RESUMEN
Results of surgical treatment of 195 patients with chronic colostasis syndrome (CCS) were estimated. All the patients during long time have noted chronic constipation, in them elongated type of colonic anatomy was revealed. The estimation system of the CCS severity, permitting to determine trustworthy the decompensation grade, efficacy of conservative and surgical treatment, was used. After conservative treatment the no trustworthy improvement of the state and reduction of the CCS symptoms severity was noted, after surgical treatment--results were trustworthy positive. The quality of life estimation have had witnessed, that good results of surgical treatment were achieved in 86.7% of patients with CCS.
