Understanding the intricate architecture of the brain through the lens of graph theory and advanced neuroimaging techniques has become increasingly pivotal in unraveling the complexities of neural networks. This bibliometric analysis explores the evolving landscape of brain research by focusing on the intersection of graph theoretical approaches, neuroanatomy, and diverse neuroimaging modalities. A systematic search strategy was used that resulted in the retrieval of a comprehensive dataset of articles and reviews. Using CiteSpace and VOSviewer, a detailed scientometric analysis was conducted that revealed emerging trends, key research clusters, and influential contributions within this multidisciplinary domain. Our review highlights the growing synergy between graph theory methodologies and neuroimaging modalities, reflecting the evolving paradigms shaping our understanding of brain networks. This study offers comprehensive insight into brain network research, emphasizing growth patterns, pivotal contributions, and global collaborative networks, thus serving as a valuable resource for researchers and institutions navigating this interdisciplinary landscape.

This study employs advanced analytical tools like CiteSpace and VOSviewer to uncover research hotspots and frontiers in ATR. Wenchang chicken, a prized local breed in Hainan Province of China renowned for its exceptional adaptability to tropical environments and good meat quality, is deeply favored by the public. However, an insufficient understanding of its population architecture and the unclear genetic basis that governs its typical attributes have posed challenges in the protection and breeding of this precious breed. To address these gaps, we conducted whole-genome resequencing on 200 Wenchang chicken samples derived from 10 distinct strains, and we gathered data on an array of 21 phenotype traits. Population genomics analysis unveiled distinctive population structures in Wenchang chickens, primarily attributed to strong artificial selection for different feather colors. Selection sweep analysis identified a group of candidate genes, including PCDH9, DPF3, CDIN1, and SUGCT, closely linked to adaptations that enhance resilience in tropical island habitats. Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) highlighted potential candidate genes associated with diverse feather color traits, encompassing TYR, RAB38, TRPM1, GABARAPL2, CDH1, ZMIZ1, LYST, MC1R, and SASH1. Through the comprehensive analysis of high-quality genomic and phenotypic data across diverse Wenchang chicken resource groups, this study unveils the intricate genetic backgrounds and population structures of Wenchang chickens. Additionally, it identifies multiple candidate genes linked to environmental adaptation, feather color variations, and production traits. These insights not only provide genetic reference for the purification and breeding of Wenchang chickens but also broaden our understanding of the genetic basis of phenotypic diversity in chickens.

Phytoplankton are the main cause of algal blooms. To identify bloom algae and assess the risks of the algal blooms in Baiyangdian Lake, a survey on 373 sites was conducted in August 2020. The phytoplankton were studied via both morphological-based density counting and metabarcoding profiling. Then, the bloom degree was classed according to algae density, and the relationship between the community of bloom algae and environmental variables were modeled to determine key factors constraining spatial variation in bloom algae communities. The results showed that more than 95% of the sampling sites were free from the risk of algal blooms(phytoplankton density<2×106 cells·L-1), and only five sites had a slight risk of algal blooms. A total of 90 species with potential of algal blooming were detected, including 20 dominant species, which were mainly affiliated with Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, and Euglenophyta. Communities of bloom algae significantly varied among different regions(P<0.05). Total phosphorus(TP), total nitrogen(TN), and ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N) were the key factors significantly affecting the spatial variation in algal bloom communities. At the phylum level, these key factors were significantly positively correlated with Chlorophyta, whereas at the species level, species in Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta responded significantly to these key factors. Thus, our findings suggested that nutrient levels were significantly related to bloom algae communities, and we proposed that controlling the input of nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus and regulating the hydrological process of the lake would be effective management techniques to prevent algal blooms in Baiyangdian Lake.

