RESUMEN

(ClImDipp)P-P(Dipp)˙ (1˙), a rare example of a neutral, mixed substituted diphosphene radical, has been prepared by reduction of (ClImDipp)PP(Dipp)[OTf] (2[OTf]) and (ClImDipp)PP(Cl)(Dipp) (3) with cobaltocene (CoCp2) (ClImDipp = 4,5-dichloro-1,3-bis(1,3-diisopropylphenyl)-imidazol-2-yl, Dipp = 2,6-diisopropylphenyl). Radical compound 1˙ readily activates white phosphorus (P4), resulting in the formation of an intriguing octaphosphane butterfly compound P8(ClImDipp)2(Dipp)2 (4).

BACKGROUND: Metabolic syndrome (MetS) in adolescence is a risk factor for future cardiovascular disease. The chronic inflammation associated with MetS can be attenuated by the anti-inflammatory effect of polyphenols. We aimed to evaluate total urinary polyphenols as a biomarker of anti-inflammatory diets and their effect on MetS in adolescents. METHODS: In this retrospective analysis of a longitudinal cohort study, the relationship between total polyphenol excretion (TPE) in urine, the inflammatory potential of the diet measured through the Children's Dietary Inflammatory Index (C-DII), and the presence of metabolic syndrome was evaluated. The study population consisted of adolescents enrolled in the SI! Program for Secondary Schools trial, who had completed all the study forms and provided urine samples at baseline and at the two-year follow-up. Multivariate linear regression and multinominal logistic regression models were generated to evaluate the relationship of changes in TPE with changes in the C-DII score and changes in MetS status, respectively. An analysis of the ROC curve was performed to assess the potential of TPE as a biomarker of an anti-inflammatory diet. RESULTS: This study included 662 adolescents, 51.2% were males, and 48.8% were females, with a mean age of 12 (0.38) years at baseline. The relationship between changes in TPE and changes in the C-DII score was stratified by sex with a p-value <0.001 for the interaction. TPE and C-DII were inversely associated in males (-0.13 mg GAE/g creatinine [-0.26; -0.01] per 1-SD increase, p-value = 0.037). In addition, an increase in changes in TPE levels were associated with a reversal in MetS status in all adolescents (1.30 [1.27; 1.34] per 1-SD increase, p-value<0.001). The ROC curve showed that urinary TPE levels can predict dietary inflammatory potential with an AUC = 0.793 (0.725; 0.863) in males. CONCLUSION: Polyphenols excreted in urine are a potential biomarker of anti-inflammatory diets in males and are associated with a reversal of MetS status in adolescents. The objective of this study was to create artificial enzymes that capitalize on pnictogen bonding, a s-hole interaction that is essentially absent in biocatalysis.  For this purpose, stibine catalysts were equipped with a biotin derivative and combined with streptavidin mutants to identify an efficient transfer hydrogenation catalyst for the reduction of a fluorogenic quinoline substrate.  Increased catalytic activity from wild-type streptavidin to the best mutants coincides with the depth of the s hole on the Sb(V) center, and the emergence of saturation kinetic behavior.  Michaelis-Menten analysis reveals transition-state recognition in the low micromolar range, more than three orders of magnitude stronger than the millimolar substrate recognition.  Carboxylates preferred by the best mutants contribute to transition-state recognition by hydrogen-bonded ion pairing and anion-π interactions with the emerging pyridinium product.  The emergence of challenging stereoselectivity in aqueous systems further emphasizes compatibility of pnictogen bonding with higher order systems catalysis.

Restoring tactile feedback in virtual reality can improve user experience and facilitate the feeling of embodiment. Electrotactile stimulation can be an attractive technology in this context as it is compact and allows for high-resolution spatially distributed stimulation. In the present study, a 32-channel tactile glove worn on the fingertips was used to provide tactile sensations during a virtual version of a rubber hand illusion experiment. To assess the benefits of multichannel stimulation, we modulated the spatial extent of feedback and its fidelity. Thirty-six participants performed the experiment in two conditions, in which stimulation was delivered to a single finger or all fingers, and three tactile stimulation types within each condition: no tactile feedback, simple single-point stimulation, and complex sliding stimulation mimicking the movements of the brush. Following each trial, the participants answered a multi-item embodiment questionnaire and reported the proprioceptive drift. The results confirmed that modulating the spatial extent of stimulation, from a single finger to all fingers, was indeed a successful strategy. When stimulating all fingers, tactile stimulation significantly improved all subjective measures compared to receiving no tactile stimulation. However, unexpectedly, the second strategy, that of modulating the fidelity of feedback, was not successful since there was no difference between the simple and complex tactile feedback in any of the measures. The results, therefore, imply that the effects of tactile feedback are better expressed in a more dynamic scenario (i.e., making/breaking contact and delivering stimulation to different body locations), while it still needs to be investigated if further improvements of the complex feedback can make it more effective compared to the simple approach.

