RESUMO

Neuropathic pain (NP), arising from dysfunction in the neurological system, poses a significant challenge in pain management due to its intricate origin and unpredictable response to conventional treatments. Electroanalgesia, a collection of techniques such as transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation (TENS), peripheral electrical nerve stimulation (PENS), spinal cord stimulation (SCS), deep brain stimulation (DBS), and electroacupuncture (EA), presents a potential alternative or complementary approach. This review brings together evidence from 56 studies to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of electroanalgesia in chronic NP. It discusses the mechanisms underlying NP, the indications for electroanalgesia, and the techniques utilized, emphasizing the diverse applications and potential benefits. However, despite its potential uses, electroanalgesia has its limitations, including variable effectiveness and potential adverse effects. Furthermore, the review recognizes the limitations of the methodology and the need for further research to refine treatment protocols and enhance the understanding of electroanalgesia's role in comprehensive pain management strategies.

RESUMO

Cardiac aging is an intricate and multifaceted process with considerable impact on public health, especially given the global demographic shift towards aged populations. This review discusses structural, cellular and functional changes associated with cardiac aging and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Key molecular mediators are considered within the framework of the established hallmarks of aging, with particular attention to promising therapeutic candidates. We further delineate the differential impacts of aging on cardiac structure and function in men and women, addressing hormonal and chromosomal influences. The protective and mitigating effects of exercise in cardiac aging and HFpEF in particular are discussed, as an inspiration for the identification of pathways that mitigate biological aging. We also emphasize how much remains to be learned and the importance of these efforts in enhancing the cardiac health of aging populations worldwide.

BACKGROUND: Remdesivir, an RNA-polymerase prodrug inhibitor approved for treatment of COVID-19, shortens recovery time and improves clinical outcomes. This prespecified analysis compared remdesivir plus standard-of-care (SOC) with SOC alone in adults hospitalized with COVID-19 requiring oxygen support in the early stage of the pandemic. METHODS: Data for 10-day remdesivir treatment plus SOC from the extension phase of an open-label study (NCT04292899) were compared with real-world, retrospective data on SOC alone (EUPAS34303). Both studies included patients aged ≥18 years hospitalized with SARS-CoV-2 up to 30 May 2020, with oxygen saturation ≤94%, on room air or supplemental oxygen (all forms), and with pulmonary infiltrates. Propensity score weighting was used to balance patient demographics and clinical characteristics across treatment groups. The primary endpoint was time to all-cause mortality or end of study (day 28). Time-to-discharge, with a 10-day landmark to account for duration of remdesivir treatment, was a secondary endpoint. RESULTS: 1974 patients treated with remdesivir plus SOC, and 1426 with SOC alone, were included after weighting. Remdesivir significantly reduced mortality versus SOC (hazard ratio [HR]: 0.46, 95% confidence interval: 0.39-0.54). This association was observed at each oxygen support level, with the lowest HR for patients on low-flow oxygen. Remdesivir significantly increased the likelihood of discharge at day 28 versus SOC in the 10-day landmark analysis (HR: 1.64; 95% confidence interval: 1.43-1.87). CONCLUSIONS: Remdesivir plus early-2020 SOC was associated with a 54% lower mortality risk and shorter hospital stays compared with SOC alone in patients hospitalized with COVID-19 requiring oxygen support. PURPOSE: To study the long-term efficacy of intravitreal topotecan (IVT) for vitreous seeds in eyes with retinoblastoma and risk factors for their recurrence. DESIGN: Retrospective, non-comparative, interventional study. PARTICIPANTS: Ninety-one eyes of 90 patients with retinoblastoma treated between January 2013 and April 2019. METHODS: Patients with recurrent or refractory vitreous seeds after completion of intravenous or intra-arterial chemotherapy were treated with IVT (30 µg/0.15 ml) by the safety-enhanced technique. The injection was repeated every 4 weeks until the regression of seeds. Patients with a minimum follow-up of 12 months were included in the analysis. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Primary outcome measures were vitreous seed regression and eye salvage. Secondary outcomes were risk factors for vitreous seed recurrence after treatment with IVT, vision salvage, and complications of IVT. RESULTS: The median age of the patients was 18 months, with most having group D (n = 58 [64%]) and group E (n = 26 [29%]) retinoblastoma. Vitreous seeds were refractory in 46 eyes (51%) and recurrent in 45 eyes (49%). A total of 317 IVT injections were administered, with the median being 3 injections. The median number of IVT injections required was 2.5 injections for dust, 3 injections for sphere, and 5 injections for cloud morphologic features. Recurrence of vitreous seeds after IVT was seen in 17 eyes (19%) at a mean follow-up of 7.9 months. At a mean follow-up 34 months, vitreous seed regression was achieved in 88 eyes (97%) and eye salvage was achieved in 77 eyes (85%). Older age (P = 0.018) and recurrence of retinal tumor (15/17 eyes; P < 0.01) significantly increased the risk of vitreous seed recurrence. Cataract was the most common complication seen in 17 eyes (9%). CONCLUSIONS: Intravitreal topotecan at an every 3- to 4-week regimen is effective against both refractory and recurrent vitreous seeds. The vitreous seed morphologic features correspond to the number of injections required for regression. Increasing age and recurrence of retinal tumor increase the risk of vitreous seed recurrence after treatment with IVT. Antiferroelectric ceramics, via the electric-field-induced antiferroelectric (AFE)-ferroelectric (FE) phase transitions, show great promise for high-energy-density capacitors. Yet, currently, only 70-80% energy release is found during a charge-discharge cycle. Here, for PbZrO3-based oxides, geometric nonlinear theory of martensitic phase transitions is applied (first used to guide supercompatible shape-memory alloys) to predict the reversibility of the AFE-FE transition by using density-functional theory to assess AFE/FE interfacial lattice-mismatch strain that assures ultralow electric hysteresis and extended fatigue lifetime. A good correlation of mismatch strain with electric hysteresis, hence, with energy efficiency of AFE capacitors is observed. Guided by theory, high-throughput material search is conducted and AFE compositions with a near-perfect charge-discharge energy efficiency (98.2%), i.e., near-zero hysteresis are discovered. And the fatigue life of the capacitor reaches 79.5 million charge-discharge cycles, a factor of 80 enhancement over AFE ceramics with large electric hysteresis.

