INTRODUCTION: Lumbar foraminal stenosis is a key contributor to low back pain. Imaging, particularly MRI, is commonly used in the assessment of foraminal stenosis, contributing to treatment planning. The adoption of a standardised grading system to try and improve inter-rater agreement is thought to be of importance. Our study aims to assess the variability of grading lumbar foraminal stenosis amongst reporting doctors, determine whether education about a validated grading scale increases agreement, and determine if these changes persist over time. METHODS: A single-site study involving MRI reporting registrars/radiologists was performed. Participants were shown select MRI images and asked to grade the degree of stenosis in each on a 4-point scale. Subsequently, they were educated about Lee et al's grading system and asked to re-grade the cases 1 and 6 weeks later. The level of agreement was calculated using Gwet's AC1 coefficient and Krippendorff's Alpha. RESULTS: The baseline level of agreement was substantial (AC1 = 0.71). This decreased to a moderate level of agreement post-intervention (AC1 = 0.575 at 1-week, P-value 0.033 and AC1 = 0.598 at 6 weeks, P-value 0.012). A grading of severe stenosis was 21% more likely 6 weeks post-education. CONCLUSION: The baseline agreement at our institution was substantial, thought to be due to the single-centre nature of the study. Moderate agreement was achieved after education regarding the Lee et al.'s scale, in-line with other studies, with changes maintained at 6 weeks, showing retention of the scale parameters. Grading of severe stenosis was more common post intervention.

Apathy is a multi-dimensional syndrome associated with reduced initiation, executive function and emotion toward goal-directed behaviour. Affecting ∼30% of stroke patients, apathy can negatively impact rehabilitation outcomes and increase caregiver burden. However, relatively little is known about the multi-dimensional nature of post-stroke apathy and whether these dimensions map onto neuropsychological and neuroanatomical correlates. The present study aimed to address this question in a case series of stroke patients with apathy. 65 patients with acute stroke were assessed on a comprehensive battery of neuropsychological tasks and 12 patients were identified as having clinically significant apathy on one or more domains on the Dimensional Apathy Scale. Individual scores were compared to a group of healthy controls and normative data where available. Lesion mapping was completed from clinical CT and MRI scans to characterise the extent and locations of each patient's lesion. All participants performed significantly poorer than controls on one or more tasks. Difficulties with inhibition were observed across all dimensions. Prospective memory deficits were also common, while speed and social cognition were only reduced in initiation and emotional apathy, respectively. Verbal fluency was not impaired in any of the patients, despite previously established relationships with apathy. Lesions were predominantly located in right subcortical regions, with some additional frontal, temporal and cerebellar/brainstem involvement. There was substantial overlap in lesion locations within and between dimensions, such that similar apathy symptoms occurred in patients with very different lesion sites. Overall, our results suggest that neuropsychological and lesion profiles of apathy in stroke patients may be more complex and heterogenous than in neurodegenerative disease, possibly due to functional changes occurring beyond the lesion site.

Mislocalization of the TAR DNA-binding protein 43 (TDP-43) from the nucleus to the cytoplasm is a common feature of neurodegenerative conditions such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD). The downstream in vivo cellular effects of this mislocalization are not well understood. To investigate the impact of mislocalized TDP-43 on neuronal cell bodies, axons and axonal terminals, we utilized the mouse visual system to create a new model of TDP-43 proteinopathy. Mouse (C57BL/6J) retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) were transduced with GFP-tagged human wildtype TDP-43 (hTDP-WT-GFP) and human TDP-43 with a mutation in the nuclear localization sequence (hTDP-ΔNLS-GFP), to cause TDP-43 mislocalization, with ∼60% transduction efficiency achieved. Expression of both hTDP-WT-GFP and hTDP-ΔNLS-GFP resulted in changes to neurofilament expression, with cytoplasmic TDP-43 being associated with significantly (p<0.05) increased neurofilament heavy expression in the cell soma, and both forms of altered TDP-43 leading to significantly (p<0.05) decreased numbers of neurofilament-positive axons within the optic nerve. Alterations to neurofilament proteins were associated with significantly (p<0.05) increased microglial density in the optic nerve and retina. Furthermore expression of hTDP-WT-GFP was associated with a significant (p<0.05) increase in pre-synaptic input into RGCs in the retina. The current study has developed a new model allowing detailed examination of alterations to TDP-43 and will contribute to the knowledge of TDP-43-mediated neuronal alterations and degeneration.