Language-based disparities negatively impact patient outcomes. Spanish-speaking Latino patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) transitioning home from acute hospital care and their families have poor TBI-related outcomes; further, they have significant difficulties navigating the healthcare system due to care fragmentation and limited provider support. These challenges are exacerbated by language barriers. There are disproportionately fewer bilingual providers and interpreters in the U.S. healthcare system for patients with TBI for whom English is not their primary language. Although Spanish-speaking Latino patients with TBI and their families communicate with healthcare providers using interpreters on a regular basis, limited research has explored the healthcare delivery perspective. The purpose of this study was to understand the perspectives of healthcare providers and interpreters regarding their experience caring for or supporting Spanish-speaking Latino patients with TBI and their families during the transition home from acute hospital care. This qualitative descriptive study included 10 bilingual (English and Spanish-speaking) participants: 7 interdisciplinary providers and 3 interpreters; findings were analyzed using rapid qualitative analysis to inform intervention adaptation. Four themes were identified: 1) language misalignment decreases health literacy and increases length of stay; 2) TBI-related cognitive impairments, coupled with language differences, make communication challenging; 3) unique social contributors to health directly decrease health equity; and 4) recommendations to improve access and justice in transitional care. There are multiple opportunities to improve transitional care support provided to Spanish-speaking Latino patients with TBI and their families in a manner that is not currently being addressed in research or in practice.

Pyric herbivory, the combination of controlled burning and targeted grazing, is an effective strategy for restoring abandoned, shrub-encroached rangelands to open ecosystems. This practice may impact soil nitrogen pools by altering soil nitrification and denitrification rates, and may lead to an increase of nitrogen losses through nitrate leaching and N-gas emissions. This research, located in the south-western Pyrenees, investigated the effects of pyric herbivory on soil nitrification and denitrification potentials and mineral nitrogen content in a gorse-encroached temperate rangeland six months after the burning was implemented. The study included three treatments: high-severity burning plus grazing, low-severity burning plus grazing, and unburned and ungrazed areas (control). We measured soil nitrification and denitrification potentials (net and gross), the limitation of denitrifiers by nitrogen or organic carbon, and the abundance of nitrite- and nitrous oxide-reducing bacteria. Additional soil and vegetation data complemented these measurements. Results showed that pyric herbivory did not significantly affect nitrification potential, which was low and highly variable. However, it decreased gross denitrification potential and nitrous oxide reduction to dinitrogen in high-severely burned areas compared to the control. Denitrification rates directly correlated with microbial biomass nitrogen, soil organic carbon, soil water content and abundance of nirS-harbouring bacteria. Contrary to the expected, soil nitrate availability did not directly influence denitrification despite being highest in burned areas. Overall, the study suggests that pyric herbivory does not significantly affect mid-term nitrification rates in temperate open ecosystems, but may decrease denitrification rates in intensely burned areas. These findings highlight the importance of assessing the potential impacts of land management practices, such as pyric herbivory, on soil nutrient cycling and ecosystem functioning.

