RESUMO
Retrospective analysis of craniocerebral trauma (CCT) in 141 injured persons, ageing (38.3 ± 14.3) yrs at average, severity of which in accordance to Glasgow scale was estimated in 13 15 points, was performed. The injured persons were managed in accordance to actual recommendations of Ministry of Health of Ukraine. In accordance to CT data, the brain commotion was noted in 40 patients, the brain contusion type Ð in 25, the brain contusion type ÐÐ with the skull fornix fracture in 30, with linear fracture of the skull bones and traumatic hematomas into the braintunics in 30, with fracture of the temporal bone pyramid in 16. In indices 14 points and less (in accordance to Glasgow scale) in terms up to 24 h after CCT and absence of alcohol intoxication in 76.9% injured persons in accordance to CT data the intracranial traumatic affections were revealed. In indices of 15 points in 21% of injured persons falsenegative results were determined, witnessing disparity of CCT signs with a CT data.

There were examined 32 injured persons, ageing (34.1 ± 1.3) yrs at average, for the brain commotion (BC). The adopted protocol SCAT-3 (Standardized Concussion Assessment Tool, 3rd ed.), DHI (Dizziness Handicap Inventory questionnaire), computer stabilography (KS) were applied for the vestibular disorders diagnosis. There was established, that in acute period of BC a dyssociation between regression of objective neurological symptoms and permanence of the BC indices occurs, what confirms a latent disorder of the balance function. Changes of basic indices of statokinesiography, including increase of the vibration amplitude enhancement in general centre of pressure in a saggital square and the BC square (235.3 ± 13.7) mm2 in a modified functional test of Romberg with the closed eyes is possible to apply as objective criteria for the BC diagnosis.

In the analysis 41 injured persons were included, ageing (37.3 ± 0.5) yrs old at average with light cranio-cerebral trauma. The patients were examined in accordance to actual recommendations of Ukrainian Ministry of Health, using a tonal the threshold audiometry, computeric stabilography (CS). In accordance to data of computeric tomography, concussion of brain (CB) revealed in 32 patients, contusion of brain of light degree--in 9. Using the method of the factor analysis the factors were established, which have determined 55.1% of integral dispersion of the variants values. The changes of basal principles of statokinesiograms (SKG)--enhancement of the oscillations amplitude of common centre of pressure in sagital square and a square of SKG in a modified functional Romberg test with closed eyes--may be applied as objective criteria of a CB diagnosis.