Among its many cardiovascular benefits, exercise training improves heart function and protects the heart against age-related decline, pathological stress, and injury. Here, we focus on cardiac benefits with an emphasis on more recent updates to our understanding. While the cardiomyocyte continues to play a central role as both a target and effector of exercise's benefits, there is a growing recognition of the important roles of other, noncardiomyocyte lineages and pathways, including some that lie outside the heart itself. We review what is known about mediators of exercise's benefits-both those intrinsic to the heart (at the level of cardiomyocytes, fibroblasts, or vascular cells) and those that are systemic (including metabolism, inflammation, the microbiome, and aging)-highlighting what is known about the molecular mechanisms responsible.

We report a study of the role of material's conductivity in determining the morphology of nanoparticles and nanostructures produced by ultrafast laser ablation of solids. Nanoparticles and textured surfaces formed by laser ablation display a wide variation in size and morphology depending on the material. In general, these qualities can be grouped as to material type, insulator, semiconductor, or metal; although each has many other different material properties that make it difficult to identify the critical material factor. In this report, we study these nanoparticle/surface structural characteristics as a function of silicon (Si) resistivity, thus honing-in on this critical parameter and its effects. The results show variations in morphology, optical, and nonlinear properties of Si nanoparticles. The yield of colloidal Si nanoparticles increased with an increase in the conductivity of Si. Laser-induced periodic surface structures formed on ablated substrates are also found to be sensitive to the initial conductivity of the material. Further, the laser ablation of Gamma-irradiated Si has been investigated to verify the influence of altered conductivity on the formation of Si nanoparticles. These observations are interpreted using the basic mechanisms of the laser ablation process in a liquid and its intricate relation with the initial density of states and thermal conductivities of the target material.

