OBJECTIVE: Aim: To improve the classification of current challenges in the healthcare sector and specify the areas of appropriate response measures. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and Methods: The work uses a systematic approach that enables the analysis of the study of individual challenges in the field of healthcare. The following scientific methods were used: analysis; dialectic; specification. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: The classification of current challenges and mechanisms for responding to them in the field of healthcare has been improved according. Each of these areas of response to healthcare challenges is to some extent interrelated and therefore has a synergistic effect.

OBJECTIVE: The aim: is to analyze the realities and to determine prospects of the medical reform in Ukraine as a method of public administration of healthcare. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: The given paper uses an integrated approach, which consists in the study of public administration of healthcare as a single whole with the coordinated functioning of all its constituents; besides this, the methods, which were used at the empirical and theoretical levels, such as, an abstract logical method, a method of analyses and synthesis, and a method of comparison were applied in the given research. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: The medical reform is not a goal in itself, but when implementing the reform, it is necessary to consider other related processes, such as globalization, technological progress, urbanization, demographic crisis, macro-economic situation, unfinished distribution of the rights of property in business, specialization. Now, there is «The Strategy of the Reformation of Healthcare of Ukraine¼. And the proper use of the complex of methods of public administration, directed both at balanced growth of the national health field, and prevention of negative influence of related sectors and fields of national economy guarantees its successful realization.

OBJECTIVE: The aim: Development of practical recommendations to further improve students' adaptation to a multicultural university environment as a factor in ensuring their health. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: The publication is based on the results of a comprehensive multi-purpose randomized epidemiological study using a standardized questionnaire. Questionnaire results (n = 355) were tested for paired correlations of all considered factors. RESULTS: Results: 93,8 % of respondents positively assessed their overall health with a mode of 3 (satisfactory health). In general, students' health was not particularly sensitive to the effects of temporal and natural factors. Recommendations have been developed to improve students' adaptation to the university's multinational environment, including by preventing stressful situations. It is important that students are sufficiently informed, financially secure, and mentally prepared for student life. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: The key to safeguarding students' health is developing their skills in adapting to a multinational university environment.

OBJECTIVE: The aim: Based on previous studies, develop medical and psychological recommendations to increase the motivation for the work of nurses and medical assistants. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: During 2015-2018 Students of the Kharkov Regional Medical College (100 experimental people and 100 control groups) studied the types of motivation of medical personnel to work in key positions. The article analyzes the relationship between motivation and the individual - typological characteristics of the person using the psychodiagnostic methodology of the individually - typological questionnaire L.N. Sobchik and author's profile A.V. Grishnyaeva. RESULTS: Results: Ðfter analyzing the above data, we can say that a combination of motivation or its absence with certain individual and typological characteristics of individuals leads to different results of adaptation to the primary positions of future medical workers. The imbalance of individual-personality structures and motivation leads to an accentuation of character, which contributes to maladaptation and professional burnout. CONCLUSION: Conditions: Given the connection between motivation and individual - typological characteristics of the personality, it is possible to make the correct personnel distribution and prevent the professional burnout of employees.
