RESUMO

The ambient air quality is a complex dynamical system that is shocked by a number of subsystems, such as government policies, industry regulation adjustment and internationalization. To identify the drivers for ambient air quality, a grey spatial extension relational analysis model is proposed. Firstly, a spatial extension method for one-dimensional time series of complex systems is introduced, and the two key parameters are obtained based on the grey similarity and proximity relational analysis models. Secondly, grey relational coefficient is calculated by the difference of the three-dimensional vector, and a grey spatial extension relational analysis model is presented. Furthermore, the properties of the proposed model were investigated. Finally, the model is used to identify the drivers of the ambient air quality in eastern coastal Shandong Province, China. Results suggest that the drivers of the ambient air quality vary among cities, but with some common ones. Therefore, this paper provides an important reference for the improvement of ambient air quality.

RESUMO

Currently, the renewable energy sectors have dynamically revolved around targeting green turbulence, mainly due to increased customer environmental awareness. Therefore, this paper investigates green initiatives. The results show barriers and explain the strategies for adopting green renewable energy sources in Yemen. The political barrier has the highest weight of 0.191, while technical barrier sored the second highest weight of 0.181. The weights of managerial and information energy were found to be 0.18 and 0.17, respectively. Market barrier weighed the lowest score of 0.12, while economic barrier (0.15 weight) is the barrier to develop renewable energy road map. The research developed a comprehensive decision making framework to identify major barriers, sub-barriers, and develop plans for green energy in Yemen. Fuzzy analytical hierarchal process (FAHP) results indicate that the category of political obstacles is more important than other obstacles. Yemen has undergone power reforms and achieved better energy efficiency, compared to the countries that have applied imperfect. Economic efficiency in Yemen is the lowest among the considered barriers. Twenty-five percent of the considered barriers were identified with an alarming efficiency of 0.5%. The effects of FTOPSIS show that the planned explanation "developing research methods to achieve green innovation in renewable" energy is significant to address the obstacles to green innovation in renewable energy.

RESUMO

An electronic fuze is a one-shot system that has a long storage life and high mission criticality. Fuzes are designed, developed, and tested for high reliability (over 99%) with a confidence level of more than 95%. The electronic circuit of a fuze is embedded in the fuze assembly, and thus is not visible. Go/NoGo fuze assembly mission critical testing does not provide prognostic information about electrical and electronic circuits and subtle causes of failure. Longer storage times and harsh conditions cause degradation at the component level. In order to calculate accrued damage due to storage and operational stresses, it is necessary to perform sample-based accelerated life testing after a certain time and estimate the remaining useful life of mission critical parts. Reliability studies of mechanical parts of such systems using nondestructive testing (NDT) have been performed, but a thorough investigation is missing with regards to the electronic parts. The objective of this study is to identify weak links and estimate the reliability and remaining useful life of electronic and detonating parts. Three critical components are identified in an electronic fuze circuit (1) a diode, (2) a capacitor, and (3) a squib or detonator. The accelerated test results reveal that after ten years of storage life, there is no significant degradation in active components while passive components need to be replaced. The squib has a remaining useful life (RUL) of more than ten years with reliability over 99%.

RESUMO

This paper puts forward a grey situation group decision-making method on the basis of prospect theory, in view of the grey situation group decision-making problems that decisions are often made by multiple decision experts and those experts have risk preferences. The method takes the positive and negative ideal situation distance as reference points, defines positive and negative prospect value function, and introduces decision experts' risk preference into grey situation decision-making to make the final decision be more in line with decision experts' psychological behavior. Based on TOPSIS method, this paper determines the weight of each decision expert, sets up comprehensive prospect value matrix for decision experts' evaluation, and finally determines the optimal situation. At last, this paper verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the method by means of a specific example.
