[Macro-microscopic changes in the uterine tube in uterine myoma]. / Makromikroskopicheskie izmeneniia matochnoi truby pri miome matki.

Macro-microscopic investigation and morphometry of uterine tubes in normal conditions and in uterus myoma has been carried out n 100 uterine tubes of 50 women at reproductive age. The data were obtained on peculiarities of the structure of different parts, thickness of the layers, changes of the blood supply and microarchitecture of the uterine tube wall in various phases of menstrual cycle in uterus myoma.

[The experimental morphological bases for using a microsurgical technic and demineralized bone in the restorative surgery of hollow organs and blood vessels]. / Eksperimental'no-morfologicheskie osnovy primeneniia mikrokhirurgicheskoi tekhniki i demineralizovannoi kosti v vosstanovitel'noi khirurgii nekotorykh polykh organov i krovenosnykh sosudov.

By means of experimental material from 339 animals it was shown that microsurgical technique provides primary recovery of the wounds of the hollow organs, their anastomoses and blood vessels: demineralized bone is found to be a suitable material easily adapting in implantation. The use of microsurgical methods and technique and demineralized osseus matrix for nonosseous plastics is a perspective direction in improvement of the results of reconstructive and restorative operations on hollow organ and blood vessels.

[The histotopography of the fallopian tubes in relation to an anatomical basis for microsurgical interventions]. / Gistotopografiia matochnykh rub v sviazi s anatomicheskim obosnovaniem mikrokhirurgicheskikh vmeshatel'stv.

Histotopographical study of the uterine tube different regions was performed on 50 specimens taken from 25 corpses of reproductive age women who died from the extragenital pathology. The data on peculiarities of the tube different regions structure, its layer expression and interrelations between the surrounding vessels and serous coat were obtained. Anatomic base of the use of microsurgical technique in operative interventions on the uterine tubes was established.

[Cardiac lesions in generalized hematogenic tuberculosis]. / Porazhenie serdtsa pri generalizovannom gematogennom tuberkuleze.

A case of a generalized hematogenous tuberculosis with exacerbation in a woman of 62 is described. The disease had an undulating course and was manifested by a rare combination of miliary lung tuberculosis with extrapulmonal lesions. The latter included cavernous spondylitis with two paravertebral abscesses, fibrinous pericarditis and a large-focal lesion in the myocardium.
