Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,treatment methods,and prognosis of a-cute leukemia patients with extramedullary infiltration.Methods The clinical characteristics and treatment methods of 47 acute leukemia patients with extramedullary infiltration admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from April 2014 to April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Subgroup analysis was performed according to whether there was extramedullary infiltration before transplantation,and whether there was isolated extramedullary recurrence after transplantation.Based on this analysis,the patients were di-vided into the pre-transplantation radiotherapy group and pre-transplantation non-radiotherapy group,the post-transplantation radiotherapy group and post-transplantation non-radiotherapy group.According to the treatment methods of central nervous system leukemia(CNSL),the patients were divided into the intrathecal injection group(n=12)and combination of intrathecal injection and radiotherapy group(n=13).The local remission situation,survival duration,and toxic and side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy were com-pared.Results For acute leukemia patients with extramedullary infiltration,the overall survival time(OS)in the radiotherapy group was better than that in the non-radiotherapy group(median OS:706 d vs.151 d,P=0.015).Subgroup analysis showed that the OS of the pre-transplantation radiotherapy group was better than that of the pre-transplantation non-radiotherapy group(median OS:592 d vs.386 d,P=0.035).For CNSL,the combination of intrathecal injection and radiotherapy group had a better OS than the intrathecal injection group(median OS:547 d vs.388 d,P=0.045).The event-free survival time(EFS)of the radiotherapy group was better than that of the non-radiotherapy group(median EFS:175 d vs.50 d,P=0.005).The COX pro-portional-hazards model showed that treatment with or without radiotherapy had a significant impact on the OS of acute leukemia patients with extramedullary infiltration.The risk of death in the pre-transplantation non-radiotherapy group was 2.231 times higher than that in the pre-transplantation radiotherapy group(HR=3.231,95%CI:1.021-10.227,P=0.046).Compared with the non-radiotherapy group,the radiother-apy group had a higher local remission and a lower risk of haematological toxicity,infection,and haemorrhage.Conclusion Radiotherapy can rapidly alleviate the local symptoms of acute leukemia complicated with extr-amedullary infiltration,prolong the survival time of these patients,and reduce the risk of hematologic toxicity,infection,and haemorrhage.

Specific acupoints along the conception vessel, governor vessel, and bladder meridian, as well as related acupoints with tonifying effects on spleen and kidney, are selected to achieve the therapeutic goal of "promoting yang and nourishing yang simultaneously".