Background: Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with TP53 mutations has a worse prognosis. It was generally more resistant to chemotherapy and radiation. Our aim was to investigate the correlation between the TP53 co-mutated gene and clinical features, and prognostic value in patients with NSCLC. Methods: Seventy-three patients with a diagnosis of NSCLC at our hospital were recruited. They were divided into the TP53 mutation status (minor) (TP53 MU) and TP53 wild-type (major) (TP53 WT) groups according to their clinical characteristics after their mutation data and clinical information were collected. Serum markers were compared between groups using Mann-Whitney U test. Other clinical factors were compared between groups using χ2 test and Fisher exact test. The log-rank test was used to compare survival curves. Results: Of the 73 patients with NSCLC, 37 (50.68%) were found to carry TP53 mutation. TP53 MU and TP53 WT groups (n = 36) showed a significant difference in the number of smokers, incidence of squamous cell carcinoma, EGFR mutation, and number of advanced patients (P < .05), while gender, age, lymph node metastasis, and KRAS mutation did not differ significantly between the 2 groups. The survival curves in the TP53/KRAS and the TP53/EGFR co-mutation groups suggest that patients with NSCLC may have a shorter progression-free survival (PFS) if they carry one of the 2 types of co-mutation. Conclusions: TP53 gene mutations are more common in patients with NSCLC and squamous cell carcinoma. New predictive markers for NSCLC prognosis may be TP53/KRAS and TP53/EGFR co-mutations.

LYB001 is an innovative recombinant SARS-CoV-2 vaccine that displays a repetitive array of the spike glycoprotein's receptor-binding domain (RBD) on a virus-like particle (VLP) vector to boost the immune system, produced using Covalink plug-and-display protein binding technology. LYB001's safety and immunogenicity were assessed in 119 participants receiving a booster with (1) 30 µg LYB001 (I-I-30 L) or CoronaVac (I-I-C), (2) 60 µg LYB001 (I-I-60 L) or CoronaVac in a ratio of 2:1 after two-dose primary series of inactivated COVID-19 vaccine, and (3) 30 µg LYB001 (I-I-I-30 L) after three-dose inactivated COVID-19 vaccine. A well-tolerated reactogenicity profile was observed for LYB001 as a heterologous booster, with adverse reactions being predominantly mild in severity and transient. LYB001 elicited a substantial increase in terms of the neutralizing antibody response against prototype SARS-CoV-2 28 days after booster, with GMT (95%CI) of 1237.8 (747.2, 2050.6), 554.3 (374.6, 820.2), 181.9 (107.6, 307.6), and 1200.2 (831.5, 1732.3) in the I-I-30 L, I-I-60 L, I-I-C, and I-I-I-30 L groups, respectively. LYB001 also elicited a cross-neutralizing antibody response against the BA.4/5 strain, dominant during the study period, with GMT of 201.1 (102.7, 393.7), 63.0 (35.1, 113.1), 29.2 (16.9, 50.3), and 115.3 (63.9, 208.1) in the I-I-30 L, I-I-60 L, I-I-C, and I-I-I-30 L groups, respectively, at 28 days after booster. Additionally, RBD-specific IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4 secreting T cells dramatically increased at 14 days after a single LYB001 booster. Our data confirmed the favorable safety and immunogenicity profile of LYB001 and supported the continued clinical development of this promising candidate that utilizes the VLP platform to provide protection against COVID-19.

Global rivers, particularly those in populated urban areas, are challenged by multiple stressors such as pollution from anthropogenic activities. Dissecting the relative role of each ecological process involved in structuring biotic communities is fundamental in both theoretical and applied ecology. The ecological niche-based species sorting and stochastic dynamics-based dispersal are two major competing processes in determining community structure. Studies have reached a common realization on the environmental gradient-geographical scale relationship (EGGSR), resulting in species sorting over dispersal in determining community structure at large geographical scales where significant environmental gradients often exist. However, this relationship has been recently challenged at fine geographical scales when significant environmental gradients are formed by local anthropogenic activities. Here, we used three receiving rivers of wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) as the promising system to test the hypothesis that species sorting plays a dominant role over dispersal in structuring zooplankton communities at microgeographical scales (∼1.2 km). After WWTP effluent discharge, we consistently detected significant environmental changes in all three receiving rivers, leading to significant variation in both community structure and taxonomic co-occurrence networks. Variation partitioning showed that environmental variables explained higher proportions of community variation than spatial ones, supporting that species sorting played a dominant role over dispersal in structuring zooplankton communities. Thus, our findings here reject EGGSR, illustrating that the effect of species sorting has been overlooked in disturbed aquatic ecosystems at fine spatial scales. More importantly, all analyses in multiple rivers here validate the "microscale species sorting" hypothesis. The validation of such hypothesis provides a novel methodology for point source pollution management by assessing environment-community interactions and functional changes of biological communities. The differed variables underlying species sorting among three rivers illustrate that ecological management should be case-specific, with the full consideration of local water quality background and pollutant composition of each point pollution source.