OBJECTIVE: To describe extension of ovarian tissue beyond visible and National Comprehensive Cancer Network recommended margins among patients with BRCA mutations undergoing minimally invasive risk-reducing salpingo-oophorectomy. METHODS: A prospective study of patients with BRCA mutations who underwent minimally invasive risk-reducing bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was conducted. Patient enrollment occurred between October 2021 and 2023. Tissue specimens were analyzed according to the Sectioning and Extensively Examining the Fimbriated End protocol. RESULTS: Twenty women with BRCA mutations were prospectively enrolled. All patients underwent minimally invasive surgery with 70% undergoing concurrent hysterectomy (n = 14). Approximately half of these procedures were performed with robotic assistance (n = 9, 45%). One patient was admitted overnight (5%); the other nineteen were discharged on the day of surgery (95%). One patient experienced a major complication and required readmission (5%). Extension of ovarian tissue beyond the visible ovary was noted on pathologic examination of six specimens (30%). In one patient this was observed on the left (17%), in three on the right (50%), and in two bilateral extension (33%) was noted. The distance ovarian stroma extended microscopically beyond the visible ovary was between 2 and 14 mm, with a median of 5 mm. Among patients with microscopic extension of ovarian tissue, the majority (n = 5, 83%) had a BRCA2 mutation. CONCLUSION: In women with BRCA mutations undergoing risk-reducing minimally invasive surgery, approximately one third had microscopic extension of ovarian stroma beyond the visible ovary. Current guidelines which recommend resection of at least 20 mm of tissue beyond the visible ovary are likely adequate in this population.

Introduction: Tobacco consumption and its impact on health remain high worldwide. Additionally, it is a contentious issue generating significant controversy. Twitter has proven to be a useful platform for evaluating public health topics related to population health behaviors, and tobacco consumption. Objective: The objective of this study is to analyze the content of tweets related to tobacco. Moreover, geolocation data will be considered to understand regional differences. Methods: Tweets published between 2018 and 2022, in both English and Spanish, containing the keyword "tobacco," were analyzed. A total of 56,926 tweets were obtained. The tweets were classified into different categories. 550 tweets were manually analyzed, and an automated and computerized classification was performed for the remaining and largest subset of tweets. Results: The analysis yielded 30,812 classifiable tweets. Healthcare professionals were the most frequent contributors to the topic (50.2%), with the most common theme being general information about the toxic effects of tobacco. 57.9% of the tweets discussed the harmful effects of tobacco on health, with fear being the predominant emotion. The largest number of tweets were located in America. Conclusions: Our study revealed a substantial number of tweets highlighting the health risks and negative perceptions of tobacco consumption. Africa showed the lowest percentage of tweets discussing the health risks associated with tobacco, coinciding with the continent having the least developed anti-tobacco policies. Healthcare professionals emerged as the most prominent users discussing the topic, which is encouraging as they play a crucial role in disseminating accurate and scientific health information.

The enterolignans, enterolactone and enterodiol, the main metabolites produced from plant lignans by the gut microbiota, have enhanced bioavailability and activity compared to their precursors, with beneficial effects on metabolic and cardiovascular health. Although extensively studied, the biosynthesis, cardiometabolic effects, and other therapeutic implications of mammalian lignans are still incompletely understood. The aim of this review is to provide a comprehensive overview of these phytoestrogen metabolites based on up-to-date information reported in studies from a wide range of disciplines. Established and novel synthetic strategies are described, as are the various lignan precursors, their dietary sources, and a proposed metabolic pathway for their conversion to enterolignans. The methodologies used for enterolignan analysis and the available data on pharmacokinetics and bioavailability are summarized and their cardiometabolic bioactivity is explored in detail. The special focus given to research on the health benefits of microbial-derived lignan metabolites underscores the critical role of lignan-rich diets in promoting cardiovascular health.

BackgroundQ fever is a bacterial zoonosis caused by Coxiella burnetii. Spain has the highest number of notified human cases in Europe. Small ruminants are a key reservoir for the pathogen, transmission from animals to humans is usually airborne.AimWe aimed at exploring temporal and spatial epidemiological patterns of sporadic and outbreak cases of Q fever in four Spanish regions with the highest number of notified cases.MethodsWe extracted data on Q fever cases in the Canary Islands, Basque Country, La Rioja and Navarre between 2016 and 2022 from the Spanish National Epidemiological Surveillance Network. We calculated standardised incidence ratios (SIR), spatial relative risks (sRR) and posterior probabilities (PP) utilising Besag-York-Mollié models.ResultsThere were 1,059 notifications, with a predominance of males aged 30-60 years. In Basque Country, La Rioja and Navarre area, 11 outbreaks were reported, while no in the Canary Islands. A seasonal increase in incidence rates was observed between March and June. In the Canary Islands, elevated sRR was seen in La Palma, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. In Basque Country, La Rioja and Navarre area, the highest sRR was identified in the south of Biscay province.ConclusionGoats were the main source for humans in outbreaks reported in the literature. Seasonal increase may be related to the parturition season of small ruminants and specific environmental conditions. Local variations in sRR within these regions likely result from diverse environmental factors. Future One Health-oriented studies are essential to deepen our understanding of Q fever epidemiology.

