RESUMEN

AIM: To investigate the relationship between TRPM3 and diabetes-induced painful peripheral neuropathy. METHODS: Treptozotocin (STZ) was intraperitoneal injected for establishment of diabetic mice model, behavioral tests of paw withdraw thresholds (PWTs) and paw withdraw latencies (PWLs) were conducted; Protein contents and tyrosine phosphorylation levels of TRPM3 were detected by immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting. RESULTS: The PWTs and PWLs in diabetic mice were significantly reduced; TRPM3 tyrosine phosphorylation in the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of diabetic mice significantly increased compared with control, while the protein expression shows no statistical significance; Enhanced tyrosine phosphorylation of TRPM3 by BPV can evoke heat hyperalgesia in intact mice; Reduce of the tyrosine phosphorylation levels of TRPM3 through PP2 significantly alleviates diabetes-induced heat hyperalgesia, without affecting mechanical allodynia. CONCLUSION: The upregulation of tyrosine phosphorylation of TRPM3 plays a key role in heat related painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the different design of readiness assurance process (RAP) and application in TBL teaching of rehabilitation medicine, and to compare the teaching effects. Methods:A total of 40 students who had clinical rotation in our department were chose as research subjects, and they were taught with TBL teaching. Two chapters of "Stroke Rehabilitation" and "Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation" were chosen for the two lectures. During the course of "Stroke Rehabilitation", the RAP adopted open-ended questions, and the application part simulated Teamwork meetings. In the course of "Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation", the RAP used close-ended multiple-choice questions, and the application part simulated making rehabilitation plan. At the end of the two lectures, questionnaires were send to students. Results:For the RAP part, more students preferred open-ended questions. In the application part, students preferred to make rehabilitation plan. Conclusion:The process of clinical diagnosis and treatment and the formulation of rehabilitation plan in clinical practice of rehabilitation medicine has been applied to different parts of TBL teachings, and students are favor of this teaching method, which provides a reference for the future TBL teaching design of rehabilitation medicine.

RESUMEN

Objective To confirm the connotation, constitution and classification of the stakeholders in public hospital. Methods The stakeholders of public hospital were proposed through the brainstorm method and literature search. On this basis, the expert consultation scale was developed by using the score-based approach for reference The stakeholders of public hospital were confirmed and classified through two-round expert consultation. Results The research confirms 16 stakeholders of public hospital on the 80% level of support ratio by experts. There were 10 core stakeholders, 5 latent stakeholders and 1 marginal stakeholder. Conclusion Appropriate stakeholder management strategy should be taken for different types of stakeholders.

RESUMEN

A field survey of three counties in a province in west China analyzed the public health performance from the dimensions of input, output and outcomes, and computed the composite evaluation indexes for public health performance of the sample areas. The indexes so obtained are as follows: Low public health input in general; gap of public health outcomes among various public health programs;generally high outcome performances. The paper proposed to improve the fund raising mechanism for rural public health, build a performance-based investment mechanism, balanced provision of primary public health services, and secure supports from all the society, in an effort to promote public health development in rural areas.