The blue-light hazard (BLH) has raised concerns with the increasing applications of white light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Many researchers believed that the shorter wavelength or more light components generally resulted in more severe retinal damage. In this study, based on the conventional phosphor-coated white LED, we added azure (484 nm), cyan (511 nm), and red (664 nm) light to fabricate the low-hazard light source. The low-hazard light sources and conventional white LED illuminated 68 Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats for 7 days. Before and after light exposure, we measured the retinal function, thickness of retinal layers, and fundus photographs. The expression levels of autophagy-related proteins and the activities of oxidation-related biochemical indicators were also measured to investigate the mechanisms of damaging or protecting the retina. With the same correlated color temperature (CCT), the low-hazard light source results in significantly less damage on the retinal function and photoreceptors, even if it has two times illuminance and blue-light hazard-weighted irradiance ([Formula: see text]) than conventional white LED. The results illustrated that [Formula: see text] proposed by IEC 62471 could not exactly evaluate the light damage on rats' retinas. We also figured out that more light components could result in less light damage, which provided evidence for the photobiomodulation (PBM) and spectral opponency on light damage.

Fractal dimension (FD) is used to quantify brain structural complexity and is more sensitive to morphological variability than other cortical measures. However, the effects of normal aging and sex on FD are not fully understood. In this study, age- and sex-related differences in FD were investigated in a sample of 448 adults age of 19-80 years from a Chinese dataset. The FD was estimated with the surface-based morphometry (SBM) approach, sex differences were analyzed on a vertex level, and correlations between FD and age were examined. Generalized additive models (GAMs) were used to characterize the trajectories of age-related changes in 68 regions based on the Desikan-Killiany atlas. The SBM results showed sex differences in the entire sample and 3 subgroups defined by age. GAM results demonstrated that the FD values of 51 regions were significantly correlated with age. The trajectories of changes can be classified into 4 main patterns. Our results indicate that sex differences in FD are evident across developmental stages. Age-related trajectories in FD are not homogeneous across the cerebral cortex. Our results extend previous findings and provide a foundation for future investigation of the underlying mechanism.

Introduction: The study was aimed at evaluating the effects of areca nut extract (ANE) on the growth performance, cecal microbiota, and immunity of Wenchang chickens. Methods: For this study, 42-day-old healthy Wenchang chickens (n = 450) with similar body weight were chosen. The animals were randomly divided into five groups, with six replicates per group and 15 chickens per replicate. One group was fed a basal diet (control; CCK). The remaining four groups were fed a basal diet supplemented with varying ANE concentrations: 0.038, 0.063, 0.100, and 0.151 g/kg, with the groups denoted as CNT1, CNT2, CNT3, and CNT4, respectively. The feeding experiment lasted 35 days. The ligated cecum segments of the control and experimental groups were collected for metabolomic and metagenomic analysis, while the bone marrow samples were extracted for tandem mass tag (TMT)-based proteomic analysis. Results: All the experimental groups exhibited significantly higher average daily gain (ADG) and significantly lower feed-to-weight (F/G) ratios than CCK. Metabolomic screening of the cecum contents revealed the presence of 544 differential metabolites, including several gut health-related metabolites, such as xanthine, hydroxy hypoxanthine, 2,5-dimethylhydrazine, ganoderic acid, and 2-aminohexanoic acid. Metagenomic analysis of the cecum contents showed an upregulation in the abundance of Prevotella spp. in the experimental groups. However, we observed no significant differences in the abundances of other cecal microbes at phylum and genus levels. Furthermore, we observed significant associations between Prevotella spp. and the differentially abundant metabolites, such as cherubins, thiaburimamide, and 3,4-dihydroxy-L-phenylalanine, (r)-mevalonate, 5-O-methylalloptaeroxylin, nalidixic acid, and deoxyloganin (p < 0.05). Proteomic analysis revealed that the differentially expressed proteins (such as interferon-induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats 5 (IFIT5), MHC-BF1, and death domain-associated protein (Daxx)) in the bone marrow of the chickens were primarily enriched in the immune network for IgA production and B cell receptor signaling pathway. Conclusion: In conclusion, dietary ANE supplementation was found to enhance metabolic activity and energy utilization, improve growth performance, modulate cecal microbiota, and strengthen the immunity of Wenchang chickens.

