RESUMEN

Osteosarcoma (OS) is a common primary bone tumor in children and adolescents. Circular RNA (circRNA)-IARS acts as an oncogene in multiple human tumors. However, the circ-IARS function in OS is unclear. This research aimed to elucidate the roles and mechanisms of circ-IARS in OS. In this study, circ-IARS expressions were raised in OS tissues and cells. circ-IARS expressions were closely related to clinical stage and distant metastasis. Furthermore, overall survival rates were reduced in OS patients with high circ-IARS levels. Also, silencing circ-IARS weakened OS cell proliferation and invasion, yet enhanced cell ferroptosis. Mechanistically, circ-IARS targeted miR-188-5p to regulate RAB14 expressions in OS cells. Moreover, circ-IARS knockdown repressed OS cell proliferation, invasion, and induced ferroptosis, yet these impacts were abolished by co-transfection with anti-miR-188-5p or pcDNA-RAB14. Meanwhile, interference with circ-IARS reduced OS cell proliferation, and decreased RAB14 (a member of the RAS oncogene family), GPX4, and xCT (crucial ferroptosis regulators) expressions in vivo. In conclusion, circ-IARS facilitated OS progression via miR-188-5p/RAB14.

Background: Exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were reported less frequently during the COVID-19 pandemic. We report real-world data on COPD exacerbation rates before and during this pandemic. Methods: Exacerbation patterns were analysed using electronic medical records or claims data of patients with COPD before (2017-2019) and during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020 through early 2022) in France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States. Data from each country were analysed separately. The proportions of patients with COPD receiving maintenance treatment were also estimated. Results: The proportion of patients with exacerbations fell 45-78% across five countries in 2020 versus 2019. Exacerbation rates in most countries were reduced by >50% in 2020 compared with 2019. The proportions of patients with an exacerbation increased in most countries in 2021. Across each country, seasonal exacerbation increases seen during autumn and winter in pre-pandemic years were absent during the first year of the pandemic. The percentage of patients filling COPD prescriptions across each country increased by 4.53-22.13% in 2019 to 9.94-34.17% in 2021. Conclusion: Early, steep declines in exacerbation rates occurred in 2020 versus 2019 across all five countries and were accompanied by a loss of the seasonal pattern of exacerbation.

Purpose: Vitamin D deficiency (VDD, 25-hydroxyvitamin D < 20 ng/mL) has been reported associated with exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) but sometimes controversial. Research on severe vitamin D deficiency (SVDD, 25-hydroxyvitamin D < 10 ng/mL) in exacerbation of COPD is limited. Patients and Methods: We performed a retrospective observational study in 134 hospitalized exacerbated COPD patients. 25-hydroxyvitamin D was modeled as a continuous or dichotomized (cutoff value: 10 or 20 ng/mL) variable to evaluate the association of SVDD with hospitalization in the previous year. Receiver operator characteristic (ROC) analysis was performed to find the optimal cut-off value of 25-hydroxyvitamin D. Results: In total 23% of the patients had SVDD. SVDD was more prevalent in women, and SVDD group tended to have lower blood eosinophils counts. 25-hydroxyvitamin D level was significantly lower in patients who were hospitalized in the previous year (13.6 vs 16.7 ng/mL, P = 0.044), and the prevalence of SVDD was higher (38.0% vs 14.3%, P = 0.002). SVDD was independently associated with hospitalization in the previous year [odds ratio (OR) 4.34, 95% CI 1.61-11.72, P = 0.004] in hospitalized exacerbated COPD patients, whereas continuous 25-hydroxyvitamin D and VDD were not (P = 0.1, P = 0.9, separately). The ROC curve yielded an area under the curve of 0.60 (95% CI 0.50-0.71) with an optimal 25-hydroxyvitamin D cutoff of 10.4 ng/mL. Conclusion: SVDD probably showed a more stable association with hospitalization in the previous year in hospitalized exacerbated COPD patients. Reasons for lower eosinophil counts in SVDD group needed further exploration.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common but underdiagnosed lung condition that is frequently managed inappropriately. It impacts poorest communities most, where health inequalities are greatest. New acute symptoms of breathlessness, cough, sputum production and wheeze should prompt clinical suspicion of underlying COPD in someone who is a current or ex-smoker (or has exposure to other risk factors) and be followed by referral for quality-assured spirometry once recovered. Management of COPD exacerbations in primary care includes use of short-acting bronchodilators if mild, and antibiotics and a short course of oral prednisolone if moderate/severe. Hospital at home schemes are safe and effective and should be considered for some patients exacerbating in the community; these are increasingly supported by remote monitoring ('virtual wards'). New or worsening hypoxia is an indication for hospital admission and therefore oxygen saturation monitoring is an important part of exacerbation management; clinicians should be aware of patient safety alerts around use of pulse oximeters. Exacerbations drive poor health status and lung function decline and therefore asking about exacerbation frequency at planned reviews and taking action to reduce these is an important part of long-term COPD care. An exacerbation is an opportunity to ensure that fundamentals of good care are addressed. Patients should be supported to understand and act on exacerbations through a supported self-management plan; prompt treatment is beneficial but should be balanced by careful antibiotic and corticosteroid stewardship. COPD rescue packs on repeat prescription are not recommended.

