiones esto ha ido en detrimento de su propia integridad física y moral. La agenda de salud en México está en deuda con médicos, residentes y profesionales de enfermería, una vía para saldarla es a través del fortalecimiento de las instituciones, la definición de políticas y normativas institucionales que promuevan el autocuidado y, entre otras medidas, el establecimiento de sistemas que no obliguen a aquéllos a convertirse en héroes enfrentados a los riesgos de una crisis.
The care of the interprofessional health team is an indispensable factor for the health system to function in a stable and resilient manner, especially when the pressure becomes extreme. In addition to putting health systems and their actors to the test, the pandemic has left some doubts about the scope of professionalism in the face of society's demands and expectations. For this review, the concept of professionalism in times of crisis includes controversies and dilemmas that arise in the relationship with the community, professional ethics, and responsibility for self-care. Commitment and resilience to ensure patient care are evident in the actions of health professio-nals; however, at times, this has been to the detriment of their own physical and moral integrity. The health system in Mexico is indebted to physicians, residents, and nursing professionals, and a way to settle it is through the strengthening of institutions, the definition of institutional policies and regulations that promote self-care, and, among other measures, the establishment of systems that do not force them to become heroes facing the risks of a crisis.
ABSTRACT
The present data article was prepared with the aim of assessing the instructor׳s professional ethics of teaching in Kermanshah Medical Science University from the student׳s perspective in 2017. For this data article, 260 students in Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences (KUMS) were selected by a simple random sampling method. The data collection tool was based on "Ethical principles for college and university teaching" (Murray et al., 1996), teaching professional ethics questionnaire. The obtained data showed that the teachers have an average of (3.74⯱â¯0.73) in terms of personality characteristic, (3.48⯱â¯0.75) for dominating on content, (3.64⯱â¯0.64) in terms of dominating on teaching practices, (3.65⯱â¯0.63) for understanding the different learner׳s aspects, (3.65⯱â¯0.71) in terms of teaching assessment and 4.41⯱â¯0.78 for observing the educational regulations. These evaluated data were higher than the average level. The acquired data have shown that the instructors teaching professional ethic were higher than the average level, but still it was not ideal. Therefore, preparing and editing the teaching professional ethics charter and putting it in educational content during the teacher׳s service are suggested for the promotion of this status.

As a newly - developed medical subject, interventional radiology has been widely popularized for recent years., Taking the first affiliated hospital of Xuzhou medical college for instance, this paper aims to discuss the following three major factors that influence the clinical practice of medical students in interventional radiology at present: the importance to clinical teaching, the changes of doctor-patient relationship and the professional ethic quality education. The perfection measures and countermeasures are also discussed.

A complexidade das relações raciais no Brasil revela o campo de disputas em que o Serviço Social é chamado a intervir, pois o projeto ético-político que orienta o trabalho profissional do assistente social é portador de uma direção social na perspectiva da emancipação dos sujeitos coletivos. O presente trabalho é resultado da pesquisa e da reflexão sobre o racismo institucional e o trabalho do assistente social. Busca-se investigar a percepção dos profissionais acerca do racismo, do preconceito e da discriminação racial no seu trabalho cotidiano.
The complexity of the racial relationships in Brazil reveals the battle field in which the social service is called out to intervene, because the ethical-political project that guides social worker's professional work is bearer of a social management in the perspective of the collective fellows' emancipation. The present work is a result of the research and reflection on the institutional racism and social worker's duty. It seeks to investigate professionals' perception concerning the racism, prejudice and the racial discrimination in their everyday work.