Nanorod array and planar green-emission InGaN/GaN multi-quantum well (MQW) LEDs were fabricated by lithography, nano-imprinting, and top-down etching technology. The defect-pinning effect of the nanostructure was found for the first time. The ratio of the bright regions to the global area in the panchromatic CL images of green MQW samples increased from 30% to about 90% after nano-fabrication. The overall luminous performance significantly improved. Throughout temperature-dependent photoluminescence (TDPL) and time-resolved PL (TRPL) measurements, the migration and recombination of carriers in the MQWs of green LEDs were analyzed. It was proved that nanostructures can effectively prevent carriers from being captured by surrounding nonradiative recombination centers. The overall PL integral intensity can be enhanced to above 18 times. A much lower carrier lifetime (decreasing from 91.4 to 40.2 ns) and a higher internal quantum efficiency (IQE) (increasing from 16.9% to 40.7%) were achieved. Some disputes on the defect influence were also discussed and clarified.

Elucidating processes and mechanisms involved in rapid local adaptation to varied environments is a poorly understood but crucial component in management of invasive species. Recent studies have proposed that genetic and epigenetic variation could both contribute to ecological adaptation, yet it remains unclear on the interplay between these two components underpinning rapid adaptation in wild animal populations. To assess their respective contributions to local adaptation, we explored epigenomic and genomic responses to environmental heterogeneity in eight recently colonized ascidian (Ciona intestinalis) populations at a relatively fine geographical scale. Based on MethylRADseq data, we detected strong patterns of local environment-driven DNA methylation divergence among populations, significant epigenetic isolation by environment (IBE), and a large number of local environment-associated epigenetic loci. Meanwhile, multiple genetic analyses based on single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) showed genomic footprints of divergent selection. In addition, for five genetically similar populations, we detected significant methylation divergence and local environment-driven methylation patterns, indicating the strong effects of local environments on epigenetic variation. From a functional perspective, a majority of functional genes, Gene Ontology (GO) terms, and biological pathways were largely specific to one of these two types of variation, suggesting partial independence between epigenetic and genetic adaptation. The methylation quantitative trait loci (mQTL) analysis showed that the genetic variation explained only 18.67% of methylation variation, further confirming the autonomous relationship between these two types of variation. Altogether, we highlight the complementary interplay of genetic and epigenetic variation involved in local adaptation, which may jointly promote populations' rapid adaptive capacity and successful invasions in different environments. The findings here provide valuable insights into interactions between invaders and local environments to allow invasive species to rapidly spread, thus contributing to better prediction of invasion success and development of management strategies.

While adaptation is commonly thought to result from selection on DNA sequence-based variation, recent studies have highlighted an analogous epigenetic component as well. However, the relative roles of these mechanisms in facilitating population persistence under environmental heterogeneity remain unclear. To address the underlying genetic and epigenetic mechanisms and their relationship during environmental adaptation, we screened the genomes and epigenomes of nine global populations of a predominately sessile marine invasive tunicate, Botryllus schlosseri. We detected clear population differentiation at the genetic and epigenetic levels. Patterns of genetic and epigenetic structure were significantly influenced by local environmental variables. Among these variables, minimum annual sea surface temperature was identified as the top explanatory variable for both genetic and epigenetic variation. However, patterns of population structure driven by genetic and epigenetic variation were somewhat distinct, suggesting possible autonomy of epigenetic variation. We found both shared and specific genes and biological pathways among genetic and epigenetic loci associated with environmental factors, consistent with complementary and independent contributions of genetic and epigenetic variation to environmental adaptation in this system. Collectively, these mechanisms may facilitate population persistence under environmental change and sustain successful invasions across novel environments.

OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study was to construct a nomogram prediction model for tumour spread through air spaces (STAS) in clinical stage I non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and discuss its potential application value. METHODS: A total of 380 patients with clinical stage I NSCLC in Tianjin Chest Hospital were collected as the training cohort and 285 patients in Fujian Provincial Hospital were collected as the validation cohort. Univariable and multivariable logistic regression analyses were performed to determine independent factors for STAS in the training cohort. Based on the results of the multivariable analysis, the nomogram prediction model of STAS was constructed by R software. RESULTS: The incidence of STAS in the training cohort was 39.2%. STAS was associated with worse overall survival and recurrence-free survival (P < 0.01). Univariable analysis showed that maximum tumour diameter, consolidation-to-tumour ratio, spiculation, vacuole and carcinoembryonic antigen were associated with STAS (P < 0.05). Multivariable analysis showed that maximum tumour diameter, consolidation-to-tumour ratio, spiculation sign and vacuole were independent risk factors for STAS (P < 0.05). Based on this, the nomogram prediction model of STAS in clinical stage I NSCLC was constructed and internally validated by bootstrap. The Hosmer-Lemeshow test showed a χ2 value of 7.218 (P = 0.513). The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve and C-index were 0.724 (95% confidence interval: 0.673-0.775). The external validation conducted on the validation cohort produced an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of 0.759 (95% confidence interval: 0.703-0.816). CONCLUSIONS: The constructed nomogram prediction model of STAS in clinical stage I NSCLC has good calibration and can potentially be applied to guide treatment selection.

The long-term cultivation of tea plants without fertilization can severely decrease yield, but it remains unclear whether this soil nutrient deficiency affects tea quality. In this study, tea plants (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) cultivated in unfertilized soil for 11 years were analyzed. The soil nutrient deficiency down-regulated protochlorophyllide oxidoreductase-encoding gene expression, which adversely affected chlorophyll biosynthesis, ultimately leading to leaf etiolation. Because of decreased synthesis and increased degradation in response to nutrient deficiency, l-theanine content decreased to 11.4% of the control level, which increased the phenol-ammonia ratio and decreased taste quality. Soil nutrient deficiency also decreased the abundance of many aroma compounds (e.g., green leaf volatile, linalool and its oxides, and methyl salicylate). Thus, nutrient deficiency adversely influences tea color, taste, and aroma. This study provides researchers and tea growers with important information regarding the effects of soil nutrient deficiency on tea quality and the rational fertilization of tea gardens.

Introduction: The impact of rib invasion on the non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) T classifications remains unclear. Our study aims to verify the impact of rib invasion on survival in patients with NSCLC through multicenter data from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database, and proposed a more appropriate pT for the forthcoming 9th tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) classifications. Method: The SEER database was used to collect T2b-4N0-2M0 NSCLC cases from the period of 2010-2015 according to the 7th TNM classification system. Subsequently, the T classification was restaged according to the 8th TNM classification system based on the following codes: tumor size and tumor extension. Cases with T1-2 disease and incomplete clinicopathological information were excluded. Finally, 6479 T3 and T4 NSCLC patients were included in the present study and divided into a rib invasion group (n = 131), other pT3 group (n = 3835), and pT4 group (n = 2513). Propensity-score matching (PSM) balanced the known confounders of the prognosis, resulting in two sets (rib invasion group vs. other pT3 and pT4 group). Overall survival (OS) and cancer-specific survival (CSS) were investigated using Kaplan-Meier survival curves, and predictive factors of OS and CSS were assessed by Cox regression. Result: Survival outcomes of the rib invasion group were worse than the other pT3 group (OS: 40.5% vs. 46.5%, p = 0.035; CSS: 49.2% vs. 55.5%, p = 0.047), but comparable to the pT4 group (OS: 40.5% vs. 39.9%, p = 0.876; CSS: 49.2% vs. 46.3%, p = 0.659). Similar results were obtained after PSM. Multivariate analyses for all patients revealed that age at diagnosis, gender, N stage, T stage, surgical modalities, and adjuvant therapy had a predictive value for the prognosis. Conclusion: The rib invasion group had a worse prognosis than the other pT3 groups, but was similar to the pT4 group. Our recommendation is to change the classification of rib invasion to pT4 disease and further validate this in the forthcoming 9th TNM classification.