Rathke's cleft cysts (RCC) are a common type of lesion found in the sellar or suprasellar area. They are usually monitored clinically, but in some cases, surgery may be required. However, their natural progression is not yet well understood, and the outcomes of surgery are uncertain. The objective of this study is to evaluate the natural history of Rathke's cleft cysts in patients who are clinically monitored without treatment, and to determine the outcomes of surgery and the incidence of recurrences over time. Design and patients: National multicentric study of patients diagnosed of Rathke's cleft cyst (RCC- Spain) from 2000 onwards and followed in 15 tertiary centers of Spain. A total of 177 patients diagnosed of RCC followed for 67.3 months (6-215) and 88 patients who underwent surgery, (81 patients underwent immediate surgery after diagnosis and 7 later for subsequent growth) followed for 68.8 months (3-235). Results: The cyst size remained stable or decreased in 73.5% (133) of the patients. Only 44 patients (24.3%) experienced a cyst increase and 9 of them (5.1%) experienced an increase greater than 3 mm. In most of the patients who underwent surgery headaches and visual alterations improved, recurrence was observed in 8 (9.1%) after a median time of 96 months, and no predictors of recurrence were discovered. Conclusions: Rathke's cleft cysts without initial compressive symptoms have a low probability of growth, so conservative management is recommended. Patients who undergo transsphenoidal surgery experience rapid clinical improvement, and recurrences are infrequent. However, they can occur after a long period of time, although no predictors of recurrence have been identified.

Background: Mitochondrial creatine kinase (MtCK) plays a pivotal role in cellular energy metabolism, exhibiting enhanced expression in various tumors, including colorectal cancer (CRC). Creatine kinase mitochondrial 2 (CKMT2) is a subtype of MtCK; however, its clinical significance, biological functions, and underlying molecular mechanisms in CRC remain elusive. Methods: We employed immunohistochemical staining to discern the expression of CKMT2 in CRC and adjacent nontumor tissues of patients. The correlation between CKMT2 levels and clinical pathological factors was assessed. Additionally, we evaluated the association between CKMT2 and the prognosis of CRC patients using Kaplan-Meier survival curves and Cox regression analysis. Meanwhile, quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the expression levels of CKMT2 in different CRC cell lines. Finally, we explored the biological functions and potential molecular mechanisms of CKMT2 in CRC cells through various techniques, including qRT-PCR, cell culture, cell transfection, western blot, Transwell chamber assays, flow cytometry, and co-immunoprecipitation. Results: We found that CKMT2 was significantly overexpressed in CRC tissues compared with adjacent nontumor tissues. The expression of CKMT2 is correlated with pathological types, tumor size, distant metastasis, and survival in CRC patients. Importantly, CKMT2 emerged as an independent prognostic factor through Cox regression analysis. Experimental downregulation of CKMT2 expression in CRC cell lines inhibited the migration and promoted apoptosis of these cells. Furthermore, we identified a novel role for CKMT2 in promoting aerobic glycolysis in CRC cells through interaction with lactate dehydrogenase B (LDHB). Conclusion: In this study, we found the elevated expression of CKMT2 in CRC, and it was a robust prognostic indicator in CRC patients. CKMT2 regulates glucose metabolism via amplifying the Warburg effect through interaction with LDHB, which promotes the growth and progression of CRC. These insights unveil a novel regulatory mechanism by which CKMT2 influences CRC and provide promising targets for future CRC therapeutic interventions.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common and deadliest subtype of liver cancer worldwide and, therefore, poses an enormous threat to global health. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying the development and progression of HCC is central to improving our clinical approaches. PIWI-interacting RNAs (piRNAs) are a class of small non-coding RNAs that bind to PIWI family proteins to regulate gene expression at transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. A growing body of work shows that the dysregulation of piRNAs plays a crucial role in the progression of various human cancers. In this editorial, we report on the current knowledge of HCC-associated piRNAs and their potential clinical utility. Based on the editorial by Papadopoulos and Trifylli, on the role and clinical evaluation of exosomal circular RNAs in HCC, we highlight this other emerging class of non-coding RNAs.

