Os metodos de preparacao farmaceutica desenvolvidos por Hahnemann entre 1801 e 1842 sao claramente definidos e reprodutiveis. As potencias Q (50 milesimais) oferecem o "caminho mais confiavel e inofensivo" para uma "rapida, suave e permanente" recuperacao da saude. Um estudo imparcial dos documentos originais existentes permite-nos - 150 anos mais tarde e depois de inumeros mal-entendidos - produzir e prescrever estas potencias altamente eficientes como foram originariamente planejadas. A regra empirica demanda: "Siga-o, mas siga-o exatamente"

The methods of pharmaceutical preparation envolved by Hahnemann between 1801 and 1842 are clearly defined and reproducible. The Q (50th millesimal) potencies offer the shortest, most reliable and "most harmless way" to "rapid, gentle and permanent" restoration to health. An umbiased look at the existing source documents enables us now - 150 years later, and after innumerable misunderstandings - to produce and prescribe these highly effective potencies as originally intended. The empirical rule demands: "Follow it, but follow it exactly."
