[The six attributes of the concept of coordination in the field of care]. / Les six attributs du concept de "coordination dans le domaine des soins".

The concept of coordination in the field of care needs to be clarified in order to improve understanding. A literature review has identified six attributes of coordination in nursing care: it is centred on the person, is characterised by pro-active planning, cross-disciplinarity, correlation, sharing and facilitation.