We present green synthesis of silver nanoparticles in water using unirradiated and Ag 15 + ion irradiated phytoextracts of Bergenia Ciliata leaf, Eupatorium adenophorum leaf, Rhododendron arboreum leaf and flower. The use of different plant extracts and their subsequent ion irradiation allow for successful refinement of nanoparticle size and morphology. Due to changes in reducing and capping agents the nanoparticle surface functionalization also varies which not only controls the morphology but also allows for surface oxidation and aggregation processes. In this work, we have synthesized silver nanoparticles which exhibit sizes in the range from 13 to 24 nm and having shapes like spherical, quasispherical, trigonal, hexagonal, cylindrical, dendritic assemblies, and porous nanoparticles. Owing to changes in the size and shape of the nanoparticles, their direct bandgap (2.05 eV - 2.48 eV) and local surface plasmon resonance (420 nm - 490 nm) could also be tuned. These nanoparticles are examined as SERS substrates, where their enhancement factors, limit of detection for methylene blue, and SERS substrate homogeneity have been tested. It has been observed the nanoparticles synthesized using unirradiated plant extracts present an enhancement factor of 10 6 with a limit of detection 10 - 8 M. Whereas nanoparticles with refined morphology and shapes upon irradiation present high enhancement factors of >10 7 and detection limit down to 10 - 9 M. In addition, uniformity in Raman spectra over the SERS substrates has been obtained for selected Ag NPs substrates synthesized using irradiated extracts with minimum relative standard deviation in enhancement factor < 12%.

Cancellations within 24 h of planned elective surgical procedures reduce operating theatre efficiency, add unnecessary costs and negatively affect patient experience. We implemented a bundle intervention that aimed to reduce same-day case cancellations. This consisted of communication tools to improve patient engagement and new screening instruments (automated estimation of ASA physical status and case cancellation risk score plus four screening questions) to identify patients in advance (ideally before case booking) who needed comprehensive pre-operative risk stratification. We studied patients scheduled for ambulatory surgery with the otorhinolaryngology service at a single centre from April 2021 to December 2022. Multivariable logistic regression and interrupted time-series analyses were used to analyse the effects of this intervention on case cancellations within 24 h and costs. We analysed 1548 consecutive scheduled cases. Cancellation within 24 h occurred in 114 of 929 (12.3%) cases pre-intervention and 52 of 619 (8.4%) cases post-intervention. The cancellation rate decreased by 2.7% (95%CI 1.6-3.7%, p < 0.01) during the first month, followed by a monthly decrease of 0.2% (95%CI 0.1-0.4%, p < 0.01). This resulted in an estimated $150,200 (£118,755; €138,370) or 35.3% cost saving (p < 0.01). Median (IQR [range]) number of days between case scheduling and day of surgery decreased from 34 (21-61 [0-288]) pre-intervention to 31 (20-51 [1-250]) post-intervention (p < 0.01). Patient engagement via the electronic health record patient portal or text messaging increased from 75.9% at baseline to 90.8% (p < 0.01) post-intervention. The primary reason for case cancellation was patients' missed appointment on the day of surgery, which decreased from 7.2% pre-intervention to 4.5% post-intervention (p = 0.03). An anaesthetist-driven, clinical informatics-based bundle intervention decreases same-day case cancellation rate and associated costs in patients scheduled for ambulatory otorhinolaryngology surgery.

Metabolic flexibility has emerged as a critical determinant of CD8+ T-cell antitumor activity, yet the mechanisms driving the metabolic flexibility of T cells have not been determined. In this study, we investigated the influence of the nuclear cap-binding complex (CBC) adaptor protein ARS2 on mature T cells. In doing so, we discovered a novel signaling axis that endows activated CD8+ T cells with flexibility of glucose catabolism. ARS2 upregulation driven by CD28 signaling reinforced splicing factor recruitment to pre-mRNAs and affected approximately one-third of T-cell activation-induced alternative splicing events. Among these effects, the CD28-ARS2 axis suppressed the expression of the M1 isoform of pyruvate kinase in favor of PKM2, a key determinant of CD8+ T-cell glucose utilization, interferon gamma production, and antitumor effector function. Importantly, PKM alternative splicing occurred independently of CD28-driven PI3K pathway activation, revealing a novel means by which costimulation reprograms glucose metabolism in CD8+ T cells.

