Clinical Intervention in Depressive Suffering: ADI/TIP Method, Psychology and Phenomenology of Affects / Intervenção Clínica no Sofrimento Depressivo: Método ADI/TIP, Psicologia e Fenomenologia dos Afetos

Abstract Depression itself composes, in the West, an epidemiological phenomenon constituted by neurochemical factors highlighting an eminently psychic suffering which indicates the importance of psychotherapy. Nevertheless, it becomes evident the lack of propositive researches within clinical phenomenology. Such theoretical study uses the method of bibliographical research to present the therapeutic process of the ADI / TIP Method theoretically based on the phenomenological analyzes of affections as a possibility of intervention. The enlightenment over the structures from the experiences of affective sphere allows the apprehension of the contributions of this short duration (10-15 sessions) process, whose satisfactory results / changes demonstrate transformations in both the subjective/intersubjective configurations of individuals and the comprehension of singular senses resigned to the prime affective-emotional experiences, reducing the depressive symptomatology and collaborating for the current psychological practice investigation.

Resumo A depressão compõe, no Ocidente, um fenômeno epidemiológico, constituída por fatores neuroquímicos, contudo, demarcando um sofrimento eminentemente psíquico que indica a importância da psicoterapia. Todavia, evidencia-se a escassez de pesquisas propositivas no âmbito da clínica fenomenológica. Este estudo, utilizando-se do método de pesquisa bibliográfica, objetiva apresentar o processo terapêutico do Método ADI/TIP, fundamentado teoricamente nas análises fenomenológicas dos afetos como possibilidade de intervenção. Verifica-se que o esclarecimento das estruturas das vivências afetivas permite a apreensão das contribuições desse processo de curta duração (10 a 15 sessões), cujos resultados/mudanças satisfatórias demonstram transformações tanto nas configurações de sentidos conformados às vivências afetivo-emocionais primevas quanto nas compreensões subjetiva/intersubjetiva dos sujeitos, reduzindo a sintomatologia depressiva e colaborando na investigação das práticas psicológicas clínicas na atualidade.

O problema da juventude vivida em contextos da criminalidade é problema multifatorial, de grandes proporções sociais e tema recorrente de pesquisas acadêmicas. Todavia, as questões relacionadas aos processos envolvidos na reconfiguração da vida desses sujeitos, após o envolvimento com o crime, raramente são abordadas. O presente estudo objetiva apresentar o resultado das compreensões alcançadas a partir de uma pesquisa mais ampla, realizada com jovens-rapazes após seu envolvimento e afastamento do contexto do crime, buscando investigar os demarcadores presentes na dinâmica de seu redirecionamento existencial, enfatizando-se, para efeito desse trabalho, as contribuições steinianas para a apreensão do fenômeno. Os depoimentos, coletados através de entrevistas individuais, foram analisados fenomenologicamente. Na conclusão, evidenciou-se a implicação de exigências existenciais: a reconfiguração de si mesmo, do sentido do vivido e do posicionamento existencial, dinâmica impulsionada por acontecimentos mobilizadores do núcleo pessoal, cuja força espiritual possibilita o rompimento da cadeia de determinismos psíquico-sociais já consolidados.(AU)

The starting point of this text is a reconstruction of the main points of the phenomenological interpretation of Descartes' Passions of the soul by Merleau-Ponty. It is significant that in denouncing a certain ambiguity in Descartes' thought between causal realism, intellectuaThe problem of younghood lived within a context of crime is multifactorial, with great social proportions and a recurrent theme of academic research. However, matters related to the processes surrounding the life reconstruction of these young people, after dealing with crime, are rarely addressed. This study aims to present the results of the comprehensions obtained for a broader research, performed with youngsters after their involvement and separation of the crime context, seeking to investigate the defining elements present on the dynamics of their existential redirection, emphasizing, in the context of this work, Stein's contributions to the apprehension of this phenomena. The testimonies, collected through individual interviews, were phenomenologically analyzed. In the conclusion, it become evident the implications of the existential demands: the self-reconfiguration, the reconfiguration of the meaning of the lived experience and the reconfiguration of the existential positioning dynamic driven by the mobilizing events of the personal nucleus, whose spiritual force enables the rupture of an already consolidated psychic-social chains of determinism.(AU)

El problema de la juventud vivida en contextos en la criminalidad es un problema multifactorial, de grandes proporciones sociales y tema recurrente de pesquisas académicas. Sin embargo, las cuestiones relacionadas a los procesos envueltos en la reconstrucción de la vida de esos sujetos, después del envolvimiento con el crimen, raramente son abordados. El presente estudio objetiva presentar el resultado de las comprensiones alcanzadas a partir de una pesquisa más amplia, realizada con chicos jóvenes después de su envolvimiento y alejamiento del contexto del crimen, buscando investigar los destacados presentes en la dinámica de su reorientación existencial, enfatizándose, para efecto de ese trabajo, las contribuciones steinianas, para la incautación del fenómeno. Los testimonios, recogidos a través de entrevistas individuales, fueron analizados fenomenológicamente. En la conclusión se evidenció la implicación de exigencias existenciales: la reconfiguración de sí mismo, del sentido de lo vivido y del posicionamiento existencial, dinámico, impulsada por eventos movilizadores del núcleo personal, cuya fuerza espiritual posibilita el rompimiento de la cadena de determinismos psicosociales ya consolidados(AU)

Fenomenologia das motivações do adolescente em conflito com a lei / Phenomenology of adolescent's motivations in conflict with the law

Este trabalho visa a avaliar as motivações mobilizadoras do comportamento do adolescente em conflito com a lei, adotando o conceito interativo do ato infracional. Entrevistas, individuais e semi-estruturadas, foram realizadas com adolescentes do sexo masculino, privados de liberdade. Os conteúdos obtidos foram organizados em núcleos temáticos, analisados fenomenologicamente e articulados às motivações subjacentes. Os resultados revelaram uma ambivalência vivencial que corrompe as subjetividades e fragmenta os relacionamentos intersubjetivos, forjando angústia existencial. Essa angústia se expressa em ações contra si mesmo e a sociedade. Pontua-se a necessidade de intervenções psicossociais que considerem o problema não somente a partir dos determinismos simbólicos e culturais que o engendram, mas que também incluam a busca de respostas desses adolescentes ao seu sofrimento humanístico-existencial.

This paper aims to assess the mobilizing motivations of the adolescent's behavior in conflict with the law, adopting the interactive concept of infringement. Individual and semi-structured interviews were conducted with male adolescents deprived of freedom. The obtained contents were organized into thematic groups, analyzed phenomenologically, and articulated to the underlying motivations. The results revealed a living ambivalence that corrupts the subjectivities and fragments the intersubjective relationships, forging existential distress. This distress is expressed as actions against himself and the society. Attention is called to the need for psychosocial interventions that consider the problem not only from the symbolic and cultural determinism that engender it, but that also includes the adolescents´ search for answers to their humanistic-existential suffering.
