RESUMO

In work some, often meeting nosological forms urogenithal surgical diseases which last years frequently proceed against gastritises, stomach ulcer of a stomach and 12-perstnoj guts owing to increase of occurrence of the last are presented. For treatment various medicamentous schemes, which do-polnjajutsja rational diet-correction for the purpose of increase efficaci and qualities of treatment are used. The work purpose--to present features ratsional pathogenetic correctic a food at persons from an aggravation acid-deprndent to a pathology against constant reception prepara apropos urogenithal diseases.

RESUMO

The epigastrium was irradiated by low-energy infrared Skalyar laser in intact noninbred rats. The energy exposure at 5 and 20 MW was found to be accompanied by the development of leukocytosis at the expense of all types of leukocytes, the extensiveness of early phases of polynuclear phagocytic activity, increases in neutrophilic redox processes and complement titers during 7 days of the experiment. The count of red blood cells, the levels of hemoglobin, and lysozyme enzymatic activity were decreased, hematocrit remained in the normal ranges. Increasing the exposure rate up to 40 MW retarded the responses of defensive mechanisms or resulted in their baseline suppression.

RESUMO

Apical periodontitis was simulated in 100 white rats with secondary immunodeficiency induced by a single total x-ray irradiation with the RUM [correction of PYM]-17 device. Nonspecific resistance of the rat body was assessed from the neutrophilic phagocytic activity, serum bactericidal activity, lysozyme and complement levels. These parameters were found reduced in the experimental animals; x-ray examinations revealed changes round the dental root apices. Daily injections of tactivin for 10 days in a dose 2-5 mg/kg b.m. resulted in elevation of the nonspecific resistance parameters, and the x-ray picture in this group of animals was the same as in intact controls; therefore, tactivin normalized the immunity system status and indirectly improved the clinical course of apical periodontitis.

RESUMO

PAN and leukocytolysis were measured in dog blood placed in hypo- and hypertonic solutions of glycerin and glucose (1:10). It was found that leukocytolytic activity of the substances depends on equimolar concentrations of nonelectrolytes. It is more pronounced in hypo- than in hypertonic conditions. Glycerin is 3-5-times more active than glucose. In concentrations 2.0 M for glycerin and 0.5 M for glucose leukocytolysis is less active. Mononuclears are more resistant than neutrophils in strong solutions. PAN increased by 11-16% in hypotonic solutions. Strong glycerin solutions reduce PAN less than glucose which stimulates the digestive activity. The results can be of use in specific leukolysis tests to diagnose drug allergy.

RESUMO

The conditions of some biochemical and functional systems of the rat organisms at daily intramuscular injections of obsidan (0.05 mg/100 g body weight) for one month were studied to evaluate the effect of obsidan on the adrenergic-dependent adaptive reactions. It was shown that the procedure of injections itself (the control group of animals receiving injections of sodium chloride isotonic solution) is stress leading to a decrease of beta-adrenergic-dependent reactions and an increase of alpha-adrenergic-dependent ones. The combination of this stress with the pharmacological effect of obsidan is characterized by a decrease of adrenaline release in blood, a reduction of manifestations of alpha-adrenergic reactions, a decline of lipid energy substrates consumption level.

RESUMO

Transfusions of ultraviolet-irradiated plasma were carried out in 30 pyelonephritis patients. Subjective sense of improvement, and relief of fever and intoxication were noted. The administration of ultraviolet-irradiated plasma had a controlling effect on lipid peroxidation and blood cortisol, aldosterone and insulin levels, contributed to the normalization of corticosteroid catabolism and stimulated energy metabolism and the antioxidant system. Products of plasma photochemical reaction to ultraviolet irradiation have immunomodulating effects. Treatment of pyelonephritis patients by ultraviolet-irradiated plasma transfusions has shortened the time of hospital stay.

RESUMO

One-stage extracorporeal beta-radiation of dog blood in a dose of 6-12 Gy is not followed by the development of radiation after-effects. Favourable changes in the peripheral blood content are marked. Erythrocyte carbohydrates undergo adaptation reconstruction with an increase in the percentage of nucleic acids. Over 7 to 30 days of observation the activity of nonspecific immunity factors such as lysozyme, lytic activity of beta-lysines, and phagocytosis also increases. At the same time the antimicrobial action of penicillin is potentiated. The data obtained can be used for correction of upset immune responsiveness.

RESUMO

Experiments on Wistar rats were carried out to examine the changes in protein, glycoprotein, enzymatic and antigenic blood content after sialotomy of the salivary gland with an object of detecting mitogens. It was demonstrated that injury is accompanied by a moderately pronounced dysproteinemia, an increase in the seromucoid fraction, 48 hours after injury, and by variation in the ratio of LDH isozyme fractions, characteristic of the anaerobic metabolic pattern. No antigens of the injured gland were seen in the blood. The evidence obtained does not confirm the participation of high-molecular proteins of the injured gland in the activation of distant proliferation in the corneal epithelium.

RESUMO

Content of histamine was increased in submaxillary salivary gland of rats in generalized and local forms of botulinic intoxication. Permeability of the histohematic barrier for blood serum proteins was not altered in the salivary gland. Content of histamine was normalized after treatment with pilocarpine. Botulinic intoxication was apparently responsible for short-term and unspecific alterations of histamine content in submaxillary salivary gland.

RESUMO

The protein, lipo-and glycoprotein components of blood and callus were studied in 145 Wistar rats after fracture of the femur. The injury was associated with the development of hypoproteinemia and disparately oriented shifts in the content of serum fractions: decreasing of the content of albumin and gamma-globulin and elevation of the concentration of chlorine-soluble glucoproteins (seromucoid fraction) and alpha-globulins. The injury did not entail changes in the antigen composition of the serum. However, the content of 5 out of 41 antigens detected fell down significantly. Some of serum proteins were detectable in a 7-day callus.
