RESUMO

With the accelerating rate of population aging in China, the health of the elderly has received more and more attention and has become one of the most important issues in the elderly care industry. Because of insufficient research on the personal health of the elderly, the value of medical examination data cannot be fully exploited, many physical indicators have a certain impact on overall health or heart health, and there are few studies on heart health assessment. This paper proposes a deep learning-based elderly management analysis method of human exercise health level, using the exercise health management model to evaluate the heart health level of the elderly. Firstly, the indicators to measure heart health are proposed through traditional expert knowledge and personal health index to analyze heart health. Through dynamic assessment, predict the heart health status at the next time point, analyze possible heart diseases, and provide corresponding methods for the health of the elderly, which helps improve the physical health of the elderly. Quality of life provides assistance to meet the needs of improving the health of older adults.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: Most endoscopists routinely perform moderate or deep sedation for esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD). Considering that there is no consensus on the optimal sedation depth and it varies from country to country, our study aims to compare the effectiveness, cost and safety of these two sedation methods in the Chinese population. METHODS: This quasi-experimental study included a total of 556 eligible patients from July 2020 to June 2021, and they entered the moderate sedation group or deep sedation group based on their choices. Baseline information, scores of Patient Satisfaction with Sedation Instrument (PSSI) and Clinician Satisfaction with Sedation Instrument (CSSI), examination time, sedation time, recovery time, expenses before medicare reimbursement, hypoxaemia and hypotension were compared between the two groups. Propensity Score Matching (PSM) analysis was conducted to balance the confounding factors. RESULTS: After PSM, 470 patients were involved in the analysis, with 235 for each group. The moderate sedation was clearly superior to the deep sedation group in terms of PSSI score (98.00 ± 0.94 vs. 97.29 ± 1.26), CSSI score (98.00 ± 0.78 vs. 97.67 ± 1.30), sedation time (11.90 ± 2.04 min vs. 13.21 ± 2.75 min), recovery time (25.40 ± 3.77 min vs. 28.0 ± 4.85 min), expenses (433.04 ± 0.00 Yuan vs. 789.85 ± 0.21 Yuan), with all p < .001. Examination time was not significantly different between the two groups (p = .124). In addition, the moderate sedation group had a lower occurrence rate of hypoxaemia (0.36% vs. 3.27%, p = .010) and hypotension (17.44% vs. 44.00%, p < .001) compared to the deep sedation group. CONCLUSIONS: Moderate sedation presented better effectiveness and safety and lower cost, and thereby it should be recommended as a widely used sedation method in clinical practice in China. RESUMO

Emerging evidence has shown that protocatechuic acid (PCA) has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. It can alleviate the injury of sciatic nerve, while the mechanism of its therapeutic effect on neuralgia remains unknown . In vivo, chromium bowel ligation was used to establish a chronic constriction injury (CCI) rat model to induce sciatic nerve pain, then two doses of PCA were used to treat CCI rats. In vitro, 10 ng/mL TNF-α was used to stimulate glial satellite cells derived from the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) L4-L6 of the sciatic nerve to simulate sciatic nerve pain. PCA relieved mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia in CCI rats. CCK-8 assay revealed that PCA inhibited the proliferation of glial satellite cells induced by TNF-α. Moreover, ELISA demonstrated that PCA could improve the inflammatory response of rats caused by CCI and cells induced by TNF-α. Next, RT-qPCR and Western blot assays testified that PCA blocked the c-Jun N-terminal kinase/the chemokine ligand 1/CXC chemokine receptor 2 (JNK/CXCL1/CXCR2) pathway by inhibiting CXCL1 levels in cells induced by TNF-α and DRG of CCI rats. In conclusion, PCA can alleviate neuropathic pain of CCI rats, improve oxidative stress by inhibiting the JNK/CXCL1/CXCR2 signaling pathway, which provides a new perspective for the treatment of neuropathic pain caused by CCI.

RESUMO

Liquid lead-bismuth eutectic alloy (LBE) is applied in the Accelerator Driven transmutation System (ADS) as the high-power spallation neutron targets and coolant. A 19.2kHz ultrasonic device was deployed in liquid LBE at 550°C to induce short and long period cavitation erosion damage on the surface of weld joint, SEM and Atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used to map out the surface properties, and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) was applied to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of elements in the micro region of the surface. The erosion mechanism for how the cavitation erosion evolved by studying the element changes, their morphology evolution, the surface hardness and the roughness evolution, was proposed. The results showed that the pits, caters and cracks appeared gradually on the erode surface after a period of cavitation. The surface roughness increased along with exposure time. Work hardening by the bubbles impact in the incubation stage strengthened the cavitation resistance efficiently. The dissolution and oxidation corrosion and cavitation erosion that simultaneously happened in liquid LBE accelerated corrosion-erosion process, and these two processes combined to cause more serious damage on the material surface. Contrast to the performance of weld metal, base metal exhibited a much better cavitation resistance.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To search for an effective method for treatment of obstinate hiccup. METHODS: Ninety cases of obstinate hiccup secondary to cerebral diseases were randomly divided into 3 groups, 30 cases in each group. Group A were treated by injection of compound chlorpromazine into Yintang (Ex-HN 3), group B by intramuscular injection of compound chlorpromazine and group C by acupuncture at Yintang (Ex-HN 3). Their therapeutic effects were compared. RESULTS: The effective rate was 93.3% in the group A, 10.0% in the group B and 30.0% in the group C, the group A being better than the group B and the group C (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Injection of compound chlorpromazine into Yintang (Ex-HN 3) has a significant therapeutic effect on obstinate hiccup.