White spot disease, caused by white spot syndrome virus (WSSV), has historically been the most devastating disease in shrimp aquaculture industry across the world. The mode of virus transmission is the most crucial stage in the dynamics and management of virus infection. This study explored the mechanism of vertical transmission of WSSV in Indian white shrimp, Penaeus indicus, potential native species for domestication and genetic improvement, using quantitative real time PCR (q RT PCR), light and electron microscopy, and in situ hybridization. Wild brooders of P. indicus (n = 2576) were sampled along the South east coast of India, during 2016 to 2021. Of these âˆ¼ 58 % of the brooders were positive for WSSV, and almost 50 % of infected wild brooders were at the various stages of reproductive maturation. WSSV-PCR positive brooders (n = 200) were analysed for vertical WSSV transmission. The q RT PCR studies of reproductive tissues revealed that 61 % (n = 13) of spermatophore, 54 % (n = 28) of immature ovaries and 48 % (n = 27) of ripe ovaries were infected with WSSV. The lowest level of infection was recorded in females with ripe ovaries (6.84 × 101 ± 9.79 × 100 ng genomic DNA) followed by fertilized eggs (1.59 × 102 ± 3.69 × 101 ng genomic DNA), and larvae (nauplius and zoea). The histology of gravid females with high WSSV copies showed pyknotic and karyorrhectic germinal vesicle with degenerated cortical rods. Conversely, the gravid females with low WSSV copies showed fully developed ovary without characteristic signs of WSSV infection. Transmission electron microscopic studies clearly established the presence of WSSV particles in both ovaries and spermatophores. When subjected to in situ hybridization, WSSV-specific signals were observed in connective tissues of spermatophore, although gravid ovary and fertilized eggs were failed to produce WSSV specific signals. The present study provides the first molecular and histological evidence for trans-ovarian vertical transmission of WSSV. Development of disease-free base population being the cornerstone and first step in establishing the breeding program, the present findings could be a basis for development of such programs.

The aim of this study was to retrospectively determine clinical features, treatment outcomes, and overall survival in four patients with metastatic retinoblastoma at presentation. The mean age at diagnosis was 63 months (range: 24-108 months). Three patients had overt orbital disease of at least one eye and one patient had microscopic orbital disease with scleral infiltration on histopathology. Metastatic sites included regional lymph nodes (RLN) (n = 4), bone marrow (BM) (n = 2), and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) (n = 1). The most common sites of RLN were ipsilateral preauricular nodes (two patients) and contralateral parotid gland involvement (one patient). The treatment administered included primary enucleation (n = 1), high-dose intravenous chemotherapy (n = 4), secondary enucleation (n = 2), orbital external beam radiotherapy (n = 3), and intrathecal chemotherapy (n = 1). High-risk features included massive choroidal and microscopic scleral infiltration in the eye that underwent primary enucleation. At a mean follow-up of 33 months (range, 4-68 months), one patient with CSF involvement deceased in 4 months. The remaining three patients were alive and disease-free at the last mean follow-up period of 43 months (range, 18-68 months). The results of our study showed that RLN and BM metastasis respond well to treatment while CSF metastasis is associated with poor prognosis.

Introduction: Benign laryngeal lesions usually disrupt the microstructure in the vocal cords causing hoarseness of voice. This study analyses the success rate of voice therapy and factors contributing to better outcomes in surgical treatment of benign vocal fold lesions. Methods: Forty consecutive patients with benign vocal cord lesions complying with the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled and divided into two groups A and B, such that one received speech therapy post surgery for 6 weeks and the other received speech therapy for 12 weeks respectively. Preoperatively all the patients were evaluated by voice fatigue index, GRBAS scale and videolaryngoscopy. Vocal fold relaxation exercises were given preoperatively for patients of both groups. After undergoing conventional microlaryngeal excision surgery, both groups of patients underwent subjective analysis by voice fatigue index, perceptual analysis by GRBAS scale and videolaryngoscopy in regular intervals. Speech therapy was started after 1 week of complete voice rest post operatively and patients were followed up at the end of 1 week, 2 months and 4 months from the date of surgery. Results: There is no statistical difference in characteristics of patients between the two groups. Improvement in the Voice fatigue index and GRBAS scale score is statistically the same in groups A and B. Conclusion: Speech therapy is an important part of voice rehabilitation following microlaryngeal surgery. The misconception that longer speech therapy duration leads to better outcomes did not hold true in this study. Speech therapy postoperatively with proper voice hygiene practices is sufficient to obtain a near normal voice. Host- and habitat-induced morphological shape and size variations are common in phytophagous and parasitic taxa. Several integrated morphological and molecular techniques have been commonly used to understand host-induced morpho-cryptic species forms. Compared to other arthropods, cryptic speciation was more common in Acari. This study focused on the host-specific morphological cryptic shape and size variations of Tetranychus neocaledonicus, collected from moringa and cassava hosts. We used geometric morphometric analysis to uncover the shape and size of inter-and intra-spider mite populations, and discovered that host-specific shape and size variations existed in spider mites regardless of sex. Interestingly, there was no phylogenetic signal in spider mites, implying that the morpho-cryptic speciation of T. neocaledonicus is solely based on the host-induced selection. The molecular clock hypothesis was accepted in our CO1 and 18s rRNA phylogeny analyses, and spider mites collected from both hosts were genetically less diverse. We conclude that T. neocaledonicus exhibited morphologically detectable cryptic population diversity in each host but that these populations are evolutionarily young form. Apart from these host-induced variations, we also monitored the impact of the clearing agent (lactic acid) on the shape and size of T. neocaledonicus; from this study, we proved that the clearing agent significantly alters the taxonomically important morphological traits of spider mites irrespective of the mites' sex, as confirmed by multivariate statistical analysis. This is the first study report to investigated the host-induced morphological variations of spider mites and the impact of a clearing agent.

