[Preparation of derivatives of the aldehydic functions of gossypol]. / Préparation de dérivés de la fonction aldéhyde du gossypol.

Several new derivatives of the aldehydic functions of (+/-) gossypol are described: an hydrosoluble hydrazide resulting from the reaction with the Girard's reagent T and Schiff bases with polyamines. The condensation between the two aldehyde groups and cadaverine, putrescine or spermidine gives macrocyclic bridged products. A disubstituted non cyclic derivative is obtained with an excess of cadaverine. These products are of biological interest.