BACKGROUND: Inherited retinal dystrophies (IRD) are one of the main causes of incurable blindness worldwide. IRD are caused by mutations in genes that encode essential proteins for the retina, leading to photoreceptor degeneration and loss of visual function. IRD generates an enormous global financial burden due to the lack of understanding of a significant part of its pathophysiology, molecular diagnosis, and the near absence of non-palliative treatment options. Patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) for IRD seem to be an excellent option for addressing these questions, serving as exceptional tools for in-depth studies of IRD pathophysiology and testing new therapeutic approaches. METHODS: From a cohort of 8 patients with PROM1-related IRD, we identified 3 patients carrying the same variant (c.1354dupT) but expressing three different IRD phenotypes: Cone and rod dystrophy (CORD), Retinitis pigmentosa (RP), and Stargardt disease type 4 (STGD4). These three target patients, along with one healthy relative from each, underwent comprehensive ophthalmic examinations and their genetic panel study was expanded through clinical exome sequencing (CES). Subsequently, non-integrative patient-derived iPSC were generated and fully characterized. Correction of the c.1354dupT mutation was performed using CRISPR/Cas9, and the genetic restoration of the PROM1 gene was confirmed through flow cytometry and western blotting in the patient-derived iPSC lines. RESULTS: CES revealed that 2 target patients with the c.1354dupT mutation presented monoallelic variants in genes associated with the complement system or photoreceptor differentiation and peroxisome biogenesis disorders, respectively. The pluripotency and functionality of the patient-derived iPSC lines were confirmed, and the correction of the target mutation fully restored the capability of encoding Prominin-1 (CD133) in the genetically repaired patient-derived iPSC lines. CONCLUSIONS: The c.1354dupT mutation in the PROM1 gene is associated to three distinct AR phenotypes of IRD. This pleotropic effect might be related to the influence of monoallelic variants in other genes associated with retinal dystrophies. However, further evidence needs to be provided. Future experiments should include gene-edited patient-derived iPSC due to its potential as disease modelling tools to elucidate this matter in question.

The agronomic use of compost and biochar as soil amendments may exhibit contrasting results in terms of soil fertility and plant nutrition. The effects of the biennial application of biochar, compost and a blend of compost:biochar (90:10; % dw:dw) on the agronomical performance of an organically managed and well established 25-year-old olive orchard was assessed 5 years after the initial application. The agronomical evaluation was based on the assessment of the soil physical, chemical, and biological characteristics, and the assessment of the soil fertility by both crop production and nutritional status of the orchard, and the bioassay with olive plantlets. Biochar mainly benefited the physical properties (bulk density, total porosity, aeration, water retention capacity) of soil, especially in the top 0-5 cm. Compost and its blend with biochar improved microbial activity, soil nutritional status (increasing the content of soluble organic C, N, and P) and favoured the formation of aggregates in soil. The bioassay conducted with young plantlets confirmed the enhanced soil fertility status in the three amended treatments, particularly in the case of biochar and its blend with compost. However, this effect was not significantly observed in the adult plants after 5 years of application, reflecting the slow response of adult olive trees to changes in fertilization. Based on these results, alongside the desirable long-residence time of biochar in soil and the ready availability of compost, the blend of biochar with compost assayed in this study is defined as a valid strategy for preparing high quality soil organic amendments.

