RESUMO
In an unusual case of condylomata lata of the palms the development of moist hypertrophic papular eruptions is probably explained by the fact that the patient was a car-driver and had hyperhidrosis of the palms.

The extract of Peganum harmala (Rutaceae) was used topically to treat certain dermatoses of inflammatory nature. Results were encouraging and proved the antibacterial, antifungal, antipruritic and probably antiprotozoal effects of the extract.

Perioral dermatitis, a distinctive clinical entity yet of obscure etiology, is not uncommonly seen among Saudi middle-aged females. A case of a 30-year-old woman with a perioral lupoid micropapular erythematous eruption is described. Histopathological examination showed evidence of granulomatous sarcoidal reaction similar to that described by Gianotti et al. (3), Gianotti (2), and Georgouras & Kocsard (1). Synthetic acrylic fibre meshes widely used by Arabian women to cover their faces, are considered in the etiology of this eruption.
