Pandemia do COVID-19 e as possibilidades de ressignificação das atividades de gestão no ensino superior: relato de experiência / Covid-19 pandemic enalbling the resignification of management ativities in university education: an experience report

Objetivo:relatar a experiência de gestão das atividades acadêmicas e as possibilidades de ressignificação no contexto da pandemia do novo coronavírus. Método:Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência, referente às atividades de gestão no ensino superior de uma faculdade do interior cearense. Realizado duranteo primeiro semestre de 2020. Resultados:diante do cenário sombrio que se apresentava foi necessário seguir três etapas: 1. Análise de cenário-procedeu-se a compreensão da nova realidade instaurada de forma abrupta que atingiu o desenvolvimento normal das atividades acadêmicas para o semestre 2020.1. 2.Planejamento-Para isso utilizou-se de recurso tecnológico virtual para a definição dos pontos necessários que deveriam ser contemplados no planejamento. 3. Ação-Em um curto espaço de tempo, foi promovidoas adaptações do ensino presencial para as plataformas digitaise nos (re) construirmospara uma nova forma de trabalho. Neste caso, a tecnologia foi aliada no processo de ressignificação tanto para a gestão como para ministrar as aulas utilizando as ferramentas digitais.Conclusão:O período pandêmico revela a possibilidade de encontrar oportunidades na realização do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, planejamento e ação dando oportunidade para a capacidade de ressignificação de docentes e discentes como protagonistas da busca pelo conhecimento.

Objectives:to report the experience of managing academic activities and the possibilities of reframing them in the context of the new coronavirus pandemic. Methods:it is a descriptive study, based on an experience report, on the management activities developed in university education at a college located in the countryside of Ceará State, Brazil. This study was carried out during the first semester of 2020. Results:because of the challenges related to covid-19 pandemic, we followed three steps: 1.Scenario analysis-an understanding of the new reality abruptly established, which had an impact on the normal development of academic activities for the first semester of 2020.1. 2. Planning-for this purpose, a virtual technological resource was applied to define the necessary points that should be considered in planning classes. 3.Action-in ashort period of time, adaptations from face-to-face teaching to digital platforms were promoted, and we re(built) ourselves for a new way of teaching. Therefore, technology was combined in the process of reframing both for management and teaching classes using digital devices. Conclusion:the pandemic period reveals the possibility of finding opportunities in the implementation of the teaching-learning process, planning and action, giving opportunities for the resignification of teachers and students as protagonists in the search for knowledge.

Continuos education of professionals in the hospital environment: An exploratory study - preliminary note

Introduction: Continuing health education is a strategy aimed at allowing professionals to act in a more empowered way, contributing to the hospital community and enhancing the interconnection of knowledge. However, a study to identify the views of professionals faced with involved with this qualification is relevant. Objective: To understand the perceptions of health professionals with regard to continuing education. Methodology: This is a descriptive and exploratory study adopting a qualitative approach. For data collection we will use semi-structured interviews and participant observation. The meetings will be recorded through notes, photographs and video. The study subjects will be 14 graduate professionals in the health area, associated with the Sobral Heart Hospital, Ceará, Brazil. They will be selected by means of the availability of time for participating in the research. The processing of information will be done through the categorization of the participants' comments. After analyzing the information, the results will be presented, enabling us to reflect on the importance of continuing education.
