ABSTRACT
El desarrollo alcanzado por el sistema de salud cubano en los últimos años que lo ha colocado a la cabeza de Latinoamérica y por la formación de profesionales de la salud para Cuba y para el mundo .Inmersos en un proceso revolucionario , de constantes transformaciones en los servicios de salud y en la educación médica superior se propone estrategia hospitalaria con el propósito de proporcionar mayor calidad de vida a la población .La Vicedirección de Docencia e Investigaciones realiza acciones para enfrentar el nuevo reto ,cambiando métodos y estilos de trabajo para alcanzar la excelencia y lograr la fusión asistencia, docencia e investigaciones...(AU)
Cuban Health System is in the forefront of Latin-America because of the advances in this field during the last years and the formation of health professionals for Cuba and the world. The revolutionary process favours the constant transformations in health services and high medical studies, thus a strategy in hospitals is proposed aimed at providing a greater quality of life in the population.
