RESUMO

The aim of the study was to evaluate the influence of follicular population (PF) in the TAI of D0 in thepregnancy rate of Nelore PO cows. 36 cows were used, divided into two groups (≤ 10 and> 10 follicles) weresubmitted to the following protocol. In the D0 was introduced intravaginal P4 implant (DIB® 1g; Zoetis) andapplied 2mL BE (Gonadiol®; Zoetis). In D8 was removed the implant and applied 300 IU (1.5 mL) of eCG(Novormon®; Zoetis) and 2.0 mL of PGF2a (Ciosin®, Zoetis). In the D9 was applied 1mL BE (Gonadiol®;Zoetis) and 24h after TAI was made. The cows were subjected to ultrasound examinations Transvaginal in D0 toPF score. Pregnancy diagnosis was performed 30 days after TAI. The data were analyzed by SAS software(2009) and the pregnancy rate was compared using the chi-square test (P 10 was 28.57% in the D0, with no statistical difference (P > 0.05).

RESUMO

The objective of this study was to evaluate the rate of pregnancy in cows, buffaloes in differentcategories. The present study was conducted in Agricultural Farm Bike General LTDA. Animals were kept underextensive grazing. 48 animals were used, being 8 females and females 40 Primiparous multiparous subjected toa protocol of artificial insemination in fixed time (IATF). The gestation diagnosis was carried out with 30 daysafter artificial insemination. Of 48 females inseminated, Primiparous cows Group obtained as a result 4 (50%)pregnant women and 4 (50%) not pregnant woman and multiparous cows Group 19 (47.50%) were pregnantwomen and 21 (52.50%) not pregnant women. According to the results obtained in this study by dividing thefemales for Primiparous and multiparous category, the rates of pregnancy in buffaloes was influences by cowcategory, indicating that primiparas in need of greater attention towards their nutritional requirements.

RESUMO

The aim of this paper is to describe the series of gynecological and obstetric clinical care in cats at theanimal hospital. Data were obtained during the sessions from March to August 2014 2015. In this work were217 cases in dogs that were verified with the help of abdominal palpation and ultrasound and biopsy materialcollection were made possible the diagnosis. It was noted that during obstetric and gynecological diagnoses thedogs met presented cases of gestation (29.49%), Pseudociese (12.44%), fetal Maceration (11.05%), fetalMummification (0.46%) of all cases. Distorcias cases were diagnosed (8.29%), physiological (2.76%) andpuerperal eclampsia (1.38%). Among physiological Diagnostics was found 1 case of anestrus and 1 of estrus. This study reinforces the lack of information regarding the use of contraception is one of the main reasons forthe occurrence of these cases described above.

RESUMO

The reproductive planning a squad, using natural breeding (MN), can be carried out to the maximumuse of animals (Campos, 2008). However there are practical to provide improvements in the system, such asartificial insemination (AI). twelve were used sows with an average age of two years. Pregnancy diagnosis wasperformed 30 days after the procedure. The arrays were divided into two groups, six were subjected to the IA-six(MN). The pregnancy rate was 66.67% and the rate of return to estrus was 33.33% for both treatments (P>0.05), with no significant difference. The AI in pigs shows satisfactory results in the northeast of Pará, whichprovides the producer, recognize that the method is the most profitable because it reduces the number of animalsin the herd, reducing environmental impacts and risks of transmission of sexually transmitted diseases.

RESUMO

The Artificial Insemination is a practice that provide significant improvements for breeding due to thedecrease of animals and maintenance of the reproductive indices, meaning lifting financial production returns. Thesix arrays used in this study were the breeds Large white, Duroc and crossbred with an average age of two years. Was performed lumbar pressure test determined the optimal time to perform the insemination. The players werepreviously evaluated and insemination dose was 50 ml, with two inseminations, with 12 hours. It used the spiralpipette Artificial Insemination intracervical (IAIC) and disposable pipette cap with the aid of IntrauterineInsemination catheter for intrauterine Artificial (IAIU), each model according insemination method, three arrays ineach method. The pregnancy rate was 66.67% and the rate of return to estrus was 33.33% for the two methods (P<0.05), so there was no significant statistical difference between the methods of Artificial Insemination.
