RESUMO
The paper deals with the informational approach to assessing the quality of formalized medical documents. It shows it possible to apply the above approach to analyzing the components of medical support of automatic diagnostic systems.

Experience in designing and using screening diagnostic systems has yielded a formal model of an automatic system to make a prophylactic surveys of the population. This model makes it possible to design automatic systems so that a number of informational structures should be developed to store initial medical data and the results of their processing, to aggregate decisive rules of making a conclusion on the health status and the relatively invariant interpreting core. The similar approach substantially simplifies a procedure to modify decisive rules from the results of using the system and to duplicate off-the shelf solutions on different quota of patients with minimal changes in software implementation.

A new method and an apparatus for noninvasive medical investigations of the vascular system are considered. During the investigations, the two known methods of arterial pressure measuring, namely Korotkov's method and Penaz's method were used. The combination of the methods and a special procedure algorithm allow the measuring, in addition to arterial pressure, of the other important hemodynamic parameters such as venous pressure, the characteristic time parameters of blood redistribution between arterial and venous vessels and pulse wave velocity. The diagram of the photoplethysmo-tonomanometer and the measuring algorithm procedure are provided.

Herein is described the structure and technical parameters of the computer aided complex for the control of changes in operator's state. The design of the specialised operating system and software attached are considered. Herein are described the problems that deal with the computer aided prophylactic medical examination of children population. Questions devoted to the development of the medical software ASPON-D, the technologies of children's examination and development of the specialised experimental system are described here as well. A brief summary of the feasibility study that can be applied for the alternative systems used for the practical public health aims and the results of the experimental operation test are presented.

Ultrasonic echo-impulse devices for brain monitoring, widely used in clinical medicine, permit to achieve a diagnostical information about the location of volume pathological formations in brain and characteristics of intracranial hemodynamics during short-time researches. According to model testing, the developed system of electron search and guidance of ultrasonic rays to intracranial structure elements for monitoring of spinal fluid haemodynamic characteristics in cranial cavity can be used for search, guidance and retention of the chosen direction of ultrasonic sounding for the period of physiological information reading.

Current knowledge on biophysical and physical nature of electrocardiograms does not permit to apply analytical information-extraction techniques. This paper proposes to replace the investigation of ECG's, comprising some variations of instantaneous values, by the investigation of their distributive laws (i. e. by the investigation of the rate of occurrence of instantaneous biopotential values). The essence of the technique is the introduction into the computer's memory of some biopotentials, heart-generatet during an arbitrary chosen time-interval. By programming of into the memory introduced digit mass histograms were constructed. The experience has shown that the type-printed histograms after processing of introduced into the computer's memory hearts biopotenials, differ one from another depending on the functional state of the myocardium.