BACKGROUND Melanoma differentiation associated gene-5 antibody (MDA-5 Ab) is one of the diagnostic autoantibodies that appears in idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIMs). Unlike when other autoantibodies are positive, when this antibody is positive, there is less characteristic muscle involvement. However, this MDA-5 Ab-positive myopathy presents extremely rapid progression of interstitial lung disease, resulting in a high mortality rate. Previous studies reported that the prognosis of this lung disease will be determined by the titer and suggest that low titers of MDA-5 antibody can indicate a good prognosis in associated interstitial lung disease. CASE REPORT Our case describes a 55-year-old woman who presented with acute respiratory symptoms and dyspnea. After hospitalization, symptoms and chest imaging worsened rapidly, and the radiology image of lung disease featured interstitial changes not seen in typical infections. We treated the patient with a high-flow oxygen nasal cannula, empirical antibiotics, and a systemic steroid. While treatment for a disease of unknown cause was continued, low titer of MDA-5 antibody was identified. CONCLUSIONS This case suggests 2 points to consider about non-infectious interstitial changes with acute respiratory distress syndrome. First, when treating rapidly progressing interstitial pneumonia of an unknown cause, it is recommended to consider lung involvement of MDA-5 Ab dermatomyositis. Second, a low titer of MDA-5 Ab can be associated with better prognosis in this MDA-5 Ab dermatomyositis-related lung disease.

AIMS: Heterogeneity in the rate of ß-cell loss in newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes patients is poorly understood and creates a barrier to designing and interpreting disease-modifying clinical trials. Integrative analyses of baseline multi-omics data obtained after the diagnosis of type 1 diabetes may provide mechanistic insight into the diverse rates of disease progression after type 1 diabetes diagnosis. METHODS: We collected samples in a pan-European consortium that enabled the concerted analysis of five different omics modalities in data from 97 newly diagnosed patients. In this study, we used Multi-Omics Factor Analysis to identify molecular signatures correlating with post-diagnosis decline in ß-cell mass measured as fasting C-peptide. RESULTS: Two molecular signatures were significantly correlated with fasting C-peptide levels. One signature showed a correlation to neutrophil degranulation, cytokine signalling, lymphoid and non-lymphoid cell interactions and G-protein coupled receptor signalling events that were inversely associated with a rapid decline in ß-cell function. The second signature was related to translation and viral infection was inversely associated with change in ß-cell function. In addition, the immunomics data revealed a Natural Killer cell signature associated with rapid ß-cell decline. CONCLUSIONS: Features that differ between individuals with slow and rapid decline in ß-cell mass could be valuable in staging and prediction of the rate of disease progression and thus enable smarter (shorter and smaller) trial designs for disease modifying therapies as well as offering biomarkers of therapeutic effect.

