RESUMO

One hundred and twenty patients with acute myocardium infarction, who were receiving perftoran, were analyzed within the case study. The microcirculation condition was determined by biomicroscopy of the eye conjunctiva capillaries. Changes in capillaries were evaluated by the Ditzel classification. Hemostasis was evaluated by coalugram. The condition of the myocardium was examined by electrocardiography and Echo-cardiography. The contractive ability of the myocardium was assessed by a shortening degree of the anterior-posterior size and by the ejection fraction. According to the study results, the administration of perftoran increased the number of functioning capillaries, decreased the venous congestion and reduced the diameter of arterioles and venules. Hypercoagulation was significantly decreasing. The general evaluation of the contractive ability of myocardium was satisfactory in all patients.

RESUMO

Fifty patients with acute myocardial infarction were examined after infusion of perfluorane. Microcirculatory status was evaluated by biomicroscopy of the eye conjunctival capillaries. Changes in the capillaries were evaluated by B-Ditcel classification. Myocardial status was studied by ECG and EchoCG. Myocardial contractility was assessed by the degree of shortening of the anteroposterior size and ejection fraction. Changes in coagulogram were studied. After the infusion of perfluorane, the number of functioning capillaries increased, venous congestion decreased, arteriolar and venular diameters increased, and hypercoagulation was corrected.

RESUMO

The results of the application of prolonged epidural blockade as a basic component of an original technique of management of severe forms of bronchial asthma have been analysed in 80 patients. It has been shown that the technique described has a marked bronchodilating effect with improved bronchial patency, improves pulmonary circulation, facilitates sputum separation, relieves asphyxia attacks, decreases the time of the patients stay in hospital, and ensures a more durable remission period than conventional therapeutic techniques.