In this study, water dispersible fluorescent carbon quantum dot (CQD) has been synthesised, having an average size of 8.6 ± 0.4 nm using Cynodon dactylon (CD) following microwave assisted green synthetic one-step method. As-prepared CQD fluoresces strongly at 444 nm having a quantum yield of 1% in water when excited at 350 nm. This fluorescence of CQD is sensitive toward As3+ and Fe3+ metal ions. These CQD are utilized for dual metal ion fluorescence sensing; turn-on fluorescence sensing for As3+ and turn-off fluorescence sensing for Fe3+ ions. Limit of detection for As3+ and Fe3+ ions has been found to be 19 nM and 0.10 µM respectively, which is the lowest value reported for As3+ without any functionalization. The adsorption kinetics of As3+ and Fe3+ ions on CQD have been examined using pseudo-first-order-kinetic model revealing that physical adsorption is dominant over chemical processes in this work. For 0.41 g/L and 1.90 g/L dose of CQD, the equilibrium adsorption capacity was found to be 1.57 × 10-6 mg/g, 2.91 × 10-7 mg/g, and 1.01 × 10-5 mg/g, 1.69 × 10-6 mg/g respectively for As3+ and Fe3+ ions. Despite having low quantum yield in water, as-prepared CQD showed low cytotoxicity and good tolerance against photodegradation of biological cells at concentrations lower than 62.5 µg/mL and when the cells are illuminated up to 12 h. Owing to this, the synthesised CQD have been utilized as fluorescent probes for in itro cell imaging.

Purpose: To report the spectrum of posterior segment manifestations and visual outcomes in a large series of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: Retrospective study at a tertiary referral eye center in south India between 2016 and 2022. Results: Charts of 109 patients diagnosed to have SLE were retrieved from our medical database. Only nine cases of SLE (8.25%) had posterior segment involvement. The male: female ratio was 1:8. The mean age was 28 years. Unilaterality was the most common presentation in eight cases (88.89%). Lupus nephritis was the most common systemic presentation in five cases (55.56%). Antiphospholipid antibodies (APLA) positivity was seen in two cases (22.22%). Ocular manifestations included microangiopathy (cotton wool spots) in one case, occlusive retinal vasculitis with cotton wool spots in four cases (five eyes), optic disc edema with combined venous and arterial occlusion (one case), central retinal vein occlusion with cotton wool spots and hemorrhages (one case), macular edema (four cases), posterior scleritis with optic disc edema and exudative retinal detachment in the posterior pole (one case), and tubercular choroidal granuloma (one case). Treatment included systemic steroids, hydroxychloroquine sulfate (HCQS), and immunosuppression in all cases, blood thinners in two cases, and laser photocoagulation in four cases. HCQS-related retinal toxicity was not seen in any of the 109 cases. Ocular manifestation was the initial presentation of SLE in one case. Visual outcome was poor in three cases. Conclusion: Presence of posterior segment findings in cases with SLE may suggest a severe systemic disease. Early detection and aggressive treatment result in better visual outcomes. Ophthalmologists could play a vital role in guiding systemic therapy.