CRISPR/Cas has opened the prospect of direct gene correction therapy for some inherited retinal diseases. Previous work has demonstrated the utility of adeno-associated virus (AAV) mediated delivery to retinal cells in vivo; however, with the expanding repertoire of CRISPR/Cas endonucleases, it is not clear which of these are most efficacious for retinal editing in vivo. We sought to compare CRISPR/Cas endonuclease activity using both single and dual AAV delivery strategies for gene editing in retinal cells. Plasmids of a dual vector system with SpCas9, SaCas9, Cas12a, CjCas9 and a sgRNA targeting YFP, as well as a single vector system with SaCas9/YFP sgRNA were generated and validated in YFP-expressing HEK293A cell by flow cytometry and the T7E1 assay. Paired CRISPR/Cas endonuclease and its best performing sgRNA was then packaged into an AAV2 capsid derivative, AAV7m8, and injected intravitreally into CMV-Cre:Rosa26-YFP mice. SpCas9 and Cas12a achieved better knockout efficiency than SaCas9 and CjCas9. Moreover, no significant difference in YFP gene editing was found between single and dual CRISPR/SaCas9 vector systems. With a marked reduction of YFP-positive retinal cells, AAV7m8 delivered SpCas9 was found to have the highest knockout efficacy among all investigated endonucleases. We demonstrate that the AAV7m8-mediated delivery of CRISPR/SpCas9 construct achieves the most efficient gene modification in neurosensory retinal cells in vivo.

Safe delivery of CRISPR/Cas endonucleases remains one of the major barriers to the widespread application of in vivo genome editing. We previously reported the utility of adeno-associated virus (AAV)-mediated CRISPR/Cas genome editing in the retina; however, with this type of viral delivery system, active endonucleases will remain in the retina for an extended period, making genotoxicity a significant consideration in clinical applications. To address this issue, we have designed a self-destructing "kamikaze" CRISPR/Cas system that disrupts the Cas enzyme itself following expression. Four guide RNAs (sgRNAs) were initially designed to target Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9 (SpCas9) and after in situ validation, the selected sgRNAs were cloned into a dual AAV vector. One construct was used to deliver SpCas9 and the other delivered sgRNAs directed against SpCas9 and the target locus (yellow fluorescent protein [YFP]), in the presence of mCherry. Both constructs were packaged into AAV2 vectors and intravitreally administered in C57BL/6 and Thy1-YFP transgenic mice. After 8 weeks, the expression of SpCas9 and the efficacy of YFP gene disruption were quantified. A reduction of SpCas9 mRNA was found in retinas treated with AAV2-mediated YFP/SpCas9 targeting CRISPR/Cas compared with those treated with YFP targeting CRISPR/Cas alone. We also show that AAV2-mediated delivery of YFP/SpCas9 targeting CRISPR/Cas significantly reduced the number of YFP fluorescent cells among mCherry-expressing cells (∼85.5% reduction compared with LacZ/SpCas9 targeting CRISPR/Cas) in the transfected retina of Thy1-YFP transgenic mice. In conclusion, our data suggest that a self-destructive "kamikaze" CRISPR/Cas system can be used as a robust tool for genome editing in the retina, without compromising on-target efficiency.

RESUMO

Severe rhabdomyolysis is associated with morbidity and mortality. We report on a previously well male who developed severe rhabdomyolysis, sepsis, and multi-organ failure. The patient made a complete recovery. Extensive microbiological testing was only positive for RSV, making this the first reported case of adult RSV-related rhabdomyolysis in the literature.