Objective:To investigate the relationship between telomere length of bone marrow mononuclear cells and prognosis of patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).Methods:Telomere length of bone marrow mononuclear cells before transplantation, after transplantation and before donor mobilization as well as information related to follow-up of 33 AML patients who received allo-HSCT in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University between June 2020 and June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Telomere length was detected by using telomeric terminal restriction fragment (TRF) method. Telomere length was compared among patients with different prognoses. The recurrence within 1 year was treated as the gold standard and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the effect of telomere length before transplantation or before donor mobilization in the judgement of the recurrence within 1 year after transplantation. The patients were stratified according to the optimal threshold value of telomere length for patients or donors, and Kaplan-Meier method was used to compare the progression-free survival (PFS) of patients with different stratification, and log-rank test was performed.Results:The median age of 33 patients was 34 years (14-61 years), and there were 17 males and 16 females; 31 patients were initially diagnosed with AML, 1 patient transferred from myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) to AML, and 1 patient transferred from chronic granulocytic leukemia (CML) to AML; 14 received identical sibling transplantation and 19 received haploidentical sibling transplantation. The median age of the donors was 30 years (20-65 years), including 24 males and 9 females. Telomere length of bone marrow mononuclear cells before mobilization in 33 donors was longer than that in patients before transplantation (33 cases) and at +30 d after transplantation (31 cases) [(6.67±0.31) kb, (6.40±0.33) kb, (6.48±0.33) kb, respectively; all P < 0.05], and the difference between patients before and at +30 d after transplantation was not statistically significant ( t = 0.89, P = 0.378), and the telomere length of bone marrow mononuclear cells in 11 patients +180 d after transplantation was (6.66±0.18) kb. The incidence of acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) after transplantation was 45.5% (15/33), the incidence of infection with clear imaging and pathogenic basis was 39.4% (13/33), the mortality rate within 1 year after transplantation was 3.0% (1/33), and the recurrence rate within 1 year after transplantation was 15.2% (5/33). There were no statistically significant differences in telomere length of donor pre-mobilization bone marrow mononuclear cells between the groups with and without aGVHD and between the infected and non-infected groups (all P > 0.05).Compared with patients who had not relapsed within 1 year after transplantation, telomere length of donor pre-mobilization bone marrow mononuclear cells was shorter in patients who relapsed within 1 year after transplantation [(6.39±0.19) kb vs. (6.72±0.30) kb, t = -3.23, P = 0.011], telomere length was longer in patients before transplantation [(6.75±0.16) kb vs. (6.35±0.36) kb, t = 4.17, P = 0.001]. ROC curve analysis showed that the optimal threshold values for telomere length of pre-transplantation and donor pre-mobilization bone marrow mononuclear cells were 6.48 and 6.42 kb, respectively for patients who relapsed within 1 year after transplantation. PFS in patients with pre-transplantation bone marrow mononuclear cells telomere length < 6.48 kb was better than that in patients with telomere length ≥ 6.48 kb ( P = 0.003); PFS in patients with pre-mobilization bone marrow mononuclear cells telomere length>6.42 kb was better than that in patients with telomere length ≤ 6.42 kb ( P < 0.001). Conclusions:In allo-HSCT for AML, patients have an increased risk of relapse within 1 year after transplantation when their pre-transplantation bone marrow mononuclear cells telomere length is long and the donor bone marrow mononuclear cells telomere length is short.

Objective: To explore the development of a CAR-T cells targeting CLL-1 and verify its function. Methods: The expression levels of CLL-1 targets in cell lines and primary cells were detected by flow cytometry. A CLL-1 CAR vector was constructed, and the corresponding lentivirus was prepared. After infection and activation of T cells, CAR-T cells targeting CLL-1 were produced and their function was verified in vitro and in vivo. Results: CLL-1 was expressed in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines and primary AML cells. The transduction rate of the prepared CAR T cells was 77.82%. In AML cell lines and AML primary cells, CLL-1-targeting CAR-T cells significantly and specifically killed CLL-1-expressing cells. Compared to untransduced T cells, CAR-T cells killed target cells and secreted inflammatory cytokines, such as interleukin-6 and interferon-γ, at significantly higher levels (P<0.001) . In an in vivo human xenograft mouse model of AML, CLL-1 CAR-T cells also exhibited potent antileukemic activity and induced prolonged mouse survival compared with untransduced T cells [not reached vs 22 days (95%CI 19-24 days) , P=0.002]. Conclusion: CAR-T cells targeting CLL-1 have been successfully produced and have excellent functions.

OBJECTIVES: The relationship between inflammatory cytokines and postoperative delirium (POD) remains to be further investigated, especially in patients undergoing acute type A aortic dissection (AAD). Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is involved in the inflammatory process and has recently been identified as a biomarker of cerebral dysfunction. We explored the hypothesis that IL-6 was one of the critical causes of POD after surgical repair of AAD. METHODS: Plasma IL-6 was measured using electrochemiluminescence technology in patients preoperatively and 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h after surgical repair of acute type A aortic dissection. After the first three postoperative days, delirium was evaluated twice daily using the Confusion Assessment Method. ROC curves were used to evaluate the ability of IL-6 measurements to distinguish POD. RESULTS: The incidence of POD was 14.03% (31 of 221 patients). The patients in the POD group were significantly older than the patients in the non-POD group (56.48 ± 11.68 years vs 52.22 ± 10.50 years, P = 0.040). Plasma IL-6 concentrations were significantly higher in the POD group than in the non-POD group at three time points: preoperatively, after 24 h, and after 48 h. The AUC values corresponding to IL-6 preoperatively and 24 h after surgery were 0.73 and 0.72, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Cerebral dysfunction after the surgical repair of AAD shows elevated stress levels and inflammatory responses. Plasma IL-6 is a potential biomarker to predict the onset of POD in acute type A aortic dissection patients following surgical repair.