The combination of keratoconus (KC) with signs of dry eye disease (DES) has been described in numerous scientific publications. At the same time, there is a relationship between KC stage and an increase in the severity of DES symptoms, however, there is still no common understanding of the severity of xerotic process depending on the clinical course of keratectasia. PURPOSE: This study assesses the changes in the state of the precorneal tear film in KC relative to the stages of the disease. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The study included 50 patients (100 eyes) with bilateral non-operated KC from subclinical to stage IV. The following methods were used for a comprehensive assessment of the condition of the tear film: biomicroscopy of the anterior segment of the eye using vital dyes, functional tests (Norn, Schirmer, Jones tests), tearscopy of the lipid layer of the tear film with software processing of the results, OCT-meniscometry, as well as filling out the OSDI questionnaire by patients. RESULTS: The following significant changes were revealed as the KC stage progressed: an increase in the area of staining of the ocular surface with vital dyes, a decrease in the results of the Norn functional test and OCT-meniscometry, an increase in the areas of smaller thickness of lipids and areas of their complete absence according to tearscopy, as well as an increase in scores of the OSDI questionnaire. CONCLUSION: A comprehensive assessment of the condition of the tear film in KC indicates the relationship and the strengthening of the signs of DES as keratectasia progresses, and can be considered as justification for the need to prescribe tear replacement and reparative therapy that improves the condition of the ocular surface and stabilizes the precorneal tear film.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune-inflammatory and neurodegenerative disease. PURPOSE: This study explores the main structural changes in patients with MS and their relationships with the activity and type of disease course. MATERIAL AND METHODS: This prospective study included 159 patients (318 eyes) with an established diagnosis of MS: group (44 eyes; 13.84%) - relapsing-remitting type MS (RRMS) lasting up to 1 year without a history of optic neuritis (ON); group 2 (30 eyes; 9.43%) - RRMS up to 1 year with ON; group 3 (56 eyes; 17.61%) - RRMS lasting from 1 to 10 years without ON; group 4 (38 eyes; 11.95%) - RRMS from 1 to 10 years with ON; group 5 (49 eyes; 15.41%) - RRMS >10 years without ON; group 6 (37 eyes; 11.63%) - RRMS >10 years with ON; group 7 (34 eyes; 10.69%) - secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS) without ON; group 8 (30 eyes; 9.43%) - SPMS with ON. Patients underwent standard ophthalmological examinations, including optical coherence tomography. RESULTS: A decrease in structural parameters was diagnosed, progressing with the duration of the disease and the presence of ON: the minimum values of mGCL+IPL (65.83±9.14 µm) and mSNFL (76.37±14.77 µm) were detected in the group with SPMS with ON. High inverse correlations of EDSS with mGCL+IPL and mRNFL were demonstrated, with maximum in the group with the longest duration of MS without ON (-0.48 and -0.52 (p=0.01), respectively). CONCLUSION: Changes in the thickness of the structural parameters of the retina, measured by OCT, can be considered as a predictor of the course of MS.

More than 90% of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cases develop in the presence of fibrosis or cirrhosis, making the tumor microenvironment (TME) of HCC distinctive due to the intricate interplay between cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and cancer stem cells (CSCs), which collectively regulate HCC progression. However, the mechanisms through which CSCs orchestrate the dynamics of the tumor stroma during HCC development remain elusive. Our study unveils a significant upregulation of Sema3C in fibrotic liver, HCC tissues, peripheral blood of HCC patients, as well as sorafenib-resistant tissues and cells, with its overexpression correlating with the acquisition of stemness properties in HCC. We further identify NRP1 and ITGB1 as pivotal functional receptors of Sema3C, activating downstream AKT/Gli1/c-Myc signaling pathways to bolster HCC self-renewal and tumor initiation. Additionally, HCC cells-derived Sema3C facilitated extracellular matrix (ECM) contraction and collagen deposition in vivo, while also promoting the proliferation and activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs). Mechanistically, Sema3C interacted with NRP1 and ITGB1 in HSCs, activating downstream NF-kB signaling, thereby stimulating the release of IL-6 and upregulating HMGCR expression, consequently enhancing cholesterol synthesis in HSCs. Furthermore, CAF-secreted TGF-ß1 activates AP1 signaling to augment Sema3C expression in HCC cells, establishing a positive feedback loop that accelerates HCC progression. Notably, blockade of Sema3C effectively inhibits tumor growth and sensitizes HCC cells to sorafenib in vivo. In sum, our findings spotlight Sema3C as a novel biomarker facilitating the crosstalk between CSCs and stroma during hepatocarcinogenesis, thereby offering a promising avenue for enhancing treatment efficacy and overcoming drug resistance in HCC.