Ocular neovascularization is a common pathological feature in diabetic retinopathy and neovascular age-related macular degeneration that can lead to severe vision loss. We evaluated the therapeutic efficacy of a novel endogenous inhibitor of angiogenesis, the calreticulin anti-angiogenic domain (CAD180), and its functional 112-residue fragment, CAD-like peptide 112 (CAD112), delivered using a self-complementary adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (scAAV2) in rodent models of oxygen-induced retinopathy and laser-induced choroidal neovascularization. The expression of CAD180 and CAD112 was elevated in human umbilical vein endothelial cells transduced with scAAV2-CAD180 or scAAV2-CAD112, respectively, and both inhibited angiogenic activity in vitro. Intravitreal gene delivery of scAAV2-CAD180 or scAAV2-CAD112 significantly inhibited ischemia-induced retinal neovascularization in rat eyes (CAD180: 52.7% reduction; CAD112: 49.2% reduction) compared to scAAV2-mCherry, as measured in retinal flatmounts stained with isolectin B4. Moreover, the retinal structure and function were unaffected by scAAV2-CAD180 or scAAV2-CAD112, as measured by optical coherence tomography and electroretinography. Moreover, subretinal delivery of scAAV2-CAD180 or scAAV2-CAD112 significantly attenuated laser-induced choroidal neovascularization in mouse eyes compared to scAAV2-mCherry, as measured by fundus fluorescein angiography (CAD180: 62.4% reduction; CAD112: 57.5% reduction) and choroidal flatmounts (CAD180: 40.21% reduction; CAD112: 43.03% reduction). Gene delivery using scAAV2-CAD180 or scAAV2-CAD112 has significant potential as a therapeutic option for the management of ocular neovascularization.

OBJECTIVE: To compare outcomes after 6-month maintenance treatment of adults diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) based on DSM-IV criteria who responded to acute treatment with serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SRIs) augmented by exposure and response prevention (EX/RP) or risperidone. METHOD: A randomized trial was conducted at 2 academic sites from January 2007 through December 2012. In the acute phase, 100 patients on therapeutic SRI dose with at least moderate OCD severity were randomized to 8 weeks of EX/RP, risperidone, or pill placebo. Responders entered the 6-month maintenance phase, continuing the augmentation strategy they received acutely (n = 30 EX/RP, n = 8 risperidone). Independent evaluations were conducted every month. The main outcome was the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS). RESULTS: Intent-to-treat analyses indicated that, after 6-month maintenance treatment, EX/RP yielded OCD outcomes that were superior to risperidone (Y-BOCS = 10.95 vs 18.70; t40 = 2.76, P = .009); more patients randomized to EX/RP met response criteria (Y-BOCS decrease ≥ 25%: 70% vs 20%; P < .001) and achieved minimal symptoms (Y-BOCS ≤ 12: 50% vs 5%; P < .001). During maintenance, OCD severity decreased slightly in both conditions (Y-BOCS decrease = 2.2 points, P = .020). Lower Y-BOCS at entry to maintenance was associated with more improvement in both conditions (r38 = 0.57, P < .001). CONCLUSIONS: OCD patients taking SRIs who responded to acute EX/RP or risperidone maintained their gains over 6-month maintenance. Because EX/RP patients improved more during acute treatment than risperidone-treated patients, and both maintained their gains during maintenance, EX/RP yielded superior outcomes 6 months later. The findings that 50% of patients randomized to EX/RP had minimal symptoms at 6-month maintenance, a rate double that of prior studies, suggests that EX/RP maintenance helps maximize long-term outcome. Immune monitoring of functional responses is a fundamental parameter to establish correlates of protection in clinical trials evaluating vaccines and therapies to boost antigen-specific responses. The IFNg ELISPOT assay is a well-standardized and validated method for the determination of functional IFNg-producing T-cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC); however, its performance greatly depends on the quality and integrity of the cryopreserved PBMC. Here, we investigate the effect of overnight (ON) resting of the PBMC on the detection of CD8-restricted peptide-specific responses by IFNg ELISPOT. The study used PBMC from healthy donors to evaluate the CD8 T-cell response to five pooled or individual HLA-A2 viral peptides. The results were analyzed using a modification of the existing distribution free resampling (DFR) recommended for the analysis of ELISPOT data to ensure the most rigorous possible standard of significance. The results of the study demonstrate that ON resting of PBMC samples prior to IFNg ELISPOT increases both the magnitude and the statistical significance of the responses. In addition, a comparison of the results with a 13-day preculture of PBMC with the peptides before testing demonstrates that ON resting is sufficient for the efficient evaluation of immune functioning.