To resolve the issue of existing municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) in China with an insufficient influent carbon source, a bench-scale A2/O process based on partial nitrification coupled with ANAMMOX was constructed by controlling aeration partition ratio, dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration, and sludge retention time (SRT). In this study, the nitrogen removal performance, nitrogen removal pathway, and microbial community structure of the system under different conditions were investigated. The results showed that the system had excellent nitrogen removal efficiency at low-C/N influent (C/N=5). The A2/O reactor had experienced the co-culture stage (Phase 1), screening stage (Phase 2-3), and enrichment stage (Phase 4) successively during the 140-day experiment, and the nitrogen removal pathway changed from nitrification and denitrification to partial nitrification coupled ANAMMOX in the end. The optimal removal efficiencies of 97.69% for NH4+-N and 87.83% for TN were obtained in the enrichment stage (Phase 4), and the effluent concentration of NH4+-N and TN were 1.20 mg·L-1 and 7.03 mg·L-1, respectively. Illumina MiSeq sequencing results showed that the enrichment of AOB including Nitrosomonas and Nitrosospira and the elimination of NOB including Nitrospira, Nitrococcus, and Nitrobacter were the main causes of achieving partial nitrification in the system. The enrichment of AnAOB including Candidatus Kuenenia and Candidatus Jettenia was the key point for the occurrence of ANAMMOX in the system, and thus, played an important role in the achievement of advanced nitrogen removal.

BACKGROUND: Cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) with high-priming volume can significantly activate the inflammatory response and increse the usage of packed red blood cells (PRBCs). As risks and complications related to transfusions are increasing, many cardiac centers are focusing on reducing the priming volume of CPB. In our center, efforts have also been made to reduce the priming volume, and the effects of CPB with low-priming volume on clinical outcomes in children undergoing congenital heart disease (CHD) surgery were investigated in this study to provide referential experiences for pediatric CPB. METHODS: The clinical case data of 158 children undergoing CHD surgery with CPB were collected. The children were divided into the low-priming-volume group (group A, n = 79) and the traditional group (group B, n = 79) according to the priming volume. The amount of PRBCs transfused, the postoperative hematological test results and the clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared by the independent sample t-test or the chi-square test. RESULTS: The amount of PRBCs transfused during CPB and during the whole operation were significantly lower in group A than in group B (p < 0.01), but the hemoglobin (Hb) concentration was higher in group A on the first day after surgery (p < 0.01) and before hospital discharge. However, the latter showed no statistical significant difference. The lowest postoperative platelet count was higher in group A than in group B (p < 0.05). There was no statistical difference in the postoperative inflammatory markers and the main clinical outcomes between the two groups. CONCLUSIONS: The usage of PRBCs in CPB with low-priming volume decreased significantly, but the postoperative Hb concentration and platelet count could still be maintained at a high level, improving the use efficiency of PRBCs. CPB with low-priming volume did not affect the postoperative recovery of patients, so it is worthy of continuous promotion and optimization.

To resolve the issue of insufficient influent carbon sources in existing municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) in China, a pilot-scale step-feed A2/O process was used to treat low-C/N (C/N<5) municipal sewage with five different inflow distribution ratios. In this study, the effects of influent flow distribution on the removal efficiencies of chemical oxygen demand (COD), ammonium nitrogen (NH4+-N), total nitrogen (TN), and total phosphorus (TP) were investigated. The results showed that optimal removal efficiencies of 89.41% for COD, 95.30% for NH4+-N, 83.00% for TN, and 90.09% for TP were obtained at an inflow QPA:QAN:QA distribution ratio of 0.1:0.2:0.3. The activated sludge exhibited excellent settleability characteristics, showing a sludge volume index (SVI)<120 mL·g-1 with an average volatile suspended solids (VSS) total suspended solids (TSS) ratio of 0.84 (Phase 5), and no filamentous bacteria bulking occurred during the 120-day experiment. Moreover, the microbial community structure in the oxic zone was detected by high-throughput sequencing. The results demonstrated that excellent nutrient removal and sludge settling performance of the system were closely related to the enrichment of six types of heterotrophic bacteria, four types of denitrifying bacteria, five types of polyphosphate-accumulating organisms (PAOs), and two types of zoogloea and the elimination of three types of filamentous bacteria.