Cancer mice models are critical for immune-oncology research; they provide conditions to explore tumor immunoenviroment aiming to advance knowledge and treatment development. Often, research groups breed their own mice colonies. To assess the effect of C57BL/6 mice breeding nuclei in prostate cancer development and intratumoral macrophage populations, an isotransplantation experiment was performed. C57BL/6J mice from two breeding nuclei (nA and nB) were employed for prostate adenocarcinoma TRAMP-C1 cell implantation; tumor growth period and intratumoral macrophage profile were measured. BL/6nB mice (54%) showed tumor implantation after 69-day growth period while BL/6nA implantation reached 100% across tumor growth period (28 days). No difference in total macrophage populations was observed between groups within several tumoral regions; significantly higher M2 macrophage profile was observed in tumor microenvironments from both mice groups. Nevertheless, BL/6nB tumors showed around twice the population of M1 profile (11-27%) than BL6nA (4-15%) and less non-polarized macrophages. The M1:M2 average ratio was 1:8 for group A and 1:4 for B. Our results demonstrate different tumor progression and intratumoral macrophage populations among mice from the same substrain. Data obtained in this study shows the relevance of animal source renewal for better control of murine cancer model variables.

Gastric cancer (GC) is the 5th most prevalent cancer and the 4th primary cancer-associated mortality globally. As the first identified m6A demethylase for removing RNA methylation modification, fat mass and obesity-associated protein (FTO) plays instrumental roles in cancer development. Therefore, we study the biological functions and oncogenic mechanisms of FTO in GC tumorigenesis and progression. In our study, FTO expression is obviously upregulated in GC tissues and cells. The upregulation of FTO is associated with advanced nerve invasion, tumor size, and LNM, as well as the poor prognosis in GC patients, and promoted GC cell viability, colony formation, migration and invasion. Mechanistically, FTO targeted specificity protein 1 and Aurora Kinase B, resulting in the phosphorylation of ataxia telangiectasia mutated and P38 and dephosphorylation of P53. In conclusion, the m6A demethylase FTO promotes GC tumorigenesis and progression by regulating the SP1-AURKB-ATM pathway, which may highlight the potential of FTO as a diagnostic biomarker for GC patients' therapy response and prognosis.

BACKGROUND: Anti-angiogenic therapy has become one of the effective treatment methods for tumors. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are emerging as important regulators of tumorigenesis and angiogenesis in EC. However, the underlying mechanisms of lncRNA TRPM2-AS in EC are still not clear. METHODS: We screened the differently expressed lncRNAs that were highly associated with poor prognosis and angiogenesis of EC by bioinformatics analysis, and constructed a ceRNA network based on the prognostic lncRNAs. The subcellular localization of TRPM2-AS was determined by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and nuclear cytoplasmic fractionation assay. CCK-8, EdU, transwell, western blot, qRT-PCR and endothelial tube formation assay were used to evaluate the effects of TRPM2-AS on the proliferation, invasion, migration of EC cells and angiogenesis. The targeted microRNA (miRNA) of TRPM2-AS was predicted by bioinformatic methods. The interaction between TRPM2-AS and miR497-5p, miR497-5p and SPP1 were analyzed by RNA immunoprecipitation and dual-luciferase reporter assay. A subcutaneous tumor model was used to explore TRPM2-AS's function in vivo. CIBERSORT was used to analyze the correlation between TRPM2-AS and immune cell immersion in EC. RESULTS: We found that the expression of TRPM2-AS and SPP1 was aberrantly upregulated, while miR-497-5p expression was significantly downregulated in EC tissues and cells. TRPM2-AS was closely correlated with the angiogenesis and poor prognosis in EC patients. Mechanistically, TRPM2-AS could sponge miR-497-5p to release SPP1, thus promoting the proliferation, invasion and migration of EC cells and angiogenesis of HUVECs. Knockdown of TRPM2-AS in xenograft mouse model inhibited tumor proliferation and angiogenesis in vivo. In addition, TRPM2-AS plays a vital role in regulating the tumor immune microenvironment of EC, overexpression of TRPM2-AS in EC cells stimulated the polarization of M2 macrophages and angiogenesis through secreting SPP1 enriched exosomes. CONCLUSION: The depletion of TRPM2-AS inhibits the oncogenicity of EC by targeting the miR-497-5p/SPP1 axis. This study offers a better understanding of TRPM2-AS's role in regulating angiogenesis and provides a novel target for EC treatment.

