EFFECT OF SOME IMMUNOMODULATORY DRUGS ON EMBRYONIC DEVELOPMENT OF DANIO RERIO FISH.

At the current stage of healthcare development, the inclusion of immunomodulators in the complex pharmacotherapy of various immunoinflammatory and viral diseases is widely discussed, but due to the lack of sufficient research and a broad evidence base, not all drugs with similar properties are used in medicine. According to the information obtained from the instructions for the use of immunomodulators, it was obtained that the main contraindications to their use include the prescription of children, pregnant women, and women during breastfeeding. In this study, we evaluated the effects of immunomodulatory drugs: aminodihydrophthalazindione sodium and meglumine acridonacetate, on the early developmental stages of Danio rerio (Zebrafish) embryos.

[Gunshot damage inflicted by a short shot from some special-purpose arms].

How SNSD construction and shot range influence the above characteristics is shown. A relevant case is reported.

[Eximer laser methods for correction of astigmatism in cataract surgery].

This paper deals with refractive disorders in cataract surgery. The authors have studied the efficiency of eximer laser correction (LASIK) of astigmatism on pseudophakic eyes and proposed their own modification of the technology "Pre-flap" that provides the most advantageous conditions for laser correction. In addition, preflapping permits correction of astigmatism in the immediate period after cataract extraction, thus reducing the time of the patients' rehabilitation. Clinical and functional studies have provided evidence for the proposed procedure.

[Comparative study of anabolizing activity of apilac and methandrostenolone on a model of isolated overload of the rat skeletal muscle]. / Sravnitel'noe izuchenie anaboliziruiushchei aktivnosti apilaka i metandrostenolona na modeli izolirovannoi peregruzki skeletnoi myshtsy goleni krys.

The anabolic activity of apilac was studied in rats in comparison to methanrdostenolone A 10-day administration of apilac (200 mg/kg) produced a pronounced anabolic effect manifested by a hypertrophy of m. soleus. Methanrdostenolone (10 mg/kg) also favored a gain in the muscle weight. The anabolic action of apilac was comparable to that of methanrdostenolone.