As for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescription, what puzzled researchers most was how to select proper chemical markers to represent the whole pharmacological action system. In this paper, an integrated metabolomic method was presented for a systematic discovery of potential active components in Fangji Huangqi Tang (FHT), a well-known TCM prescription for nephrotic syndrome treatment, based on "correlations between chemical and metabolic profiles." Firstly, a metabolomics study was carried out to select representative biomarkers of nephrotic syndrome. Then, after drug administration, the dynamic process of serum composition was investigated by the ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization-quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometry (UHPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS) technique to detect the prototypes and related metabolites of relative components from FHT. Pearson correlation analysis was finally used to find out the correlations between the endogenous metabolic spectrums and the chemical serum spectrums. As a result, 17 biomarkers for nephrotic syndrome indication were identified, and the main metabolic pathways of their concern included linoleic acid metabolism; cyanoamino acid metabolism; alpha-linolenic acid metabolism; glycine, serine, and threonine metabolism; arachidonic acid metabolism; and glycerophospholipid metabolism. Meanwhile, active components in FHT for nephrotic syndrome treatment were screened out, including (+)-tetrandrine demethylation, fenfangjine G hydrogenation, tetrandrine, N-methylfangchinoline, tetrandrine demethylation, fangchinoline, glycyrrhetic acid, astragaloside II alcohol dehydration, atractylenolide III demethylation + hydrogenation, atractylenolide III demethylation + hydrogenation, and licoricone-N-acetylcysteine conjugation. This study demonstrated a promising way to elucidate the active chemical material basis of TCM prescription.

Objective To discuss the changes and significance of interleukin-17 (IL-17) in perioperative period of congenital heart disease patients with pulmonary hypertension. Methods A total of forty patients with congenital heart disease underwent cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) were included in this study. According to the pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP), patients were divided into non-pulmonary hypertension group (group Ⅰ, PASP < 30 mmHg) and pulmonary hypertension group (groupⅡ, PASP≥30 mmHg). Blood samples were taken before anesthesia (T1), start CPB (T2), 30 min after CPB (T3), 6 h (T4), 24 h (T5) and 7 d (T6) after operation. The concentration of IL-17 was detected by ELISA. Arterial oxygen partial pressure [p(O2)] and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure [p(CO2)] during the first five time points were recorded. Oxygen index (OI) and alveolar arterial oxygen tension difference (AaDO2) were calculated. Results The plasma IL-17 levels in perioperative period were significantly higher in group Ⅱ than those of group Ⅰ (P < 0.05). The highest concentration of IL-17 emerged at T3, then decreased gradually in both groups. At this time point, the OI decreased, and AaDO2 increased significantly in both groups. Compared with groupⅠ, the OI decreased, while AaDO2 increased at T5 in groupⅡ(P<0.05). Conclusion The high level of IL-17 promotes the formation of pulmonary hypertension in congenital heart disease and leads to the lung injury during CPB, which can be used as a clinical monitoring indicator of evaluating severity.

ZnO nanorods (NRs) self-organized into flowers were synthesized at different temperatures ranging from 100°C to 180°C by using the hydrothermal method. The existence of Zn interstitials (Zn(i)) was confirmed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and a larger amount of Zn(i) was found in the ZnO NRs prepared at higher temperatures. A redshift of the emission peak of more than 15 nm was observed for the ZnO NRs under single photon excitation. The nonlinear optical properties of the flower-like ZnO NRs were characterized by using focused femtosecond laser light and strong three-photon-induced luminescence was observed at an excitation wavelength of ~750 nm. More interestingly, a large redshift of the emission peak was observed with increasing excitation intensity, resulting in efficient blue emission with a narrow bandwidth of ~30 nm. It was confirmed that the large redshift originates from the heating of the ZnO NRs to a temperature of more than 800°C and the closely packed ZnO NRs in the flowers play a crucial role in heat accumulation. The stable and efficient three-photon-induced blue emission from such ZnO NRs may find potential applications in the fields of optical display, high-temperature sensors and light therapy of tumors.

