[Computerized radiography in pediatrics: 6 months' clinical experience]. / Radiografía computerizada en pediatría: seis meses de experiencia clínica.

We present 6 months' clinical experience in the use of computerized radiography system in a Pediatric Radiology Service. The basic technology of the system and its utilization are described. An analysis is made of its principal advantages, like the reduction of the repetition of films, increased quality and diagnostic information, and reduction of the dose of radiation, and the practical disadvantages of the system are commented.

[Congenital mesoblastic nephroma]. / Nefroma mesoblástico congénito.

Authors report three cases of congenital mesoblastic nephroma. In two of them, diagnosis was neonatal, while the third was made at the 3rd-month. They discuss diagnostic procedures employed as well as pathological findings. Presence of a mass was the first clinical sign in all three cases. Nephrectomy was the only treatment employed, with favourable outcome.
