RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the medication rules of Professor Wang Pei in the treatment of colon cancer. Methods:The medical records of Professor Wang Pei's outpatient treatment for colon cancer were collected, entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V3.0, and the laws of the prescription's nature, flavor, meridian, drug frequency, drug combination, association rules, and cluster analysis were explored. Results:A total of 65 prescriptions were collected, including 150 Chinese materia medica. The medicinal properties of these Chinese materia medica are mainly warm, cold and flat, the tastes were mainly sweet, bitter and pungent, and the meridians were mainly liver, spleen and kidney meridians. Dampness category and blood circulation promoting and blood stasis category were mainly used, and the most frequently used drugs include Poria, Polyporus, Scutellariae Barbatae Herba, Astragali Radix, Curcumae Rhizoma, and the pairs of Polyporus- Poria, Astragali Radix- Astragali Radix Praeparata cum Melle, Scutellariae Barbatae Herba- Curcumae Rhizoma. Twenty nine high-related drug pairs were obtained from association rules, including Polyporus- Astragali Radix Praeparata cum Melle- Astragali Radix, Poria- Scutellariae Barbatae Herba- Polyporus, Scutellariae Barbatae Herba- Curcumae Rhizoma- Polyporus. The cluster analysis showed the combination of 6 types of medicines mainly focuses on strengthening the spleen and removing dampness, nourishing qi and promoting blood, clearing heat and detoxifying, and astringing the intestines to stop bleeding. Conclusion:Professor Wang Pei mostly discusses the treatment of colon cancer from "spleen dampness, rectification deficiency, heat toxin, blood stasis, bleeding", and the treatment is "invigorating the spleen and removing dampness, invigorating Qi and strengthening the body, clearing away heat and detoxifying, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and astringent intestines to stop bleeding", which is in line with the thought of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of tumors, strengthening the righteousness and eliminating pathogenic factors, and and can be used for clinical reference.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS) is one of the most common chronic oral diseases with morbidity ranging from 5% to 20%. The pathogenesis is still not fully understood though immune dysregulation and local trauma have been implicated and the curative effect that can be achieved through current therapy is mainly to alleviate the pain. So, the understanding of its molecular mechanisms can allow the prevention and treatment of RAS at the molecular level. METHODS: 14 normal tissues and 14 ulcerated tissues were subjected to Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array transcriptome analysis. Then, Gene Set Expression Analysis and Gene Pattern tools were carried out to determine the gene expression differences between normal and ulcerated tissues. qRT-PCR was used to validate the expression level of identified genes in 10 normal and 10 ulcerated tissues. RESULTS: We obtained a total of 1379 DEGs with adjPval < 0.05 and |logFC| > 1 including 1052 up-regulated genes and 327 down-regulated genes. 4 GO terms and 4 KEGG pathways were screened out by comparing the genomewide gene set expression patterns of normal and ulcerated tissues. 7 genes involved in RAS were identified from the VEGF signaling pathway. CONCLUSIONS: Present findings demonstrated that several immune processes have a deep impact on RAS and a number of genes involved in the VEGF signaling pathway may be critical mediators or participators in the pathogenesis of RAS.

RESUMEN

Since the Beijing health and family planning commission promulgated the new medical technology management system,we have accepted and reviewed 14 key medical technologies in Beijing, such as resection of the skull base tumor (intracranial tumor outside communication),resection of intracranial important functional areas and large vascular malformation, renal vascular reconstruction technique, the technique of artificial joint replacement, coronary interventional diagnosis and treatment technology, etc.Through the existing laws and regulations requirements from medical new technology, the ethical review way, submit materials requirements and ethical review focus is analyzed, and combining with the experiences of our hospital in the medical technical review, aims to explore suitable for medical technology ethical review specification.

RESUMEN

With the high incidence of diabetic nephropathy, the clinical trials of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in diabetic nephropathy area play an important role in the development of this subject. Therefore, follow-ing the principles of medical ethics, issues of fully understanding professional requirements of ethics review for clinical research of diabetic nephropathy and the protection of patients' rights are questions which should be solved. This article was based on the investigations on ethical needs of experts and patients in diabetic nephropathy area of TCM clinical trials . Discussions and considerations were made on results . A the more per-fect and regulated medical informed consent formwork for diabetic nephropathy of TCM clinical trials was made based on these consultations .