Targeting cancer stem cells (CSCs) with immunotherapy may be an effective means to prevent recurrences in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). It is well established that CD133 is expressed in the population of GBM tumor cells representing CSCs. This raises a possibility that CD133 could serve as a potential target for cytotoxic T cells (CTLs) to target glioblastoma cancer stem cells. Two potential human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A*0201-restricted CD133 epitopes, ILSAFSVYV (CD133-405) and YLQWIEFSI (CD133-753), showed strong binding to HLA-A*0201 molecules. In vitro immunogenicity studies generated peptide-specific CD8(+) CTLs from normal donors. Autologous monocyte-derived dendritic cells pulsed with the CD133-405 or CD133-753 peptides generated CTLs that efficiently recognized the CD133 epitopes presented in T2 HLA-A*0201 cells and specifically lysed CD133+ HLA-A*0201(+) GBM CSCs. These studies demonstrated natural processing and subsequent presentation of these epitopes in GBM CSCs and the ability of CTLs to kill CSCs bearing the antigen. Immunization studies in mice using the mouse homolog CD133 epitopes demonstrated immunogenicity in the absence of autoimmune damage. The results presented in this study support the use of CD133-specific epitope vaccines to target CSCs in glioblastoma and other cancers.

IMPORTANCE: Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is one of the world's most disabling illnesses according to the World Health Organization. Serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SRIs) are the only medications approved by the Food and Drug Administration to treat OCD, but few patients achieve minimal symptoms from an SRI alone. In such cases, practice guidelines recommend adding antipsychotics or cognitive-behavioral therapy consisting of exposure and ritual prevention (EX/RP). OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of these 2 SRI augmentation strategies vs pill placebo for the first time, to our knowledge, in adults with OCD. DESIGN, SETTING, AND PARTICIPANTS: A randomized clinical trial (conducted January 2007-August 2012) at 2 academic outpatient research clinics that specialize in OCD and anxiety disorders. Patients (aged 18-70 years) were eligible if they had OCD of at least moderate severity despite a therapeutic SRI dose for at least 12 weeks prior to entry. Of 163 who were eligible, 100 were randomized (risperidone, n = 40; EX/RP, n = 40; and placebo, n = 20), and 86 completed the trial. INTERVENTIONS: While continuing their SRI at the same dose, patients were randomized to the addition of 8 weeks of risperidone (up to 4 mg/d), EX/RP (17 sessions delivered twice weekly), or pill placebo. Independent assessments were conducted every 4 weeks. MAIN OUTCOME AND MEASURE: The Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) to measure OCD severity. RESULTS: Patients randomized to EX/RP had significantly greater reduction in week 8 Y-BOCS scores based on mixed-effects models (vs risperidone: mean [SE], -9.72 [1.38]; P < .001 vs placebo: mean [SE], -10.10 [1.68]; P < .001). Patients receiving risperidone did not significantly differ from those receiving placebo (mean [SE], -0.38 [1.72]; P = .83). More patients receiving EX/RP responded (Y-BOCS score decrease ≥25%: 80% for EX/RP, 23% for risperidone, and 15% for placebo; P < .001). More patients receiving EX/RP achieved minimal symptoms (Y-BOCS score ≤12: 43% for EX/RP, 13% for risperidone, and 5% for placebo; P = .001). Adding EX/RP was also superior to risperidone and placebo in improving insight, functioning, and quality of life. CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: Adding EX/RP to SRIs was superior to both risperidone and pill placebo. Patients with OCD receiving SRIs who continue to have clinically significant symptoms should be offered EX/RP before antipsychotics given its superior efficacy and less negative adverse effect profile. BACKGROUND: This study evaluated the safety and immune responses to an autologous dendritic cell vaccine pulsed with class I peptides from tumor-associated antigens (TAA) expressed on gliomas and overexpressed in their cancer stem cell population (ICT-107). METHODS: TAA epitopes included HER2, TRP-2, gp100, MAGE-1, IL13Rα2, and AIM-2. HLA-A1- and/or HLA-A2-positive patients with glioblastoma (GBM) were eligible. Mononuclear cells from leukapheresis were differentiated into dendritic cells, pulsed with TAA peptides, and administered intradermally three times at two-week intervals. RESULTS: Twenty-one patients were enrolled with 17 newly diagnosed (ND-GBM) and three recurrent GBM patients and one brainstem glioma. Immune response data on 15 newly diagnosed patients showed 33 % responders. TAA expression by qRT-PCR from fresh-frozen tumor samples showed all patient tumors expressed at least three TAA, with 75 % expressing all six. Correlations of increased PFS and OS with quantitative expression of MAGE1 and AIM-2 were observed, and a trend for longer survival was observed with gp100 and HER2 antigens. Target antigens gp100, HER1, and IL13Rα2 were downregulated in recurrent tumors from 4 HLA-A2+ patients. A decrease in or absence of CD133 expression was seen in five patients who underwent a second resection. At a median follow-up of 40.1 months, six of 16 ND-GBM patients showed no evidence of tumor recurrence. Median PFS in newly diagnosed patients was 16.9 months, and median OS was 38.4 months. CONCLUSIONS: Expression of four ICT-107 targeted antigens in the pre-vaccine tumors correlated with prolonged overall survival and PFS in ND-GBM patients. The goal of targeting tumor antigens highly expressed on glioblastoma cancer stem cells is supported by the observation of decreased or absent CD133 expression in the recurrent areas of gadolinium-enhanced tumors.