We investigated the second and third harmonic generation (SHG and THG) in ZnO nanorods (NRs) by using a femtosecond laser (optical parametric amplifier with tunable wavelengths) with a long excitation wavelength of 1350 nm and a low repetition rate of 1 kHz. The damage threshold for ZnO NRs in this case was sufficiently large, enabling us to observe the competition between SHG and THG. The transition from red to blue emission and the mixing of red and blue light with different ratios were successfully demonstrated by simply varying excitation intensity, implying the potential applications of ZnO NRs in all-optical display.

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To explore effects of iron overload on hematopoiesis in mice with bone marrow injury and its possible mechanism (s).</p><p><b>METHODS</b>C57BL/6 mice were divided into control, iron, irradiation, irradiation+iron groups. The iron-overloaded model of bone marrow injury was set up after mice were exposed to the dose of 4 Gy total body irradiation and (or) were injected iron dextran intraperitoneally. Iron overload was confirmed by observing iron deposits in mice and bone marrow labile iron pool. Additionally, the number of peripheral blood and bone marrow mononuclear cells and the frequency of erythroid cells and myeloid cells were counted and hematopoietic function was assessed.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>(1)Iron overload occurred by bone marrow biopsy and flow cytometry analysis. (2)Compared with control group, the number of platelets [(801.9±81.2)×10⁹/L vs (926.0±28.2)×10⁹/L] and BMMNC and the frequency of erythroid cells and myeloid cells decreased. Moreover, hematopoietic colony forming units and single-cell cloning counts decreased significantly in irradiation group (P<0.05). (3)Compared with irradiation group, the number of platelets [(619.0±60.9)×10⁹/L vs (801.9±81.2)×10⁹/L] and the frequency of erythroid cells and myeloid cells decreased; moreover, hematopoietic colony forming units and single-cell cloning counts decreased significantly in irradiation+iron group (P<0.05). (4)Compared with irradiation group, ROS level increased by 1.94 fold in BMMNC, 1.93 fold in erythroid cells and 2.70 fold in myeloid cells, respectively (P<0.05).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The dose of 4 Gy total body irradiation caused bone marrow damage and iron overload based on this injury model, which could damage bone marrow hematopoietic function aggravatingly. And further study found that iron overload was closely related to increased ROS level in BMMNC. The findings would be helpful to further study the injury mechanism of iron overload on the hematopoiesis of bone marrow.</p>

We analyzed the dynamic concentration change of serotonin (5-HT) and its main metabolite 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) within the epileptic hippocampus in rats. Seizure was induced by systemic injection of pilocarpine (320mg/kg, i.p.). Using electroencephalography (EEG) recordings, we found that primary seizure discharge was induced 30min after pilocarpine administration and that recurrent discharge peaked 14d after the onset of status epilepticus (SE). The extracellular fluid in the hippocampus was sampled by microdialysis from conscious animals at various time points before and after SE. The concentrations of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in the samples were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography and electrochemical detection (HPLC-ECD). Interestingly, 5-HT levels in the hippocampus were dramatically increased within the 30min following SE. This reversed to basal level by 4d after SE and continued to drop to 48% at 7d and 28% of basal level 14d after SE. Accordingly, a marked increase of 5-HIAA in the hippocampus appeared at 2d after SE, then gradually declined to levels below baseline. To identify serotonergic neurons in the raphe nuclei (a major source of 5-HT release in the brain), brain sections were immunostained for tryptophan hydroxylase (TPH). The number of TPH positive neurons and the intensity of TPH staining significantly decreased at 28d after SE. These data suggest that pilocarpine induces depletion of 5-HT in the hippocampus and significantly compromise serotonergic neurons in the raphe nuclei. The loss of serotonergic function may play a significant role in the pathophysiology of epilepsy.

