ABSTRACT
En este artículo presentamos un caso de anorexia nerviosa atípica que fue atendido en el Hospital Docente Clínico Quirúrgico Comandante Manuel Fajardo Rivero de Santa Clara por especialistas de Psiquiatría y Psicología. En su atención se combinan tratamientos alopático, natural y psicoterapéutico. El resultado obtenido hasta el momento resulta alentador pues la paciente logró superar la crisis que presentaba al comenzar a ser atendida por nuestro equipo de salud y mantiene su vida habitual, con ingestión de alimentos tres veces al día, sin la ocurrencia de vómitos provocados ni manifestaciones psicopatológicas(AU)
This article presents a case of Atypical Anorexia Nervosa that was assisted by Psychiatry and Psychology specialists from Commander Manuel Fajardo Rivero Surgical- Clinical Teaching Hospital located in Santa Clara. Allopathic, Natural and Psychotherapeutic treatments were combined to treat the patient. Up to now, the results obtained are favorable because she (the patient) managed to overcome her crisis when she began to receive assistance by our health team and now she is capable to keep her usual style life having three meals per day without the occurrence of provoked vomiting and psychopathological manifestations(AU)