Glutamatergic abnormalities in corticostriatal brain circuits are thought to underlie obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Whether these abnormalities exist in adults with OCD is not clear. We used proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (¹H MRS) to test our hypothesis that unmedicated adults with OCD have reduced glutamate plus glutamine (Glx) levels in the medial prefrontal cortex (MPFC) compared with healthy controls. Levels of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) were also explored. Twenty-four unmedicated adults with OCD and 22 matched healthy control subjects underwent ¹H MRS scans at 3.0 T. Resonances of both Glx and GABA were obtained using the standard J-editing technique and assessed as ratios relative to voxel tissue water (W) in the MPFC (the region of interest) and the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) to explore the regional specificity of any finding. In the MPFC, Glx/W did not differ by diagnostic group (p=0.98) or sex (p=0.57). However, GABA/W was decreased in OCD (2.16±0.46 × 10⁻³) compared with healthy controls (2.43±0.45 × 10⁻³, p=0.045); moreover, age of OCD onset was inversely correlated with MPFC GABA/W (r=-0.50, p=0.015). MPFC GABA/W was higher in females than in males. In the DLPFC, there were no main effects of diagnosis or gender on Glx/W or GABA/W. These data indicate that unmedicated adults with OCD do not have Glx abnormalities in a MPFC voxel that includes the pregenual anterior cingulate cortex. However, they may have decreased MPFC GABA levels. How GABA abnormalities might contribute to corticostriatal dysfunction in OCD deserves further study.

RESUMO

In psychiatry, as in other disciplines, electronic templates are replacing handwritten records to meet health care financing regulations and requirements of third-party payers. We address whether these checklists are helpful for residents, especially those beginning training, in learning the foundational skills of their discipline and in recording a comprehensive set of patient data. An informal survey of our residents suggests that residents find the templates useful, though they have advantages and disadvantages. We also review relevant literature from psychiatry and other fields on the use of electronic templates and pose questions about how we might gauge the usefulness of the templates in residents' training and in obtaining valid data for clinical decision-making.