RESUMEN

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To establish a mouse model of iron overload by intraperitoneal injection of iron dextran and investigate the impact of iron overload on bone marrow hematopoiesis.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>A total of 40 C57BL/6 mice were divided into control group, low-dose iron group (12.5 mg/ml), middle-dose iron group (25 mg/ml), and high-dose iron group (50 mg/ml). The control group received normal saline (0.2 ml), and the rest were injected with intraperitoneal iron dextran every three days for six weeks. Iron overload was confirmed by observing the bone marrow, hepatic, and splenic iron deposits and the bone marrow labile iron pool. In addition, peripheral blood and bone marrow mononuclear cells were counted and the hematopoietic function was assessed.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Iron deposits in bone marrow, liver, and spleen were markedly increased in the mouse models. Bone marrow iron was deposited mostly within the matrix with no significant difference in expression of labile iron pool.Compared with control group, the ability of hematopoietic colony-forming in three interventional groups were decreased significantly (P<0.05). Bone marrow mononuclear cells counts showed no significant difference. The amounts of peripheral blood cells (white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin) in different iron groups showed no significant difference among these groups;although the platelets were decreased slightly in low-dose iron group [(780.7±39.60)×10(9)/L], middle dose iron group [(676.2±21.43)×10(9)/L], and high-dose iron group [(587.3±19.67)×10(9)/L] when compared with the control group [(926.0±28.23)×10(9)/L], there was no significant difference(P>0.05).</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>The iron-overloaded mouse model was successfully established by intraperitoneal administration of iron dextran. Iron overload can damage the hepatic, splenic, and bone marrow hematopoietic function, although no significant difference was observed in peripheral blood count.</p>

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between serotonin (5-HT) and epilepsy and the mechanism of learning-memory in pilocarpine (PILO)-induced epileptic rats after 5,7-dihydroxytryptamine (5,7-DHT) microinjection in median raphe nucleus. METHODS: Adult S D rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: PILO group, PILO+ 5,7-DHT group, vehicle control group; PILO group was divided into two groups by status epilepticus (SE): PILO + SE group and PILO - SE group. The rats' seizures and cortex electroencephalography (EEG) were observed by video EEG. The rats' spatial learning-memory was evaluated by Morris water maze. Finally, serotonergic neuron in raphe nuclei was observed by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: After treatment of 5,7-DHT (PILO + 5,7-DHT group), the success rate, the mortality and the frequency of chronic spontaneous seizures in pilocarpine-induced epilepsy model were all improved. Compared with the control group, the number of serotonergic neuron in raphe nuclei was decrease in PILO + SE group (P < 0.05). Moreover, it's extremely decrease in PILO + 5,7-DHT group (P < 0.01). Compared with control group, the mean escape latency was prolonged, the times of crossing target was decreased and the retention time in target zone was shortened in PILO + SE group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between PILO + SE group and PILO + 5,7-DHT group. CONCLUSION: Depletion of serotonin may facility the rats' epileptic seizures, but we could not interpret which may cause epileptic rats' cognitive deficit.

RESUMEN

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are bioactive oxygen molecules produced after exposure to exogenous oxidants or endogenously through cellular aerobic metabolism. Hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) are multipotent, self-renewing stem cells residing in hematopoietic tissues. Recent studies show that an abnormal increase in ROS production is associated closely with HSC senescence. Many signaling molecules such as FoxOs, ATM, mTOR, TSC1, Bmi1 and AKT play a significant role in ROS-induced HSC senescence. The roles of p53-p21 and p16-Rb pathways can induce hematopoietic dysfunction and lead to ROS-induced HSC senescence. This review summarizes the recent progress of studies on ROS-induced HSC senescence, and further elaborates the potential signaling molecules and pathways, aiming to provide a new target and thread for clinical treatment.
