RESUMO

In the process of fully mechanized top-coal caving mining, the top-coal is affected by mining-induced stress, and the stress varies along the strike direction of working face, so the boundary position of its entering the limit equilibrium state changes accordingly. The determination of the boundary along the strike direction of working face can provide scientific guidance for the stability control of support-surrounding rock in fully mechanized top-coal caving face. Using the research methods of theoretical analysis, physical similarity simulation experiment and numerical simulation experiment, the stress state analysis model of the boundary position of the top-coal limit equilibrium zone under macro-scale conditions was established, the stress state characterization method of the boundary of the top-coal limit equilibrium zone along the strike direction of working face was given, and the quantitative characterization of the boundary of the top-coal limit equilibrium zone along the strike direction of working face was realized by combining with the mining-induced stress path, and the distance relationship between the boundary of the top-coal limit equilibrium zone and the langwall face along the strike direction of working face was revealed. The results show that after critical mining in fully mechanized top-coal caving face, the distance between the boundary of top-coal limit equilibrium zone and the langwall face along the strike direction of working face presents a relationship of increasing from top to bottom. The distance between the top-coal upper boundary and the langwall face was 2.85 m and the distance between the top-coal lower boundary and the langwall face was 5.39 m. The boundary of top-coal limit equilibrium zone along the strike direction of working face was verified by the top-coal elastic-plastic zone boundary and the boundary of the peak position of front abutment pressure in different layers of top-coal. The results show that the quantitative characterization of the top-coal limit equilibrium zone boundary along the strike direction of working face was reasonable. In order to improve mine production efficiency, optimization measures were put forward for hard coal seam and soft coal seam respectively.

RESUMO

Maize is the most widely planted food crop in China, and maize inbred lines, as the basis of maize genetic breeding and seed breeding, have a significant impact on China's seed security and food safety. Satellite remote sensing technology has been widely used for growth monitoring and yield estimation of various crops, but it is still doubtful whether the existing remote sensing monitoring means can distinguish the growth difference between maize inbred lines and hybrids and accurately estimate the yield of maize inbred lines. This paper explores a method for estimating the yield of maize inbred lines based on the assimilation of crop models and remote sensing data, initially solves the problem. At first, this paper analyzed the WOFOST(World Food Studies)model parameter sensitivity and used the MCMC(Markov Chain Monte Carlo) method to calibrate the sensitive parameters to obtain the parameter set of maize inbred lines differing from common hybrid maize; then the vegetation indices were selected to establish an empirical model with the measured LAI(Leaf Area Index) at three key development stages to obtain the remotely sensed estimated LAI; finally, the yield of maize inbred lines in the study area was estimated and mapped pixel by pixel using the EnKF(Ensemble Kalman Filter) data assimilation algorithm. Also, this paper compares a method of assimilation by setting a single parameter. Instead of the WOFOST parameter optimization process, a parameter representing the growth weakness of the inbred lines was set in WOFOST to distinguish the inbred lines from the hybrids. The results showed that the yield estimated by the two methods compared with the field measured yield data had R2: 0.56 and 0.18, and RMSE: 684.90 Kg/Ha and 949.95 Kg/Ha, respectively, which proved that the crop growth model of maize inbred lines established in this study combined with the data assimilation method could initially achieve the growth monitoring and yield estimation of maize inbred lines.

RESUMO

The structural development of novel carbon materials has always been a hot spot in theoretical and experimental research, due to carbon possess a wide range of applications in the fields of industry and electronic technology. In this work, ansp2+sp3hybrid carbon allotrope, named tower carbon, is proposed and studied based on density functional theory, including its structure, stability, electronic and mechanical properties. The crystal structure of tower carbon is like a Chinese classical architectural tower, so it is named tower carbon, which belongs to the cubic crystal system, and it is stable in thermodynamics, dynamics, and mechanics. The electronic band structure of tower carbon is calculated by Heyd-Scuseria-Ernzerhof hybrid functional. The results show that tower carbon is metallic material. In addition, the anisotropy factor of tower carbon and the directional dependence of Young's modulus, shear modulus, and Poisson's ratio are estimated. Compared with cF320, the tower carbon has less anisotropy.

RESUMO

Traffic accidents have significant financial and social impacts. Reducing the losses caused by traffic accidents has always been one of the most important issues. This paper presents an effort to investigate the factors affecting the accident severity of drivers with different driving experience. Special focus was placed on the combined effect of driving experience and age. Based on our dataset (traffic accidents that occurred between 2005 and 2021 in Shaanxi, China), CatBoost model was applied to deal with categorical feature, and SHAP (Shapley Additive exPlanations) model was used to interpret the output. Results show that accident cause, age, visibility, light condition, season, road alignment, and terrain are the key factors affecting accident severity for both novice and experienced drivers. Age has the opposite impact on fatal accident for novice and experienced drivers. Novice drivers younger than 30 or older than 55 are prone to suffer fatal accident, but for experienced drivers, the risk of fatal accident decreases when they are young and increases when they are old. These findings fill the research gap of the combined effect of driving experience and age on accident severity. Meanwhile, it can provide useful insights for practitioners to improve traffic safety for novice and experienced drivers.
