[Solcoseryl: new use possibilities]. / Solkoseryl: novi mozhlyvosti zastosuvannia.

Elementary structure of the medication was investigated. It revealed that such micro- and macro elements as Se, Fe, Mn, Cr, Pb, Sr, Br, Cu, Zn, S, Ca, K, Cl are presented in Solcoseryl. The micro- and macro elements are in a complex with bioligands, which determines a part of Solcoseryl's pharmacological activity or in other words an influence on homeostasis of the organism.

[A new approach to the treatment of sleep disorders in patients with cerebrovascular diseases]. / Novyi podkhod k lecheniiu narusheniia sna u bol'nykh s sosudistymi zabolevaniiami golovnogo mozga.

A positive result has been obtained in treating sleep disorders in patients with chronic vascular affections of the brain with using the drugs donormyl and sonnate-KM [symbol: see text]. Donormyl is recommended for use in sleep disturbances (not very prolonged and not profound insomnia) in a 10-day therapeutic course as a first-choice drug.

[Solcoseryl--new preparation for the pathogenetic treatment of patients with paroxysmal forms of cerebrovascular pathology]. / Solkoseryl--novyi zasib patohenetychnoho likuvannia khvorykh z paroksyzmal'nymy stanamy pry sudynnii patolohiï holovnoho mozku.

The central goal of the investigation was to study Solcoseryl (SolcoSwitzerland) therapeutic efficacy for patients suffering from early or chronic cerebrovascular diseases complicated with different forms of paroxysms. 29 patients were examined. (14 of them were with vegetovascular dystonia, 7 with discirculatory encephalopathy of degree of 1 and 8 with discirculatory encephalopathy of degree of II). The authors revealed Solcoseryl to be positive in decreasing incidence and duration of vegetovascular fits, complaints, pathologic symptoms.
