RESUMO

As a non-interference and non-iterative method, annular-illumination quantitative phase imaging based on Kramers-Kronig relations (AIKK) can realize phase measurement with full-angle resolution enhancement under multiple exposures. In order to completely record the object spectrum with a single shot, we proposed a colorful complementary illumination method in the recording process. The angle of this illumination mode is not symmetrical with each other, so the spectrum between the three channels can complement each other to avoid spectrum loss caused by spectrum conjugation. Meanwhile, the three spectral segments of full-angle information spectrum respectively carried by three wavelengths can be recorded. Additionally, the numerical filter is applied to correct the overlapped spectrum in the reconstruction process. Simulation and experimental results show that this method can achieve high spatiotemporal resolution quantitative phase measurement.

RESUMO

Purpose: Identification and recruitment of excellent junior faculty, and improving their organizational recognition and sense of belonging are the basis for sustainable development of high-quality colleges and universities. During the pre-employment period, the management of junior faculty in the by various colleges and universities focuses on screening, while organizational socialization tends to be ignored. Materials and Methods: Based on the organizational identification theory, 438 new faculty members of colleges and universities were enrolled to investigate the effects of performance pressure on junior faculty by colleges and universities on their organizational socialization, as well as the dual regulation roles of perceived organizational support and job autonomy. Results: Empirical analysis reveals that performance pressure has an inverted-U-shaped effect on organizational socialization of junior faculty members; the perceived organizational support negatively regulates the effects of performance pressure on organizational socialization; job autonomy regulates the effects of performance pressure on organizational socialization of junior faculty members by influencing organizational support of junior faculty members, indicating that job autonomy has secondary regulating effects on correlation of performance pressure with organizational socialization of junior faculty members. Conclusion: This study elucidates the regulating effect of performance pressure on organizational socialization and explains the phenomenon that many junior faculty members in colleges and universities tend to avoid public affairs, do not integrate into the community and actively take responsibility for their work, which is of theoretical and practical value in the management of performance pressure among junior faculty members in colleges and universities.

RESUMO

How to stimulate the innovation passion of employees and then improve the innovation performance of enterprises is an important proposition faced by high-tech enterprises. Whether and how to stimulate the innovation passion of employees is of great research value. Based on the social information processing theory, this study takes innovation self-efficiency and innovation climate based on advantages as the path variable and obtains the following conclusions through cross-level analysis with the data of 93 high-tech enterprises as the sample: The empowering team leadership has cross-level direct positive influence and indirect positive influence on innovation passion, and the innovation self-efficiency and innovation climate based on advantages positively adjust the relationship between innovation self-efficiency and innovation passion. At the same time, an innovation climate based on advantages positively moderates the relationship between innovation self-efficacy and innovation passion. This study has some innovations in exploring the function mechanism of empowering team leadership on employees' innovation passion, and the relevant conclusions can guide the innovation management of high-tech enterprises.

RESUMO

Simultaneous control of the air flow rate and the cathode pressure plays an essential role in enhancing the performance and prolonging the service life of a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). However, this is challenging to implement in practice due to the high complexity and coupled dynamics of the air supply subsystem in the PEMFC. This work, based on a simplified control-oriented model, puts forward a disturbance-observer-based multi-output feedback control strategy to address the issue of synergistically controlling the air flow rate and cathode pressure. The disturbances (Including humidity, temperature, water vapor, etc.) are estimated through an extended state observer (ESO). The final control law, which takes the disturbances observation into account, is designed through feedback linearization technique. A complex, high-order, nonlinear model is used as the high-fidelity plant in the validation process, and a series of simulations are implemented under different operational conditions. The outcomes show that the proposed control strategy offers a rapid dynamic response, precise steady-state tracking performance, and strong robustness against disturbances and unmodeled dynamics.