BACKGROUND: This study delves into the complex interplay among prostate-specific antigen, alkaline phosphatase, and the temporal dynamics of tumor shrinkage in prostate cancer. By investigating the longitudinal trajectories and time-to-prostate cancer tumor shrinkage, we aim to untangle the intricate patterns of these biomarkers. This understanding is pivotal for gaining profound insights into the multifaceted aspects of prostate cancer progression. The joint model approach serves as a comprehensive framework, facilitating the elucidation of intricate interactions among these pivotal elements within the context of prostate cancer . METHODS: A new joint model under a shared parameters strategy is proposed for mixed bivariate longitudinal biomarkers and event time data, for obtaining accurate estimates in the presence of missing covariate data. The primary innovation of our model resides in its effective management of covariates with missing observations. Built upon established frameworks, our joint model extends its capabilities by integrating mixed longitudinal responses and accounting for missingness in covariates, thus confronting this particular challenge. We posit that these enhancements bolster the model's utility and dependability in real-world contexts characterized by prevalent missing data. The main objective of this research is to provide a model-based approach to get full information from prostate cancer data collected with patients' baseline characteristics ( Age , body mass index ( BMI ), GleasonScore , Grade , and Drug ) and two longitudinal endogenous covariates ( Platelets and Bilirubin ). RESULTS: The results reveal a clear association between prostate-specific antigen and alkaline phosphatase biomarkers in the context of time-to-prostate cancer tumor shrinkage. This underscores the interconnected dynamics of these key indicators in gauging disease progression. CONCLUSIONS: The analysis of the prostate cancer dataset, incorporating a joint evaluation of mixed longitudinal prostate-specific antigen and alkaline phosphatase biomarkers alongside tumor status, has provided valuable insights into disease progression. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed joint model, as evidenced by accurate estimates. The shared variables associated with both longitudinal biomarkers and event times consistently deviate from zero, highlighting the robustness and reliability of the model in capturing the complex dynamics of prostate cancer progression. This approach holds promise for enhancing our understanding and predictive capabilities in the clinical assessment of prostate cancer.

BACKGROUND: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a malignant epithelial tumor of the nasopharyngeal mucosa with a high incidence rate all over the world. Methyltransferase-like 14 (METTL14) is a major RNA N6-adenosine methyltransferase implicated in tumor progression by regulating RNA function. This study is designed to explore the biological function and mechanism of METTL14 in NPC. METHODS: METTL14 and Amine oxidase copper containing 1 (AOC1) expression were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). The protein levels of METTL14, AOC1, Cyclin D1, B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2), and N-cadherin were measured using western blot. Cell proliferation, cycle progression, apoptosis, migration, and invasion were assessed using 5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine (EdU), Colony formation, flow cytometry, wound scratch, and transwell assays. The interaction between METTL14 and AOC1 was verified using RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP), methylated RNA immunoprecipitation (MeRIP), and dual-luciferase reporter assays. The biological role of METTL14 on NPC tumor growth was examined by the xenograft tumor model in vivo. RESULTS: METTL14 and AOC1 were highly expressed in NPC tissues and cells. Moreover, METTL14 knockdown might block NPC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and induce cell apoptosis in vitro. In mechanism, METTL14 might enhance the stability of AOC1 mRNA via m6A methylation. METTL14 silencing might repress NPC tumor growth in vivo. CONCLUSION: METTL14 might boosted the development of NPC cells partly by regulating the stability of AOC1 mRNA, which provided a promising therapeutic target for NPC treatment.
