RESUMO
Para argumentar la educación del valor responsabilidad en las Ciencias Médicas en Cuba, se revisa la literatura que hace referencia a dicho valor moral en el ámbito pedagógico universitario y a partir del Programa director de valores para la sociedad cubana actual del siglo XXI, se explicita porqué el valor responsabilidad constituye la unidad de análisis del proceso formativo integral en los estudiantes de las Ciencias Médicas, ya que aglutina otros subvalores como el humanismo, la laboriosidad, la justicia y la solidaridad de entre otros lo que caracteriza a este valor moral como categoría síntesis del sistema de valores de la ética médica socialista(AU)
To argue the importance of the value responsibility in the education in medical sciences, in this article different documents that approach this moral value in the university pedagogical environment are cited and taking into account the managing Program in the reinforcement of the fundamental values in the current Cuban society of the XXI century, it is stated why the value responsibility constitutes the unit of analysis of the comprehensive training process in the students of the medical universities, and how this agglutinates other subvalues, such as humanism, laboriosity, justice and solidarity, what characterizes it as a synthesis category of the values system of the socialist medical ethics(AU)