Human T-Lymphotropic Virus type-1 (HTLV-1) is a unique retrovirus associated with both leukemogenesis and a specific neuroinflammatory condition known as HTLV-1-Associated Myelopathy (HAM). Currently, most proposed HAM biomarkers require invasive CSF sampling, which is not suitable for large cohorts or repeated prospective screening. To identify non-invasive biomarkers for incident HAM in a large Brazilian cohort of PLwHTLV-1 (n=615 with 6,673 person-years of clinical follow-up), we selected all plasma samples available at the time of entry in the cohort (between 1997-2019), in which up to 43 cytokines/chemokines and immune mediators were measured. Thus, we selected 110 People Living with HTLV-1 (PLwHTLV-1), of which 68 were neurologically asymptomatic (AS) at baseline and 42 HAM patients. Nine incident HAM cases were identified among 68 AS during follow-up. Using multivariate logistic regression, we found that lower IL-10, IL-4 and female sex were independent predictors of clinical progression to definite HAM (AUROC 0.91), and outperformed previously suggested biomarkers age, sex and proviral load (AUROC 0.77). Moreover, baseline IL-10 significantly predicted proviral load dynamics at follow-up in all PLwHTLV-1. In an exploratory analysis, we identified additional plasma biomarkers which were able to discriminate iHAM from either AS (IL6Rα, IL-27) or HAM (IL-29/IFN-λ1, Osteopontin, and TNFR2). In conclusion, female sex and low anti-inflammatory IL-10 and IL-4 are independent risk factors for incident HAM in PLwHTLV-1,while proviral load is not, in agreement with IL-10 being upstream of proviral load dynamics. Additional candidate biomarkers IL-29/IL-6R/TNFR2 represent plausible therapeutic targets for future clinical trials in HAM patients.

BACKGROUND: Alcohol use has profound public health impact on women; however, modifiable factors that may influence alcohol use progression/recovery, including health service utilization, are understudied in women. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the association between mental health (MH) and substance use (SU) treatment with alcohol use progression and recovery among women who currently use alcohol or have in the past. METHODS: This study is a secondary data analysis of prospective data from waves 1 (2001-2002) and 2 (2004-2005) of the National Epidemiologic Survey on Alcohol and Related Conditions (NESARC; a US-nationally representative sample of adults). The analytic sample was limited to women who reported past or current alcohol use at wave 1 (N = 15,515). Latent transition analysis (LTA) examined whether receiving SU/MH treatment in the year prior to wave 1 was associated with transitioning between three empirically-derived stages of alcohol involvement (no, moderate, and severe problems classes), between Waves 1 and 2 adjusting for possible confounders using propensity score weight. RESULTS: Compared to White female drinkers, female drinkers who were from Black, Hispanic, or other races were less likely to receive SU/MH treatment (p-values ≤. 001). SU/MH treatment in the year prior to wave 1 was associated with transitioning from the moderate problems class to the no problems class between Waves 1 and 2 (p-value = .04). CONCLUSION: Receipt of SU or MH treatment among women, was associated with a higher likelihood of remission from moderate alcohol use problems to no problems over time. Future research, including investigation into treatment characteristics (e.g., frequency, duration, type) should further explore why women initially experiencing severe alcohol use problems did not experience similar remission.

BACKGROUND: The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in great incertitude and overwhelming changes in healthcare that have had a direct impact on antibiotic prescription. However, the influence of this pandemic on antibiotic consumption in patients undergoing surgery has not yet been analysed. The goal of this study was to analyse antimicrobial consumption and prescription in the same period of 2019 (pre-COVID-19), 2020 (beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic) and 2021 (established COVID-19) according to the DDD system in surgical patients at a tertiary-level hospital. METHODS: A prospectively maintained database was analysed. All patients who underwent elective or emergency gastrointestinal surgery during the same period (2019, 2020 and 2021) were included. Those who received at least 1 of the 10 most frequently prescribed antimicrobials during those periods were analysed. RESULTS: A total of 2975 patients were included in this study. In 2020, the number of procedures performed decreased significantly (653 versus 1154 and 1168 in 2020 versus 2019 and 2021, respectively; P = 0.005). Of all patients who underwent surgery during these periods, 45.08% received at least one of the antimicrobials studied (45.8% in 2020 versus 22.9% and 22.97% in 2019 and 2021, respectively; P = 0.005). Of these, 22.97% of the patients received a combination of these antimicrobials, with ceftriaxone/metronidazole being the most frequent. Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary and Liver Transplant, Emergency Surgery and Colorectal Surgery units had higher antibiotic consumption. CONCLUSIONS: The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a significant decrease in surgical activity and higher post-operative antimicrobial prescription compared with previous and subsequent years.