PURPOSE: In spite of increased rates of complete response to initial chemotherapy, most patients with advanced ovarian cancer relapse and succumb to progressive disease. Immunotherapy may have potential for consolidation therapy. EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN: This randomized open-label phase I/II trial evaluated responses of patients with advanced ovarian cancer in remission for vaccination with monocyte-derived dendritic cells (DC) loaded with Her2/neu, hTERT, and PADRE peptides, with or without low-dose intravenous cyclophosphamide. All patients also received pneumococcal vaccine and were randomized to cyclophosphamide 2 days prior to first vaccination. Blood samples were analyzed by ELISPOT and flow cytometry. RESULTS: Of 11 patients, 2 recurred during vaccination. Nine received all 4 doses: 3 patients recurred at 6, 17, and 26 months, respectively, and 6 have no evidence of disease at 36 months. No grade 3/4 vaccine-related toxicities were noted. The 3-year overall survival was 90%. Patients receiving cyclophosphamide showed a non-significant improvement in survival over controls. Patients receiving cyclophosphamide had a transient reduction in neutrophils, but no change in total lymphocytes or regulatory T cells. Modest T-cell responses to Her2/neu and hTERT were seen post-vaccine by IFN-γ ELISPOT. Patients demonstrated below normal responses to the diphtheria conjugate protein CRM197, a component of the pneumococcal vaccine. CONCLUSIONS: In this setting, peptide-loaded DC vaccination elicits modest immune responses, but survival is promising. Pneumococcal vaccination revealed substantial immune suppression, even in patients in remission. Rational design of consolidative strategies for ovarian cancer will need to overcome tolerance and immunosuppression.

BACKGROUND: Serotonergic abnormalities are hypothesized to contribute to obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). This study used positron emission tomography with the radioligand [11C]MDL 100907 to examine whether the distribution of serotonin 2A (5-HT(2A)) receptors is altered in OCD. METHODS: Nineteen OCD subjects, free of psychiatric medications and depression, and 19 matched healthy subjects underwent positron emission tomography scans following injection of [11C]MDL 100907. Total distribution volumes were derived by kinetic analysis using the arterial input function. Two measures of 5-HT(2A) availability were computed: the ratio at equilibrium of specifically bound radiotracer either to nondisplaceable radiotracer in tissue (BP(ND)) or to unmetabolized tracer in arterial plasma (BP(p)). Groups were compared using a region of interest (ROI) analysis and voxelwise analysis of spatially normalized parametric maps. ROIs included cortical (orbitofrontal, dorsolateral prefrontal, medial prefrontal, anterior cingulate, temporal, parietal, occipital, and insular cortex) and limbic (entorhinal cortex, parahippocampal gyrus, and medial temporal lobe) regions. RESULTS: No significant group differences were observed in [11C]MDL 100907 BP(ND) or BP(p) in the ROIs or in the voxelwise analysis of BP(ND) maps. There was a significant correlation in the orbitofrontal cortex between [11C]MDL 100907 binding and age of onset, with earlier age of onset associated with higher binding. CONCLUSIONS: Adults with OCD are not characterized as a group by major changes in 5-HT(2A) availability in cortical or limbic brain regions. Further research is warranted to examine potential differences in 5-HT(2A) availability between early- and late-onset OCD and to assess 5-HT(2A) function in relation to other neurotransmitter systems implicated in OCD.

PURPOSE: Generation of broad cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses against multiple epitopes and tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) may provide effective immunotherapy in patients with cancer. We evaluated a single-vial peptide vaccine consisting of nine HLA-A2 supertype-binding epitopes (two native and seven analog epitopes modified for optimal HLA binding or T-cell receptor stimulation) covering five TAAs and the universal helper pan-DR epitope, formulated as a stable emulsion with incomplete Freund's adjuvant (Montanide ISA 51; Seppic SA, Paris, France). The clinical efficacy, safety, and multiepitope immunogenicity of IDM-2101 was evaluated in patients with stage IIIB or IV non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). PATIENTS AND METHODS: A total of 63 patients were enrolled who were positive for HLA-A2. End points included survival, safety, and immune response. IDM-2101 (previously EP-2101) was administered every 3 weeks for the first 15 weeks, then every 2 months through year 1, then quarterly through year 2, for a total of 13 doses. Epitope-specific cytotoxic and helper T-lymphocyte immunogenic responses were measured by the interferon gamma enzyme-linked immunosorbent spot assay. RESULTS: No significant adverse events were noted. Low-grade erythema and pain at the injection site were the most common adverse effects. One-year survival in the treated patients was 60%, and median survival was 17.3 months. One complete and one partial response were identified. Survival was longer in patients demonstrating an immune response to epitope peptides (P < .001). CONCLUSION: IDM-2101 was well tolerated, and evidence of efficacy was suggested.
