RESUMEN

The literature review discloses modern ideas about new etiological factors that that cause gastroduodenitis and bones metabolism dysfunctions in children. The authors cite literature data that give evidence to possible common mechanisms of development of these pathological conditions associated with exposure to man-made factors, such as heavy metals. Metals that have damaging effect on the epithelial cells of the gastrointestinal tract may violate calcium absorption processes in organism, influence on the processes of bone remodeling. At the same time, patterns of chronic gastroduodenitis associated with exposure to unhealthy environmental factors may increase the risk of osteopeny. Knowledge of new pathogenic mechanisms of chronic gastroduodenitis and bones metabolism dysfunctions will allow to provide effective treatment and prevention of comorbidities in children living in ecologically unsafe areas.

RESUMEN

303 children with the diagnosis "Hepatobiliary disorders of cystic duct or gall bladder" and "Sphincter Oddu's spasm" have been examined. After a profound children's examination, the data of objective survey, and also laboratory, biochemical, immune, functional rates (such as ultrasound survey, cardiointervalography) and findings of chemical-analytical survey of the toxics rate (such as aroma carbons, phenol, aldehydes, aliphatic alcohols) in biospheres of children's organisms were a nalysed. The evaluation of the effectiveness of children's hepatobilliary disorders'treatment in conditions of the environmentae negative factors' influence.

RESUMEN

The paper analyzes the clinical and laboratory features of Lamblia infection in children living under long-term low-dose chemical load. The scientific search methodology comprised the meticulous examination of the patients randomized by the presence or absence of protozoonosis and the statistical processing and expert analysis of the results. The comprehensive approach could define the main signs of the pathomorphism of lambliosis in the areas with high anthropogenic loads and identify immunological disorders, intoxication, and hepatobiliary dysfunctions. The impact of environmentally induced chemical contamination of the biosphere on the natural history of protozoonosis should be borne in mind when evaluating the biological hazard and risk of environmental biological factors on the population health and when scheduling and implementing hygienic and sanitary-and-epidemiological measures to prevent lambliosis in the high anthropogenic load areas.

RESUMEN

The paper considers problems in the assay of volatile fatty acids in blood by capillary gas chromatography using a flame ionization detector. The blood levels of different volatile fatty acids were analyzed in children with environment-induced chronic gastroduodenitis with secretory failure. The performed studies allowed the authors to recommend that the altered blood levels of volatile fatty acids as an indicator of the environment-modified influence of poor environmental factors on the course of the disease.

RESUMEN

Examination of patients differing in manifestation of the atherosclerotic process revealed stable clusters of parameters characterizing the state of arterial walls, presence of infection, immune status, metabolic patterns, and risk factors. Relationship between these variables suggests the dependence of the atherosclerotic process on latent infection, reduced reactivity of the immune system and the action of metabolic factors.

RESUMEN

The article analyzes the influence of course treatment with vegetomodulating preparations on morphofunctional changes in the gastric and duodenal mucosa. Thirty-eight patients with chronic gastroduodenitis dwelling in ecologically unfavorable territories were examined and treated. The study demonstrated positive changes in the histomorphological picture of the gastroduodenal mucosa in children who received conventional standard therapy in combination with the beta-adrenoblocker anaprilin and the M-cholinolytic atropine compared to controls who received only the basic therapy.

RESUMEN

The authors carry out the analysis of adaptation disorders of a link of vegetative of nervous system at children with chronic gastroduodenitis, living under poor ecological conditions. It is shown, that in these patients the power of vagus connections with vegetal nervous system prevails. In loading test, the inadequacy of adaptation comes to light. The accumulation of Mn and Cr in the blood serum is accompanied by high power of sympathetic connections with vegetal nervous system and accumulation of Ph in the blood serum--by high power of parasympathetic connections with vegetal nervous system.
