RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Disabled elderly with stroke usually have difficulty in obtaining professional rehabilitation intervention after being discharged from the hospital, and their self-health management ability is low, so their illness is prone to relapse. The hospital community-integrated service model (HCISM) is a scientific model designed to meet the needs of home care after discharge from the hospital, improve the quality of life of patients after discharge from the hospital, ease the burden on the family, and improve the service capabilities of community medical staff. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of HCISM in home rehabilitation of stroke disabled elderly. METHODS: From September 2019 to September 2020, 120 the disabled elderly patients with stroke admitted to Affiliated hospital of Jiangnan University were selected and divided into two groups with a random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups underwent home rehabilitation after discharge, the control group was given routine intervention, and the observation group was given HCISM intervention. The changes of self-care ability, compliance behavior, self-efficacy, and adverse mood before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. RESULTS: The modified Barthel Index (MBI) score of the observation group after 3 months of intervention was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). In the observation group, the changes in the proportion of medication, reasonable diet, moderate exercise, and regular return visits after 3 months were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The General Self-efficacy Scale (GSES) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of intervention (P<0.05). Zung's Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores in the observation group were low after 3 months of intervention than those in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: HCISM applied to the home rehabilitation of the disabled elderly patients with stroke can improve life self-care ability and self-efficacy, improve medical compliance behavior, and reduce negative emotions, thus making it worthy of further promotion.

RESUMEN

It's difficult to diagnose precancerous lesion and early cancer for a long time, because both of them haven't typical morphological characteristics. As a novel diagnostic modality, fluorescence endoscopy can accurately reflect minimal changes in human's tissue, thus making a meaningful progress for cancer diagnosing. 200 patients were examined by fluorescence endoscopy to evaluate the diagnostic value. The overall accuracy, sensitivity and specificity for detecting malignant gastrointestinal tumor was 94.0%, 94.6% and 93.5%, respectively. Thus, fluorescence endoscopy can be used to diagnose malignant gastrointestinal tumors with high validity and reliability, and is advantageous over conventional white light endoscopy especially in detecting the atypical and suspicious lesions. Furthermore, fluorescence endoscopy can also guide target biopsy, is significant to improve the early cancer detection rate, has a broad development prospect.

RESUMEN

The soil water characteristic curves (SWCC) at different soil depths (0-10 cm, loamy; 20-30 cm, side-bleached layer; and 50-60 cm, loess) in a broad-leaved Korean pine forest in Changbai Mountains were measured by dewpoint potential meter. The SWCC at different soil depths showed a trend of fast descending-slow descending-basically stable. The relationship between soil water content and soil water potential could be successfully described by the power function proposed by Gardner et al., and the correlation coefficient was between 0.9239 and 0.9400. The soil water-holding capacity at different soil depths was in the order of 50-60 cm > 0-10 cm > 20-30 cm, and the decline rate of soil water content along with the decline of soil water potential at different soil depths was in the order of 0-10 cm > 20-30 cm > 50-60 cm. The desorption curve was located below the absorption curve. A hysteresis between the absorption process and desorption process was observed, and the hysteresis degree was the highest at the depth 0-10 cm, lower at 50-60 cm, and the lowest at 20-30 cm.

RESUMEN

The mechanism and principles of autofluorescence imaging based on autofluorescence technique are reported. The threshold value of fluorescence spectrum ratio applied can be quantitative and objective and the reliable measurement method that may provide intuitive method of autofluorescence imaging in the gut mucosa. The suspected lesion may be found rapidly according to the imaging color difference, therefore the results of clinical study of the digestive tract cancer diagnosis indicated that the sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic accuracy were 94%, 95.5% and 94.8% respectively, and it has very high value in clinical application.
