At present,some medical personnel have problems in professional resilience,such as post competence,psychological resilience,self-efficacy and decreased professional identity.In order to strengthen the training of medical personnel professional resilience,starting with the mechanisms of professional resilience training,management guaran-tee,hospital culture construction and self-construction,it puts forward that the government and society should build the training system of multiple subjects,improve the occupational safety and welfare guarantee,and optimize the psy-chological environment of medical personnel;medical institutions should create a good hospital culture atmosphere,strengthen the material support of occupational resilience training,and establish the vocational resilience training pro-gram;medical personnel should enhance their professional quality,enhance professional identity,and establish a harmo-nious interpersonal relationship.

In order to improve early childhood physical education, in this study, the talent cultivation mechanism for undergraduates was explored under the "full-practice" concept, oriented by preschooler mental health. First, from the perspective of preschooler psychology, the mechanisms of ability training and talent cultivation for undergraduates majoring in early childhood education were explored under the "full-practice" concept. Considering that the physical, psychological, and intellectual development of preschoolers shall follow the rules of physical education, and current early childhood education mainly focuses on intelligence education in China, early childhood physical education was analyzed further in this study. By investigating the undergraduate majors of early childhood education in Henan University, this study first summarized the current problems in early childhood education systems in universities. Secondly, combined with the form of physical education in kindergartens, strategies for talent cultivation and curriculum setting of early childhood physical education majors in colleges and universities were proposed. Finally, from the perspective of innovation and diversification of training forms, the cultivation of early childhood educators' physical education ability was analyzed at multiple levels and multiple objectives, and the integrated training system of early childhood education talents was constructed. The results show that, among all the courses for early childhood education major, compulsory courses account for 81.2% and optional courses account for 18.8%. In addition, a survey on undergraduates' attitudes toward the curriculum of their major demonstrates that 81.2% of the undergraduates thought that the range and content of practical courses should be increased, indicating that undergraduates majoring in early childhood education are dissatisfied with the current curriculum system, and they have an increased demand for practical courses. Correspondingly, it is vital to build and improve on the early childhood physical education. In terms of its talent cultivation, the "full-practice" concept helps combine theory with practice to improve the effectiveness of education and teaching, pushing forward the reform of the education system. Meanwhile, data- and intelligence-oriented teaching will become the new direction of modern sports development, as well as an important link for tracking and monitoring children's sports teaching in China. Through the continuous introduction of wearable artificial intelligence (AI) products, real-time monitoring of children's physical conditions can be realized, which helps improve the effectiveness of early childhood physical education.

Objective To analyze the problems and reasons in the clinical medicine postgraduate cultivation.We stated the competency of clinical medicine postgraduates according to the transition of health demands global medical development and practical requirements for clinical personnel. Me thods Questionnaire surveys combined with interviews were conducted, and statistical analysis was performed. In the first part, we selected the permanent staff with qualifications of medical clinicians, including: chief physicians, associate chief physicians, physicians, residents, accounting for 72％ of the interviewees; And related personnel, including nurses, administrators and patients, were also interviewed, accounting for 28％ of the total. 90 questionnaires were distributed, and 86 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective rate of 95.56％. In the second part, graduate students with clinical professional degrees were selected for interviews, 96 questionnaires were distributed, and 92 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective rate was 95.83％.Re s ults There was a certain gap between the expected goal and the actual situation of the post competency of clinical professional degree graduate students, and the gap had a certain statistical significance. The clinical professional degree graduate students paid more attention to the doctor-patient communication, teamwork. Conclus ions We elaborated the required post competence for clinical medicine postgraduates on the basis of its content and characteristic. We propose to strengthen the cultivation of clinical medicine postgraduates by the reform and support of the government enhanced construction of teachers improved course plan and cultivation process perfected assessment system in order to make the students competent to their posts.

Intelligence is the precondition for mastering knowledge and the foundation for acquiring technical skills.Intelligence cultivation among students majored in stomatology which includes constructing sound objective system,setting up supporting environmental condition and establishing scientific cultivation mechanism should be considered as an important teaching task.These methods can establish affluent language environment for students,set up opening mathematical logic training room,provide teaching environment with multiple visual space,develop the guidance for interpersonal communication and broaden the space for exploration of natural secrets.Combined with overall training of stomatology,the cultivation mechanism can be classified into four parts:establishing scientific mechanism for elective courses,providing auxiliary mechanism,adopting scientific evaluation and introducing effective incentives.