Positively charged ligands are scarce. Here, we report the synthesis of unprecedented cationic selenium-containing triazapentadiene ligand framework. The reaction between 2-pyridylselenyl reagents and NaN(CN)2 in a 2:1 ratio produces the sodium complexes featuring the cationic selenium-containing triazapentadiene (SeTAP) ligand. The sodium-to-metal transmetalation allows facile preparation of SeTAP metal complexes, as exemplified by the reactions with CuCl2, AgNO3, NaAuCl4, and FeCl3. Density functional theory calculations have been used to analyze and characterize the chalcogen bonding interactions observed in the solid state for these compounds. Moreover, antifungal properties of the SeTAP ligand and its metal complexes were screened for in vitro activity against several phytopathogenic fungi. Phoma eupyrena exhibited prominent sensitivity against the action of most of the tested compounds.

This paper presents the outcomes of a pioneering study that explores the potential of remote intergenerational communication to combat social isolation among children and older adults, especially under constraints posed by pandemics such as COVID-19. Acknowledging the limited mobility of many older adults, this research aims to provide insights into how digital platforms can facilitate meaningful exchanges between generations. Utilizing a mixed methodology approach, the study first conducted a user interaction analysis to outline guidelines for participant engagement with the Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based tool called IRAGE (Intergenerational Remote Access to Gaming Experiences) designed specifically for this purpose. Following the development of the ICT tool, three sessions of the remote intergenerational experience were held, during which participants' interactions were recorded and subsequently analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Key findings from the study reveal that remote intergenerational communication can significantly mitigate feelings of isolation among older adults, contributing to their mental health and emotional well-being. Moreover, the study highlights the effectiveness of the web-based platform in facilitating these interactions, with older adults and children finding the user interface intuitive and the overall experience engaging. These outcomes underscore the importance of leveraging technology to maintain social connections during challenging times and offer valuable guidelines for developing ICT tools that cater to the needs of diverse user groups. By demonstrating the feasibility and benefits of remote intergenerational communication, this research contributes to the broader discourse on active aging and the role of digital technologies in promoting social inclusion and emotional health.

The properties and structure of the crystalline lens change as time after death passes. Some experiments have suggested that these might be used to estimate the postmortem interval (PMI). In this study, the organization and texture of the rabbit lens were objectively evaluated as a function of the PMI using two-photon excitation fluorescence (TPEF) imaging microscopy. Between 24 h and 72 h, the lens presented a highly organized structure, although the fiber delineation was progressively vanishing. At 96 h, this turned into a homogeneous pattern where fibers were hardly observed. This behaviour was similar for parameters providing information on tissue texture. On the other hand, the fiber density of the lens is linearly reduced with the PMI. On average, density at 24 h was approximately two-fold when compared to 96 h after death. The present results show that TPEF microscopy combined with different quantitative tools can be used to objectively monitor temporal changes in the lens fiber organization after death. This might help to estimate the PMI, which is one of the most complex problems in forensic science.

OBJECTIVE: To analyse the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of nurses in Spanish out-of-hospital Emergency Services, identifying predictor factors of greater severity. METHOD: A multicentre cross-sectional descriptive study was designed, including all nurses working in any Spanish out-of-hospital Emergency Services between 01/02/2021 and 30/04/2021. The main outcomes were the level of depression, anxiety and stress assessed through the DASS-21 scale. Sociodemographic, clinical, and occupational information was also collected. Univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted to determine possible associations between variables. RESULTS: The sample included 474 nurses. 32.91%, 32.70% and 26.33% of the participants had severe or extremely severe levels of depression, anxiety and stress, respectively. Professionals with fewer competencies to handle stressful situations, those who had used psychotropic drugs and/or psychotherapy on some occasion before the pandemic onset, or those who had changed their working conditions presented more likelihood of developing more severe levels of depression, anxiety and/or stress. CONCLUSION: Nurses in Spanish out-of-hospital Emergency Services have presented medium levels of depression, anxiety and stress during the pandemic. Clinical and occupational factors have been associated with a higher degree of psychological distress. It is necessary to adopt strategies that promote professionals' self-efficacy and mitigate the triggers of negative emotional states.