BACKGROUND: Cytochrome P450 epoxygenase 2J2 (CYP2J2) metabolizes arachidonic acid to epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EETs), which exert anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic, pro-proliferative, and antioxidant effects on the cardiovascular system. However, the role of CYP2J2 and EETs in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) with lung ischemia-reperfusion injury (LIRI) remains unclear. In the present study, we investigated the effects of CYP2J2 overexpression and exogenous EETs on PAH with LIRI in vitro and in vivo. METHODS: CYP2J2 gene was transfected into rat lung tissue by recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) to increase the levels of EETs in serum and lung tissue. A rat model of PAH with LIRI was constructed by intraperitoneal injection of monocrotaline (50 mg/kg) for 4 weeks, followed by clamping of the left pulmonary hilum for 1 h and reperfusion for 2 h. In addition, we established a cellular model of human pulmonary artery endothelial cells (HPAECs) with TNF-α combined with anoxia/reoxygenation (anoxia for 8 h and reoxygenation for 16 h) to determine the effect and mechanism of exogenous EETs. RESULTS: CYP2J2 overexpression significantly reduced the inflammatory response, oxidative stress and apoptosis associated with lung injury in PAH with LIRI. In addition, exogenous EETs suppressed inflammatory response and reduced intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and inhibited apoptosis in a tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) combined hypoxia-reoxygenation model of HPAECs. Our further studies revealed that the anti-inflammatory effects of CYP2J2 overexpression and EETs might be mediated by the activation of PPARγ; the anti-apoptotic effects might be mediated by the PI3K/AKT pathway. CONCLUSIONS: CYP2J2 overexpression and EETs protect against PAH with LIRI via anti-inflammation, anti-oxidative stress and anti-apoptosis, suggesting that increased levels of EETs may be a promising strategy for the prevention and treatment of PAH with LIRI.

'Dancong' tea is a famous traditional Oolong tea. In order to keep the original taste of "ancient tea trees", most of the 'Dancong' tea plants are planted in a single plant pattern without pruning. The objective of this study was to explore the effects of long-term non-pruning on main quality constituents in 'Dancong' tea. The results showed that the contents of free amino acids, chlorophylls, and floral-honey aromatic substances in tea leaves of unpruned tea plants were higher than those in every year pruned tea plants, while the catechin content in leaves of pruned tea plants was higher than that in leaves of unpruned tea plants. Quantitative proteomics analysis showed that most enzymes involved in biosynthesis of catechins were downregulated in leaves of unpruned tea plants. Five proteins involved in chlorophyll metabolism and 12 proteins related to photosynthesis were upregulated, and the results suggested that higher chlorophyll content and more efficient photosynthetic energy conversion may be important for the higher accumulation of special quality components in leaves of unpruned tea plants. The findings of this study will advance our understanding of the mechanism of formation of different metabolites in leaves of unpruned and pruned tea plants.

In this study, we propose a low-cost, simple and feasible post-processing approach to improve the light extraction efficiency (LEE) of LED packages. Amorphous photonic structures (APSs) with only short-range order are fabricated from anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) and transferred to intermediate polymer stamp (IPS) by nanoimprint technology. The IPS with APSs is directly mounted onto the surface of an LED package, where the LEE is achieved as 94.6%. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) images of AAO templates and imprinted IPS are analyzed by radial distribution function and diameter histogram. The far-field patterns of APS-mounted LED packages are measured in electroluminescence (EL). The three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain (3D-FDTD) calculations of transmittance of APSs confirm that they improve the light extraction above the critical angle. Two-dimensional Fourier power spectra from SEM images of APSs are also calculated. The LEE enhancement is attributed to that the APSs have short-range order on a length scale comparable to emission wavelength of LED. We provide novel multistage simulations in a simplified FDTD model for the LED package. Finally, we discuss the influence of the morphology of APSs on the LEE of the APS mounted LEDs.

Enterprise systems typically produce a large number of logs to record runtime states and important events. Log anomaly detection is efficient for business management and system maintenance. Most existing log-based anomaly detection methods use log parser to get log event indexes or event templates and then utilize machine learning methods to detect anomalies. However, these methods cannot handle unknown log types and do not take advantage of the log semantic information. In this article, we propose ConAnomaly, a log-based anomaly detection model composed of a log sequence encoder (log2vec) and multi-layer Long Short Term Memory Network (LSTM). We designed log2vec based on the Word2vec model, which first vectorized the words in the log content, then deleted the invalid words through part of speech tagging, and finally obtained the sequence vector by the weighted average method. In this way, ConAnomaly not only captures semantic information in the log but also leverages log sequential relationships. We evaluate our proposed approach on two log datasets. Our experimental results show that ConAnomaly has good stability and can deal with unseen log types to a certain extent, and it provides better performance than most log-based anomaly detection methods.