BACKGROUND: Preterm birth or low birth weight is the single largest cause of death in newborns, however this mortality can be reduced through newborn care interventions, including Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC). Previously, a multi-country randomized controlled trial, coordinated by the World Health Organization (WHO), reported a significant survival advantage with initiation of continuous KMC immediately after birth compared with initiation of continuous KMC a few days after birth when the baby is considered clinically stable. Whether the survival advantage would lead to higher rates of neurodevelopmental morbidities, or the immediate KMC will also have a beneficial effect on cognitive development also, has not been investigated. We therefore propose to test the hypothesis that low-birth-weight infants exposed to immediate KMC will have lower rates of neurodevelopmental impairment in comparison to traditional KMC-treated infants, by prospectively following up infants already enrolled in the immediate KMC trial for the first 2 years of life, and assessing their growth and neurodevelopment. METHODS: This prospective cohort study will enroll surviving neonates from the main WHO immediate KMC trial. The main trial as well as this follow-up study are being conducted in five low- and middle-income countries in South Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. The estimated sample size for comparison of the risk of neurodevelopmental impairment is a total of 2200 children. The primary outcome will include rates of cerebral palsy, hearing impairment, vision impairment, mental and motor development, and epilepsy and will be assessed by the age of 3 years. The analysis will be by intention to treat. DISCUSSION: Immediate KMC can potentially reduce low-birth-weight-associated complications such as respiratory disease, hypothermia, hypoglycemia, and infection that can result in impaired neurocognitive development. Neuroprotection may also be mediated by improved physiological stabilization that may lead to better maturation of neural pathways, reduced risk of hypoxia, positive parental impact, improved sleep cycles, and improved stress responses. The present study will help in evaluating the overall impact of KMC by investigating the long-term effect on neurodevelopmental impairment in the survivors. Replication control of many plasmids is mediated by the balance between the positive and negative effects of Rep protein binding repeated sequences (iterons) associated with the replication origin, oriV. Negative control is thought to be mediated by dimeric Rep protein linking iterons in a process termed "handcuffing". The well-studied oriV region of RK2 contains 9 iterons arranged as a singleton (iteron 1), a group of 3 (iterons 2-4) and a group of 5 (iterons 5-9), but only iterons 5 to 9 are essential for replication. An additional iteron (iteron 10), oriented in the opposite direction, is also involved and reduces copy-number nearly two-fold. Since iterons 1 and 10 share an identical upstream hexamer (5' TTTCAT 3') it has been hypothesised that they form a TrfA-mediated loop facilitated by their inverted orientation. Here we report that contrary to the hypothesis, flipping one or other so they are in direct orientation results in marginally lower rather than higher copy-number. In addition, following mutagenesis of the hexamer upstream of iteron 10, we report that the Logo for the hexamer "upstream" of the regulatory iterons (1 to 4 and 10) differs from that of the essential iterons, suggesting functional differences in their interaction with TrfA.

The macroscale production of mussel foot proteins (Mfps) in the expression system has not succeeded to date. The principal reasons for this are low levels of expression and yield of Mfps, lack of post-translational modifications (PTMs), and immunological toxic effects on the host system. Identification of post-translational modification sites, suitable expression hosts, and immunological responses through an experimental approach is very costly and time-consuming. However, in the present study, in silico post-translation modification, antigenicity, allergenicity, and the immunological reaction of all available Mfps were characterized. Furthermore, all Mfps were codon optimized in three different expression systems to determine the best expression host. Finally, we performed the in-silico cloning of all codon-optimized Mfps in a suitable host (E. coli K12, pET28a(+) vector) and analyzed the secondary structure of mRNA and its structural stability. Among the 78 Mfps, six fps are considered potential allergenic proteins, six fps are considered non-allergenic proteins, and all other fps are probably allergenic. High antigenicity was observed in bacterial cells as compared to yeast and tumor cells. Nevertheless, the predicted expression of Mfps in a bacterial host is higher than in other expression hosts. Important to note that all Mfps showed significant immunological activity in the human system, and we concluded that these antigenic, allergenic, and immunological properties are directly correlated with their amino acid composition. The study's major goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of Mfps and aid in the future genetic engineering and expression of Mfps and its diverse applications in different fields.Communicated by Ramaswamy H.
